IEC 61850 기반의 변전자동화를 운영하는데 있어 보호기능과 통신을 별개로 여길 수가 없으며 기존에 장치 개별로 동작하던 것이 이더넷 통신이란 틀 안에서 시스템으로 유기적으로 연결되어 동작하기 때문에 IEC 61850 통신과 기능을 시스템 기반에서 수행할 수 있는 새로운 방안이 요구되어진다. 본 논문은 변전자동화시스템의 종합적인 성능검증을 목적으로 개발된 시험자동화시스템의 실제 적용가능성을 검증하고, 변전자동화 시스템의 22.9kV 배전선로 보호 및 제어의 기능을 수행하는 IED를 대상으로 시험자동화시스템에 적용한 연구 내용을 다루고자한다.

Government is supporting development of home networking. But, this new system is much expensive to introduce in the home. And limit for establishment is so many in the home. Therefore, in this paper, We escape from monotonic control of Home Automation and draw a plan Intelligent Home Automation to be developed. We reflect Home Network to the foundation and propose Home Automation on Ubiquitous Sensor Network, We Design of Ubiquitous Home Automation System for 35-Pyung Apartment Based on USN Environment. This becomes the Home Automatic Behavior System which is executed to the automatic to be improved.

This study aims to analyze the current status of library automation systems and explore future directions for improvement. The study was conducted by surveying librarians at institutions participating in the KESLI and KCUE consortia to investigate the current status and satisfaction with library automation systems, and the current status and awareness of open source-based library automation systems. The study found that most automation systems currently in use in libraries were developed through outsourcing in the 2000s or 2010s, and that more than 50% of respondents were satisfied with the overall library automation system. Overall satisfaction was found to be influenced by satisfaction with the functionality, customer support services and construction and operational management of the system. Most current library automation systems are not based on open source software or cloud services, but the intention to use them in the future is high, with more than 40% of respondents saying they would use them within three years. This study is expected to serve as an important foundation for building an open source-based library automation system in the future.

공장 자동화 시스템이 증가됨에 따라 인건비 감소와 생산량 증가, 효율적인 작업 운영, 그리고 고도의 정밀 작업과 인재의 감소 등 여러 가지 이점이 있지만, 자동화 시스템의 문제로 생산 작업이 중단될 경우에 공장의 생산에 미치는 영향 또한 막대하다. 본 논문에서는 공장 자동화 시스템을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 사전에 시스템 장애를 모니터링 할 수 있는 장애 검출 방안에 대하여 제시하고, 이에 따른 효과를 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 방법은 시스템 내 각종 서버의 문제를 검출할 수 있고, 관리자는 모니터링 한 내용을 바탕으로 장애를 조치하는데 있어서 상당한 효과를 볼 수 있었으며, 이것이 생산량 증가로 이어지는 성과를 거둘 수 있다.

우리나라의 배전자동화 시스템은 현장에 설치된 배전자동화 개폐기부터 중앙제어실의 주장치까지 거의 모든 일체를 순수 국내기술에 의해 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나 주장치 중 종합배전자동화시스템의 핵심프로그램인 미들웨어가 국산화되지 않아 성능향상시에 다소 걸림돌이 되곤 했다. 미들웨어란 종합배전자동화시스템에 이용되는 프로그램으로 전 세계적으로 개발된 곳이 몇 곳 없으며, 사용 용도는 수많은 배전자동화기기에서 취득된 데이터를 실시간으로 처리하는 역할을 담당하고 있다. 그런데 최근에 미들웨어가 국산화되어 시범운영을 한 결과 그 안정성과 우수성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 명실상부한 배전자동화시스템 전체를 국내기술에 의해 개발을 완료하는 쾌거를 이루어 냄으로서 우리나라는 세계에서 배전자동화분야 기술수준의 우위를 확보 할 수 있는 기반을 마련하게 되었다. 특히 배전자동화분야가 아닌 실시간 데이터를 처리하는 여러 분야에도 활용될 수 있기 때문에 타 산업에 미치는 영향도 클것으로 판단되어 국가발전에도 기여하는 기회가 되기를 기대해 본다.

TEC61850은 변전소 자동화에 있어서 변전소 감시, 보호, 제어, 운전에 필요한 모든 부분에 IT 기술을 적용한 디지털 제어 기반의 차세대 변전소 자동화 시스템을 설계 개발 운용하는 기술로서 변전소 운전의 자동화 및 무인화를 위한 핵심 기술이다. 본 논문은 국제 표준인 IEC 61850 기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템 프로토타입에 대하여 다루고 있다. 먼저 IEC 61850 기반 변전소 자동화 시스템의 구성에 대해 설명하고, 시스템 구현에 있어서 실제 데이터 모델을 설계하고 통신 모듈을 구현하는 방법에 대해 설명하였다. 또한 SCL을 이용한 엔지니어링 하는 방법 및 전체 시스템 구현 방법에 대하여 서술하였다.

Construction of automated terminal is urgently demanded to gain the foundation of hub-port in north east Asia. Therefore I suggest an adequate operating system model of automated terminal in Korea. In this paper the aim of automated terminal operating system is satisfied, four basic models are divided according to moving course of export and import cargo of each automated equipments, several input data are changed and analyzed dynamically by Trial and Error method, and then an optimized operating system model is designed. It is a Premise that all the yard equipments described in this paper must be automatic except quay crane.

세계 항만환경은 초대형 컨테이너선의 등장이후, 허브 & 스포크(Hub & Spoke)의 형태로 급속히 변화하고 있다. 이에 해외 선진항만들은 중심항만으로서 자리매김하기 위해 자동화 컨테이너터미널을 구축하는 등 생산성 향상을 위한 노력을 하고 있으나, 국내의 경우 자동화 컨테이너터미널에 관한 연구, 그중 자동화 게이트시스템에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 자동화 게이트시스템을 구축 시, 최적 기술 대안을 선정하기 위해 국내 외 게이트 운영현황과 관련 기술들의 분석함으로써 자동화 게이트시스템 구축 시 필요한 기술을 도출하다. 그 결과를 컨테이너터미널 운영사의 기술 담당자들을 대상으로 현재 게이트시스템의 만족도와 문제점 그리고 향후 게이트시스템 구축 시 사용하고자 하는 기술과 기대효과를 찾고자 하였다. 하지만 1차 설문결과 내용만으로는 어떤 요소 기술이 사용자가 요구하는 기대효과를 만족시킬 수 있는 최적 기술 대안인지 제시하기 힘들었다. 이를 보완하기 위한 방법으로 정성적인 주관적 평가요소를 객관화하여 각 평가기준에서 나타나는 적용상의 한계를 해결할 수 있는 방법인 AHP 기법을 활용하였으며, 최종적으로 생산성 보안성, 경제성 3가지 평가 기준을 고려하여 최적 기술 대안을 선정한 결과 RFID가 최적의 기술대안으로 평가되었다.

Recently, not only domestic businesses but also overseas businesses are expanding development and investment in automated warehouses as domestic and foreign logistics environments undergo drastic change. In such an environment, automated warehouse systems are being rapidly changed, and automated warehouse systems equipped with diversified functions are being developed accordingly. But the assessment systems of developed automated warehouse system is at a standstill. In the present article, characteristics of the automated warehouse systems in diversified development and trends of technology were analyzed, based on which evaluation items of functional suitability and reliability were derived by referring to ISO/IEC 25000 as the international quality assessment standard to secure reliability of the automated warehouse system, and an evaluation model was developed through the derived evaluation items. Through the present article, evaluation standards of functional suitability and reliability to enhance quality levels of automated warehouse systems are considered to be secured.

본 연구에서는 전자상거래의 확산에 따른 환경변화 속에서 다품종소량생산체제의 특성을 가진 주문제조업체들이 동적으로 변화하는 환경과 다양한 고객들의 주문에 대응하여 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위한 멀티에이전트 기반 협상지원시스템(MANESS)을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 동적으로 변하는 환경과 고객들의 주문에 대응하기 위한, 그리고 유연한 시스템 구조를 이루기 위한 새로운 패러다임으로 부각되는 에이전트기술을 사용하였다. 그 중에서도, 에이전트간의 협업을 통해 문제를 해결하는 멀티에이전트기술을 사용하여 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 주문제조업체에서 가장 중요한 거래활동인 협상의 자동화를 통해 주문에서부터 생산에 이르는 일련의 모든 거래활동을 자동화하는 것이다.
