A Study of Spacecraft Alignment Measurement with Theodolite (데오도라이트를 이용한 위성체 얼라인먼트 측정에 관한 연구)

  • A measurement of spacecraft alignment is an important process of spacecraft assembly, integration and test. Because, it is necessary that a operator of a ground station controls the precise positions of on-orbit spacecraft by using the alignment data of attitude orbit control sensors(AOCS) on spacecraft. And, an accuracy of spacecraft alignment requirement is about $0.1^{\circ}{\sim}0.7^{\circ}$. A spacecraft alignment is measured by autocollimation of theodolite. This paper describes the measurement principle and method of spacecraft alignment. The result shows that all the AOCS on the spacecraft are aligned within the tolerance required through the alignment measurement.

  • 협상은 상거래에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 현재의 웹 기반 전자상거래 시스템은 이러한 중요한 협상 구조를 상거래에 잘 반영하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점중 기업과 소비자간의 미비한 협상 구조를 보안하기 위해 실세계 상거래에서 존재하는 점원을 전자상거래상의 가상점원으로 모델링하여 회사의 정책과 구매자의 특성을 반영하여 구매자와 전략적으로 자동 협상을 수행할 수 있는 에이전트의 구조를 설계하고 구현하였다. 협상은 매우 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있다. 이러한 협상 구조를 지원하기 위해서는 상호간의 제안을 표현하고, 그 제안에 대한 평가 내용과 결정사항을 전달할 수 있는 언어적인 구조가 필요하며, 협상의 대상이 되는 사안들의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 표현 구조도 요구된다. 또한 이러한 협상에서 전략을 세우고 알맞은 제안을 제시하며 상대의 제안에 대하여 전략적으로 반응할 수 있는 의사결정 모델이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 회사의 정책 모델과 구매자의 모델을 정의하고 이를 이용한 협상 모델을 설계 구현하였다. 협상 구조의 모델링을 위해 KQML(Knowledge Query Manipulation Language)을 기반으로 전자상거래 프로토콜로 설계하고, 논쟁 기반 협상 모델을 기초로 협상언로를 설계하였다. 또한 협상에서의 전략적인 의사결정을 위해 게임이론을 이용하고, 규칙 기반 시스템으로 이를 보충하였다. 마지막으로 가상점원 모델을 바탕으로 조립 컴퓨터 판매를 위한 가상점원을 구현하였고, 이에 대한 실험을 통하여 가상점원의 유용성을 보였다.

  • We propose the character recognition system for Gerber files. The Gerber file is the vector-formatted drawing file for PCB manufacturing, which includes various symbols, figures and characters. Also, the characters are written in horizontal, vertical, and reverse-vortical directions. In this paper, we newly propose the Gerber-character recognition system to recognize all of component names located in PCB. To improve the performance, we develop the multiple recognizers by neural networks and the verifier considering the structural features. The developed system has been installed to the auto-programming software for PCB assembly and inspection machines.

  • 본 논문에서는 마이컴(PIC16C74)과 Tabu 탐색법 및 지능기법(퍼지 및 신경회로망)을 이용하여 고정밀 제어 및 강인한 제어 성능을 가지는 초소형 DC 모터용 지능형 제어기를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 마이컴(PIC16C74)를 이용한 지능형 제어 알고리즘을 개발하고, 초소형 DC 모터용 드라이브 회로 설계 및 제작하였다. 개발한 초소형 DC 모터 지능형 제어기는 디지털 자동 용접캐리지에 적용할 예정이며, 다른 응용 분야로써는 자동배수장치, 반도체 분야, 산업용 로봇 분야 및 조립자동화 시스템 분야 등에 사용되는 구동모터에 적용함으로서 정밀도와 외부의 잡음에 대한 영향을 경감시켜 안정성과 효율향상 및 에너지절약이 가능할 것이다.

  • It is connected with various gauges existing in Euro-Asian continents. Such differences impedes the operation seriously as on the contact of railway tracks of different gauge the cargo must be either transshipped or the running assemblies of rail vehicles must be exchanged. Those operations are costly, time-consuming and require extended infrastructure together with very expensive storage and transshipment facilities at border-crossing point. Moreover, those operations extend transportation time considerably. Therefore, effectiveness of railway transportation systems significantly depends on track gauge change 1435/1520mm, which connects with complicated handling-shifting operations. The paper concerns assessment of effectiveness in strategical rail systems with gauge changing. The paper presents short description of transport system with gauge changing and initial assessment of shifting technologies. Method of system assessment comparison based on Life Cycle Cost model is described here as well.

  • This paper describes a auto focus piezo actuator driver IC for portable digital camera. The 80[V] DC voltage is generated by a DC-DC converter and supplied to power of piezo moving control circuit. The voltage of piezo actuator needs range -20[V] to 80[V] proportional to 1[Vp-p] input control voltages. The dimensions and number of external parts are minimized in order to get a smaller hardware size. IIC(Inter-IC) interface logic is designed for data interface and it makes debugging easy, test for mass productions. The power consumption is around 40[mW] with supply voltage of 3.6[V]. This device has been fabricated in a 0.6[um] double poly, triple metal 100[V] BCD MOS process and whole chip size is 1600*1500 [$um^2$].

  • This paper illustrates a case study of PLC logic simulation in a car manufacturing system. It was developed to simulate and verify PLC control program for automobile panel AS/RS. Because car models become varied, the complexity of supply problem is increasing in the car manufacturing system. To cope with this problem, companies use the AS (automated storage) and RS (retrieval system) but it has logical complexity. Industrial automated process uses PLC code to control the AS/RS, however control information and control codes (PLC code) are difficult to understand. This paper suggests a PLC simulation environment, using 3D models and PLC code with realistic data. Data used in this simulation is based on realistic 3D model and I/O model, using actual size and PLC signals, respectively. The environment is similar to a real factory; users can verify and test the PLC code using this simulation before the implementation of AS/RS. Proposed simulation environment can be used for test run of AS/RS to reduce implementation time and cost.

Operation control method for multiple objectives on multiple stages automated machining /assembly systems (다단계 자동가공/조립제조시스템에서 다목표 작업제어 기법)

  • This paper is concentraed on a study of operation for multiple objectives in a automated manufacturing system with multiple machining cells . Largest Sum Processing-time First(LSPF) was developed in order to minimize makespan, mean flowtime and maximize mean utilization and compare with Ho and Chang's algorithm(HC) and Hunsucker and Shah's algorithm(HS). The results show that LSPF provides better soutions than HC at 78.2% and than HS at 67.8% of total problems to frequency . LSPF reduces 5.8% of makespan by HC and 22.1% of the value by HS and curtails 15.8% , 7.5% of mean flowtime by receptive algorithms(HC, HS). And mean utilization is also higher about 5.5% than HC and HS.

Scheduling in a multi-stage automated machining and assembly systems (다단계 자동가공/조립시스템에서의 일정계획)

  • In this paper a new heuristic algorithm has been developed and presented for minimizing the total completion time of a scheduling problem in a multi stage automated machining and assembly systems. The proposed Higher Ratio First(HRF) algorithm is based on the idea that jobs with higher processing time ratio should be a higher priority. The heuristic algorithm is implemented on the various problem cases by number of jobs and machines. The proposed algorithm provided smaller makespan than the makespan applied by three previously documented heuristics. The results obtained show a superior solution by the new heuristic over previous heuristics on all problem sizes.

  • Efficient operation of a component placement machine with a multi-head in a PCB assembly process is considered. The problem consists of two subproblems, which are the optimal allocation of the component tape reels in the rack and the optimal mounting sequence of the components on a printed circuit board. We analyze the problem and propose a heuristic algorithm to solve it. The heuristic can be used for the one head case too. Computational experiences on some real world problems show the effectiveness of the heuristic in terms of speed and solution quality.
