Mindfulness is the process of actively noticing new things. Today, companies have introduced and run mindfulness programs because the mindfulness has possible applications of productivity and innovation in corporation. However, role of mindfulness has not been clearly investigated in behavior research of Information System. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of mindfulness on technology acceptance process. Based on UTAUT Model, we examined how mindfulness in technology acceptance process moderate antecedent factors of acceptance intentions and use behavior. For empirical research, we conducted a survey on acceptance of smart watch of internet of things for employees of companies applying the mindfulness programs. then, we analyzed survey sample in empirical methodologies. Based on the empirical analysis, cognizance of alternative technologies in mindfulness factors increased the impact of performance expectancy on acceptance intention. Novelty seeking in mindfulness factors increased the impact of effort expectancy on acceptance intention. Awareness of local context in mindfulness factors decreased the impact of social influence on acceptance intention. engagement with technology in mindfulness factors increased the impact of facilitating conditions on use behavior. This study suggests academic implications and practical implications based on the results of the research. The implications will help to support and extend the theory of technology acceptance model while providing practical insights for IT acceptance by suggesting ways to utilize mindfulness in corporation.

최근 1인 가상커뮤니티가 성숙화 단계에 들어서면서, 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 사이버 커뮤니티는 일반 사용자에게 고립감을 벗어나 사회적 관계(social network)를 맺을 수 있는 기능을 포괄적으로 확장시키고, 이용자들에게는 공동의 관심사와 관계 형성의 공간을 제공한다는 점에서 기존 오프라인 커뮤니티와 같은 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 '카페' 나 '클럽' 중심의 키뮤니티에서 개인형 커뮤니티 추세로 급변하고 있는 최근에는 블로그 사용자가 급증함에 따라 다양한 초점에서 많은 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 새로운 미디어로 각광받고 있는 개인형 커뮤니티인 블로그 사용자를 새로운 정보기술의 사용자로 파악하여 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기본모형으로 하여 선행연구로부터 도출된 개인특성 변수들에 대하여 실증분석 한다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 기술수용모델이 블로그 사용 환경에서도 적용 가능한지를 검증한 것이고, 기술수용모델 이외의 요소인 주관적 규범, 인지된 즐거움 그리고 자기 유능감이 블로그 서비스 사용에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 점에서 의의가 있다.

This paper presents a fabrication method of microcapsules encapsulating fluorescent nanoparticles sensitive to an organic liquid, which is potentially applicable to the encapsulation of protein, cell and drug. It uses the supra-molecular self-assembly of a block copolymer at the interface of the stable and controllable droplets of water suspended with fluorescent nanoparticles and the polymer solved organic. The size and uniformity of the microcapsules were examined for the various polymer concentrations by using SEM image analysis. The maximum standard deviation of the produced microcapsules of less than 3.5% was obtained from the microcapsules produced from the same conditions. The inclusion of fluorescent nanoparticles was visualized in the fluorescence microscope and by using TEM image. It is shown that this fabrication method can provide the uniform size microcapsules with a higher inclusion.

미디어 디지털컨버전스 환경에서 교육을 수용하는 도구로서 e-Book은 향후 더 많은 확산이 기대되어진다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 학습도구로서 e-Book과 종이책의 수용 의도를 뇌파를 분석(자기조절지수, 기초율동지수, 주의지수, 활성지수, 정서지수, 항스트레스지수, 좌우뇌균형지수, 브레인지수 분석)하여 실험하였으며, e-Book을 사용후, 성별에 상관없이 내외적 환경 요인으로 인한 육체적, 정신적 피로도에 대한 저항력을 나타내는 항스트레스 지수가 낮아지는 결과를 얻었다. 향후, 본 연구를 기반으로 개선방향을 찾을 필요가 있다.

This study analyzed 308 college students to identify how family function and satisfaction with life is related to the positive attitude of college students. SPSS Win 18.0 program was used to perform ANOVA and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. As a result, first, older students had more positive attitude compare to the younger students. Secondly, among family functions, when the family cohesion was stronger, the diversification of perspective, self acception, and social adjustment was stronger, and it was identified that the diversification of perspective, self acception, and self control was higher when the family adaptability was greater. Thirdly, when the satisfaction level of life was higher, the positive attitude was high as well. Fourth, the higher the life satisfaction, the higher the positive attitude, except for self-control, all the sub-factors.

This study aims to determine the factors affecting people's intention to use mobile delivery application services. The technology acceptance model (TAM) was employed and a survey was conducted on 300 delivery application users. As a result, personal innovativeness was found to have a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness. Self-efficacy turned out to have a positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness. Next, perceived ease of use was found to positively affect both perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness, and perceived usefulness and playfulness had a positive effect on the intention to use the service as well. Lastly, personal innovativeness and self-efficacy were found to have a significant indirect influence on the intention to use the service. This study suggests users can be induced to voluntarily and continuously use the service, if their personal characteristics and perception of the service are considered in the future development of the service.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of self-perceived competence on the relation between covert narcissism and dysfunctional anger expression of middle school students. The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0 program. The main results were as follows: Firstly, covert narcissism has statistically a significantly negative correlation to self-perceived competency. It also has a significantly positive correlation to dysfunctional anger expression. Secondly, the results revealed that the relation between covert narcissism and dysfunctional anger expression was partially mediated by 'physical appearance', 'behavioral conduct', 'social acceptance' and 'athletic ability' competencies. The result of this study is significant for providing the basic data for understanding the characteristics of the middle school students who have narcissistic tendencies due to a weak inner-self as well as helping their adaptational relationship through functional anger expressions.

최근 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 원격교육에 대한 관심이 집중되는 것은 무엇보다 교육의 저비용.고효율 구조를 실현할 수 있는 대안교육의 하나이기 때문이다. 그러나 정보기술을 매개로 하는 원격교육의 효과에 대해서는 누구도 장담할 수 없는 입장이다. 정보기술의 활용이 필수적인 원격교육 환경에서 학습자들이 정보기술 자체에 대한 두려움으로 인해 수업에 대한 거부감을 나타낸다. "시작이 곧 그 절반이다" 라는 속담처럼, 원격교？ㄱ의 기본 도구인 정보기술에 대한 첫인상은 교육의 성과에 대해 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 정보기수의 수용과 사용에 있어서 개인적인 차이를 설명할 수 있는 중요한 개념중의 하나가 정보기술 자기효용감(IT Self-efficacy) 자신의 정보기술 사용능력에 대한 믿음 또는 자신감이다. 교수자가 정보기술 자기효능감의 중요성을 인식하고 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악할 수 있다면 학습자의 정보기술 자기효능감을 개발시키고 고무시킬 수 있는 훨씬 나은 교수설계를 할 수 있을것이고 효과적인 수업이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기 효능감이론(Self-Efficiency Theory)에 근거하여 정보기술 자기효능감이라는 개념을 소개함과 동시에 정보기술을 매개로 이루어지는 원격교육 환경하에서 그 역할을 조명해봄으로써 효과적인 교수설계를 위한 틀을 제시하고자한다.을 제시하고자한다.

This paper is to investigate the efficacy of cyber education by self-assessment strategy. Self-assessment strategy contains self-monitoring function and self-control function. 202 students of online university attended and analyzed with frequency, correlation, t-test, Paired t-test. The major findings were as follows. The learners who experienced self-assessment in the initial stage of class had higher changes in social distance to the mentally disabled people positively than the learners who didn't experienced that. This self-assessment strategy can be assumed that it is effective strategy to improve e-learning efficacy and it will contribute to self-directed education for enhancement of on-line education.

The purpose of this study was identified the influence of introducing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) on reception attitude, based on literature investigation, the study converted utility and serviceability from Davis TAM Model into awareness of effects in computerized database except attitude variable. The electronic survey for doctors, nurses, medical technicians of a general hospital located in Gangwon-do was performed for 4 weeks from Nov, 11th, 2009 to Dec, 2nd and the collected data was computerized through SPSS 12.0. The factors influencing reception attitude were divided into 4 categories; basic characteristics of the individual, awareness of privacy protection, awareness of effects in computerized database, technological preparation and measured detailed specific variables. As the result of this, the factors influencing reception intention were different depending on recognizing the effectiveness caused by computerization of medical information. Especially, in terms of the difference between basic characteristics of the individual and awareness of privacy protection, there were significant distinctions among 3 sectors; general, transactional, online information management. The significant effects were identified from information management related to business or online information management depending on experiencing security education.
