우리나라는 에너지자원의 해외의존도가 높고 에너지다소비 산업구조를 가지고 있으며 또한 국제유가 등락에 따라 경제가 큰 영향을 받으므로 이에 대한 대처방안으로 합리적인 에너지 이용효율개선과 범국민적 에너지절약의 중요성 갈수록 높아만 가고 있는 실정이다. 에너지절약을 위하여 고효율 변압기를 채택하는 방법도 전력용변압기의 효율적 이용방안중의 하나이므로, 본 연구는 국내 전력용변암기의 평균연간 부하율을 도출하여 합리적이고 타당성 있는 고효율변압기 기술기준안 작성을 위한 자료제공을 목적으로 수행되었으며, 연구결과 도출된 내용은 국내 전력용변압기의 최저효율제 국내기준 마련 둥 변압기 관련기준안을 검토 보완하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

우리나라의 건축사제도나 건축법 그리고 건축관련 교육제도 등이 일본의 그것과 유사하거나 깊은 관련이 있음을 부정할 수 없다. 이는 건축 초기 법제정과정에서 일본의 건축제도를 참고할 수 밖에 없었던데도 원인이 있겠으나 같은 동양문화권으로서 역사나 문화가 유사한 것과도 깊은 관계가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 같은 동양문화권이면서도 중국은 이미 건축가인증제도나 교육제도 등의 정비에 있어 구미식 모델, 특히 AIA의 제도를 도입하는 등 세계화에 따른 시장개방에 적극 대처하고 있는데 반하여 우리나라와 일본은 이에 크게 뒤지고 있는 듯한 감이 있다. 오는 4월 16일부터 19일까지 제주도 서귀포에서 열리는 동북아3국 건축사협의회에서는 시장개방 대응과 건축사자격상호인증 등을 주의제로 다루게 된다. 따라서 이러한 때에 우리와 제도적으로 매우 흡사한 일본의 건축관계 현황을 알고, 그것을 타산지석으로 삼아 앞으로의 대안을 수립하는데 참고가 되기를 바라는 뜻에서 일본의 건축계와 관련된 여러 가지 자료들을 소개하고자 한다.

교육망의 과학적 관리는 정확한 데이터를 처리해서 얻은 정보에 따라 행해진다. 이러한 시스템을 정보망 시스템(Information Network System)이라 하는데 이것의 중추적인 기능을 담당하고 있는 것이 웹 데이터 베이스 관리 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 웹 종합정보망을 이용하여 대학평가 작업을 정확하고 효율적으로 수행하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 웹 망은 정보 시스템의 심장부가 되며 이를 나양한 기법들과 결합시켜서 보다 지능적으로 만들 수 있다. 대학 행정망에 필요한 자료들을 어떻게 구성하고 가공하느냐가 과학적 관리의 관건이 될 것이다. 이런 이유로 격동하는 대학가의 위기에 능동저긍로 대처하기 위한 한 전략으로 대학의 현재를 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 대학평가 시스템을 개발하였다. OODBMS(Object Oriented Data Base Management System)를 통해 멀티미디어 정의구축과 정보유지 및 재사용 가능성을 극대화하고자 한다.

Computer simulation of buildings and solar energy systems are being used increasingly in energy assessments and design. This paper discusses the possibility of using sunshine duration data instead of global hourly solar irradiation (GHSI) data for localities with abundant data on sunshine duration. For six locations in South Korea where global radiation is currently measured, the global radiation was calculated using Sunshine Duration Radiation Model (SDRM), compared and analyzed. Results of SDRM has been compared with the measured data on the coefficients of determination (R2), root-mean-square error (RMSE) and mean bias error (MBE). This study recommends the use of sunshine duration based irradiation models if measured solar radiation data is not available.

Many rainfall-runoff model, which is applied discharge calculation for effective water-resource planning and management needs topographic and parameter of basin character. But it is very difficult to apply real a phase. Accordingly in this study filling up these problems. Applying GIS(geographic information system) through environment creating input data or concerning with GIS and rainfall runoff model. We built environment that analyze hydrograph showing discharge variation by time. GIS software for constructing input data is used by ArcView. For analysis of hydrograph in Basin, TOPMODEL applied topographic index. Besides for estimate of appliance to rainfall-runoff model, simple storm event and complex storm event are applied rainfall data which was before.

Efforts to establish a joint preservation facility for library collection are being discussed by some of regional representative libraries recently. In order for the efficient management and preservation of public library materials and to secure the space necessary for applying new services, there is a high demand for a cooperative shared storage for public libraries. The construction of a cooperative shared storage for public libraries is to minimize the cost of expanding the preservation space for each public library and to provide a pleasant service environment by separating the low-use materials stored in the library. Accordingly, discussions on the construction of a cooperative shared storage for public libraries are being initiated by some representative libraries. This study, in this regard, tried to propose a plan to build a cooperative shared storage for public libraries by a Seoul Metropolitan Library. To this end, it surveyed the estimate size of the collections of public libraries in Seoul and, based on this, proposed the size and strategies for the facility.

In this study, we analyzed the current situation of court libraries and aimed to propose a future-oriented strategy for preserving and managing their collections. Based on literature and status analysis, the study presents the future preservation strategy of court library collections in three main categories: First, securing space for the long-term preservation of court library collections; second, establishing a system for collecting and preserving court library collections; and third, performing digital archiving for the permanent preservation and utilization of court records, valuable legal volumes, administrative materials, and other judiciary-specific resources. Through this, court libraries, including those in various courts, should resolve the issue of insufficient collection storage space, preserve holdings systematically and efficiently, and activate library use.

In this study, a study on the cooperative system of the Chungnam Library's joint preservation data center and a plan for the construction of the use service was proposed based on the analysis of the current status of the preservation library of the Chungcheongnam-do public library. In order to establish a cooperative plan for the joint preservation archive and to promote the provision of services, the current state of the collection of 62 public libraries in Chungnam-do and the status of the preservation archives that are operating separately were identified. As a result of the study, it was found that all matters related to the operation of the joint preservation archive should be made through agreements or consultations between the participants, and the operation of the joint preservation archive should also be made under a systematic cooperation system between the participants. To this end, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system for the Chungnam Library Joint Preservation Archives, and to form and operate the Joint Preservation Archives Steering Committee, a consultative body (cooperation network). In addition, all matters related to the operation of the Joint Preservation Archive, such as transfer criteria, must be regulated and implemented through consultation with the Joint Preservation Archive Steering Committee.

The purpose of this study is to explore the establishment and administrative strategies for shared repositories for academic libraries in Korea, using the US ReCAP (Research Collections and Preservation Consortium) Project as a case study. The US ReCAP Project was a collaboration between the New York Public Library and the university libraries of Columbia University, Harvard University, and Princeton University. In-depth interviews were conducted with librarians and administrators in charge of the ReCAP Project to understand the original vision of the project, as well as how the strategy and approach evolved over the years. The analysis results revealed that shared repositories for libraries have evolved into shared collections enabling shared use. But shared repositories require a central management system to be successful in the long-term. Additionally, findings showed that the shared repository filled more quickly than anticipated. This in turn required collaborative planning on shared collection development and selection policies to determine which materials to send to the shared repository.

기후변화에 의한 이상가뭄 발생 등을 대비하기 위한 비상용수 또는 대체수자원으로서의 지하수 개발수요가 증가하는 추세에 따라 기저유량 확보 및 수질 개선 방안을 수립하는 것은 지속가능한 수자원 이용·관리 측면에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 지하수 및 기저유량 확보 및 수질 개선을 위해서는 지표-지하수 통합 관리가 필요하며 이를 기반으로 지하수 및 기저유량 변동에 대한 인과관계 파악 및 구체적인 조사가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지표-지하수에 대한 계절적·시공간적 변동성을 잘 모의할 수 있는 통합 모델을 기반으로 지하수위 변동을 포함한 물수지 분석과 장·단기 유출해석이 정량적으로 분석하고자 하였으며, 평창군 대화면, 만대지구, 신둔천 유역을 대상으로 간벌, BMP, LID를 비롯한 다양한 시나리오에 따른 기저유량 및 수질변화 그리고 오염특성 파악을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 지표-지하수 통합 모델링을 위하여 SWAT-MODFLOW 모형을 활용하였으며, 간벌 시나리오의 경우 모형 Source code를 수정하여 간벌의 효과를 모의할 수 있도록 수정하였다. 또한 BMP와 LID의 경우 각 HRU별로 저감시설에 대한 효율 및 매개변수 조정을 통해 효율을 모의하였다. 모형의 입력자료 구축을 위하여 지표 모형의 경우 DEM, 토지이용도, 토양도를 활용하였으며, 지하수 모형의 경우 지하수기초조사자료에 수록된 수리전도도, 비산출율, 비보유율 조사결과를 활용하여 입력자료를 구축하였다. 그 결과 간벌시나리오의 경우 건기시 최소 6.7% 이상의 하천유량, 22.56% 이상의 기저유량, 그리고 0.3 m 이상의 지하수위 확보가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. BMP의 경우 유역면적의 약 7%에 BMP가 설치된 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 따른 하천 말단 SS저감효율은 6.7%로 나타났으나 유량에서는 큰 차이를 나타내지 못하였다. 마지막으로 LID시나리오의 경우 적용 소유역의 강우시 평균유량이 약 29% 감소하였으며 건기시 평균 기저유량이 약 44%이상, 평균 BFI는 약 0.13 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
