인터넷이 전세계적으로 확산됨에 따라 여러 가지의 많은 변화가 사회에 오고 있다. 그래서 각 기 자신의 전문분야에 인터넷을 어떻게 활용하느냐에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 이 논문은 인간공학의 수업이나 교육에서 어떻게 하면 인터넷을 이용하여 좀더 재미있게 다양하게 인간공학자료를 수집하여 수업에 활용할수 있는 지를 설명해 보기로 한다. 첫째로 간단한 인터넷의 역사와 용어들의 간단한 설명을 설명한 뒤, 둘째는 사용가능한 검색엔진을 통하여 어떻게 원하는 정보를 찾으며, 여기서의 문제점은 무엇 이며, 어떻게 극복할 수 있는 가를 논하고, 셋째는 인간공학정보제공사이트와 인간공학관련 서적 출판사 들의 사이트를 통한 유용한 정보의 수집과, 마지막으로 원하는 사이트에서 얻어진 정보를 어떻게 가공하여 학생들이나 기타 이를 알고자 하는 사람들에게 전달하는 가 하는 것들을 논하고자 한다. 아울러 원하는 사이트에서의 정보를 온라인이나 off-line에서 대략적인 번역을 해 주는 프로그램들도 소개하고자 한다.

최근에 발생한 3.20 사이버테러와 6.25 사이버테러와 같이 특정 방송사와 금융권 전산망을 마비시키고 임직원 시스템을 망가뜨려 못쓰게 만드는 피해 유형이 발생되고 있다. 이런 사이버 공격에 사용되는 악성코드에 대해서 탐지에서 분석 그리고 검증 단계를 통합적으로 모니터링하고 필터를 통해 악성코드를 추출하고 차단하는 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 악성코드를 탐지하는 엔진들의 분석 및 검증 현황을 확인하고 실시간 통계 모듈에서 수집한 자료들을 바탕으로 향후 보안 정책 방향 및 미래 예측을 계획할 수 있는 실시간 악성코드 분석 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

For establishing forecasting confidence interval for exchange rate, it is critical to estimate distribution of the exchange rate properly. In this thesis, we use block bootstrap method to estimate the distribution of the exchange rate via sum of its daily ratios. As a result, an easier and more accurate forecasting method is provided.

막구조는 그 특유의 조형성과 구조적 특성으로 인하여 여러가지 용도의 건축물로 그 사용의 범위가 날로 증가하고 있다. 또한, 이 구조방식은 재료의 투광성 때문에 내부공간이 발고, 경량성, 시공성 등에서 이점이 있으며, 전통적인 다른 구조방식과 비교하여 동질의 안전성과 내구성을 인정받고 있다. 그러나, 막구조는 다른 구조 방식과는 상이한 구조적 특성을 가지고 있으므로 구조계획 및 설계는 이러한 사항을 충분히 인지하여, 구조적인 합리성, 경제성, 시공성 등을 고려하여 수행하여야 한다. 따라서 본 고에서는 막구조를 구조적 특성에 따라서 분류하고, 각 구조방식에 대한 구조설계시 고려사항을 기술하여 막구조설계에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 또한, 막구조의 특성상 반드시 수행되어야 하는 형상탐색(Shape Finding)과정을 설명하고 그 필요성을 논의하고자 한다.

이 논문에서는 40년이상 사용으로 내용연수가 도래한 다목적댐의 수차발전기 개 대체 시기에 맞추어 건설당시와 많이 달라진 전력시장 환경 및 수문조건에 맞게 기존 다목적댐의 발전 가능량을 재산정하고자 한다. 현재 운영중인 다목적댐의 축적된 운영자료의 검토 및 분석을 기반으로 발전 에너지량 조사 및 가능량 재산정, 재무 타당성 분석을 통한 최적의 개발규모를 제시하였다.

Recently pictorial information processing has become increasingly important So, this paper described that feature points of fingerprint used to recognize fingerprints for identification in a government or arresting criminals in an institution like a police station related to crime. We apply an algorithm based on minimization of fuzzy theory to thinning and then the image into a certain size of squares. We have got some information about cores and deltas from the data encoding Into one of the eight directional codes. We could extract about $80\%$ feature points as the result of the experiment.

비디오 카메라에서 획득된 동영상 또는 기존의 동영상 자료를 하나의 완성된 프로그램으로 만들기 위해서는 여러 가지 편집 과정을 거치게 된다. 편집 시 사용되는 효과들로는 잘라붙이기(cut & paste), 디절브, 와이프, 페이드 인, 페이드 아웃, 자막넣기 등 수 많은 방법들이 있다. 압축되지 않은 동영상 또는 M-JPEG과 같은 시간 상관성이 없는 압축 동영상의 경우 편집은 영상 내의 공간적 영역에서 간단한 처리를 통하여 편집기의 구현이 가능하다. 그러나 MPEG-1, 2와 같은 시·공간적 상관성을 이용한 압축방법에서는 편집의 문제가 간단하지 않다. 압축 영역에서 편집 시 발생할 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 이러한 편집 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류의 전파를 관찰하고 편집되기 전에 가지고 있던 MPEG 비트열 정보를 최대한 이용하여 편집기를 구현하는 최소한의 알고리즘을 제안한다.

외국인(外國人) 직접투자(直接投資)의 중요성이 국내(國內) 외(外)에서 커지고 있음과 함께 그 투자본국(投資本國)과 대상국(對象國)이 어떻게 결정(決定)되느냐에 대한 학계(學界)의 관심(關心)이 새로워지고 있다. 본(本) 논문(論文)은, 투자본국(投資本國)-대상국(對象國)의 결정문제(決定問題)에 관해, 이를 생산요소(生産要素)의 국가간이동(國家間移動)으로 파악하려는 종래의 국제경제학(國際經濟學), 기업(企業)의 무형자산(無形資産)에서 그 중요한 이유를 찾으려는 산업조직론(産業組織論), 상이(相異)한 통화권(通貨圈)이 주는 투자상(投資上)의 우위(優位) 열위(劣位)를 중시(重視)하는 국제금융론(國際金融論) 등 제(諸) 접근방법(接近方法)들이 시사(示唆)하는 바를 살펴보고, 환율수준(換率水準) 및 그 예상변화율(豫想變化率) 등이 외국인(外國人) 직접투자(直接投資)에 미치는 영향도 재고(再考)하였다. 실증분석(實證分析)에서는 세계(世界)의 대미직접투자(對美直接投資)의 연도별(年度別) 시계열자료(時系列資料)를 사용하여 GNP, 환율수준(換率水準), 예상환율변화(豫想換率變化) 및 환(換)"리스크 프리미엄" 등 거시경제변수(巨視經濟變數)들의 영향을 추정(推定)하여 보았으며, 대체로 유의도(有意度)가 높고 선험적(先驗的)으로 기대하는 바와 같은 영향이 있다는 결과를 얻었다.

In this paper we researched on the implementation of the B-ISDN protocol embedded IP-PBX System with the computers interconnected by the Internet for the telephone exchange and multimedia communication. For the improvement on the structural problems of the previous PABX we designed the structure of the IP-PBX System, defined message and data structure for call control, designed call control state transition, and implemented call control message flows for user's communication.

The results of environmental equity analysis vary dramatically depending on different methods used. The information and data available to the researcher are also often uncertain and imprecise in empirical studies. A sensitivity analysis approach was used too handle uncertainties and methodological inconsistencies in environmental equity analysis. This paper explores the sensitivity of environmental equity analysis to two spatial measures such as proximity and scale. Two experiments were implemented to evaluate the effects of two spatial measures on the environmental equity analysis using a combination of control and experimental factors. Fulton County, Georgia was selected as a case study area for these experiments. Two major data sets including demographic characteristics and toxic release inventory (TRI) database for the study area in 1990 were integrated into a GIS environment. Two statistical analyses such as independent samples t-test and coefficient of variation were performed to determine the environmental equity in the study area and to compare the relative variability in the socioeconomic characteristics of populations over different spatial measures. The findings from two experiments indicate that the outcomes of environmental equity analysis are slightly sensitive to the buffer distance used to determine the impact zones of TRI facilities, but not to the geographic scale used in the analysis. The findings also suggest that the consequences of these choices can alter spatially and statistically the results in environmental equity analysis.
