Study on Mechanical Properties and Flame Retardancy of Polypropylene Based Self-reinforced Composites (폴리프로필렌 기반 자기강화 복합재료의 기계적물성 및 난연성 연구)

  • The article explains about development of flame retardant self-reinforced composites (FR-SRC) through compression molding technique by utilizing Polypropylene (PP), Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and chitosan. The effect of APP and chitosan on mechanical, thermal and flame retardant properties in FR-SRC were studied. The mechanical strength of FR-SRC is enhanced than Pure SRC. However, the strength is decreased significantly with increasing the concentration of both flame retardant fillers. But comparison, chitosan filled FR-SRC is stronger than APP filled FR-SRC. In case of flame retardancy, APP is more effective than chitosan. These results can be applicable to provide light weight and recyclable flame retardant self-reinforced composites for automobile and packaging industries, etc.

  • 서브스톰이 진행될 때 극지방의 지자기 교란은 대류 제트 전류와 서브스톰 전류 쐐기로 구성되는 오로라 제트 전류에 기인한다. 이들은 전기장 강화를 뜻하는 AU 지수와 전기 전도도 강화를 뜻하는 AL 지수로 나타낼 수 있다. 이들 AU, AL 지수와 자기폭풍의 정도를 나타내는 Dst 지수와의 상관관계를 구해봄으로써 서브스톰이 자기폭풍의 형성에 어떻게 기여하는지 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 월별 누적 AU, 누적 │AL│ 값을 구한 뒤 월별 누적 Dst 와의 상관관계를 구하였다. 한편 IMF(Interplanetary Magnetic Field)의 남쪽 자기장 성분으로부터 지구 자기장 내에 강력한 전기장이 형성되어 자기폭풍을 형성한다는 견해가 있다. 전기장 E=V(태양풍 속도)$\times$Bs(IMF의 남쪽 자기장 성분)으로 나타낼 수 있으므로 이로부터 구한 월별 누적 전기장과 누적 Dst 값을 비교해 봄으로써 자기권 대류가 자기폭풍 형성에 어느 정도 기여하는지 조사하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 1966년부터 1987년까지 20년간의 AE(AU, AL) 지수를 이용하였으며 IMF 자료는 ACE 위성이 제공하는 행성간 자기장 자료로 1997년부터 2002년까지의 자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 논쟁이 되고 있는 storm-substorm의 인과관계를 보다 잘 규명할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 개인의 탁월한 업적은 사회적 지위나 재산 등으로 평가되고 있지만 경영자의 경우는 자기 공헌이 조직내에서 매몰 되어 버리는 경우가 있다. 효율적인 경영자는 자기직무에 수행해 나가기 위해 혼자서 일하는 것이 아니고 조직의 구성원으로 일하지 않으면 안된다. 경영자는 조직을 약화시키는 관습들을 없애고 조직을 강화시키는 방법을 강구하여 조직구성원의 각자 상호의존성을 인식함으로써 조직의 유효한 구성원이 되어야 한다. 각 조직구성원은 조직전체의 직무과정이 원활히 수련될 수 있도록 자기 직무를 잘 인식해야 할 뿐 아니라 경영자는 조직을 강화시키는 전반적인 방법을 체득해야 할 책임을 져야한다.

Effect of Career Empowerment Program on Career Maturity, Career Decision-making Self-Efficacy, and Employment Stress of Nursing College Students (진로능력강화프로그램이 간호학생의 진로성숙도, 진로결정자기효능감 및 취업스트레스에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was pre-experimental research designed to compare the differences between pre-and post-program on nursing student's career maturity, career decision-making self-efficacy and employment stress. The subjects were 247 junior-year students in nursing school. Mean value for career maturity was from 2.59 to 2.57, career decision-making self-efficacy from score 3.44 to 3.65 in average(t=8.67, p<.001), and employment stress from score 2.94 to 2.83 in average(t=-3.46, p<.001). Career maturity was significantly different according to high employment rate(F=3.15, p=.025), high career preparation(F=2.69, p=.032). Career decision-making self-efficacy and employment stress was significantly different according to high career preparation(F=1.22, p=.031) and low career preparation(F=2.52, p=.030).

Analysis of the Health Care Empowerment Educational Needs of the Elderly with Hypertension (고혈압 노인의 자기역량강화 교육에 대한 요구 분석)

  • Objective: This study is a descriptive research study aimed to identify the needs of self-reinforcement education by applying IPA(Important-Performance-Analysis) techniques to develop the health care empowerment programs for the elderly with hypertension. Methods: The subjects of this study were 128 elderly people with hypertension over 65 years of age in areas A and B, and data were collected from 6 researchers and research assistants from May 11 to June 26, 2020. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and t-test. Results: Although the question with the highest education demands were 'I try to get my health care providers to my preferences for my treatment.' and with the greatest difference between importance and performance is the question 'I take my commitment to my treatment seriously'. Conclusion: From the results of this study, it is considered that a strategy that reflects the components of educational needs and healthcare empowerment is necessary when developing healthcare empowerment programs for the elderly with hypertension.

  • 강화 학습(Reinforcement Learning)을 실제 문제에 적용하는 데 있어 가장 큰 문제는 차원성의 저주(Curse of dimensionality)였다 문제가 커짐에 따라 목적을 이루기 위해서 더 많은 단계의 판단이 필요하고 이에 따라 문제의 해결이 지수적으로 어려워지게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 문제를 여러 단계로 나누어 단계별로 학습하는 계층적 강화 학습(Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning)이 제시된 바 있다 하지만 대부분의 계층적 강화 학습 방법들은 사전에 문제의 구조를 아는 것을 전제로 하며 큰 사이즈의 문제를 간단히 표현할 방법을 제시하지 않는다. 따라서 이들 방법들도 실제적인 문제에 바로 적용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 최근 이루어진 복잡계 네트워크(Complex Network)에 대한 연구에 착안하여 본 논문은 자기조직화하는 생장 네트워크(Self organizing growing network)를 기반으로 한 간단한 환경 표현 모델을 사용하는 강화 학습 알고리즘을 제안한다 네트웍은 복잡계 네트웍이 갖는 성질들을 유지하도록 자기 조직화되고, 노드들 간의 거리는 작은 세상 성질(Small World Property)에 따라 전체 네트웍의 큰 사이즈에 비해 짧게 유지된다. 즉 판단해야할 단계의 수가 적게 유지되기 때문에 이 방법으로 차원성의 저주를 피할 수 있다.

Centering Effect of the Transactional Leadership between the Social Worker Empowerment and Social Work Self-Efficacy in Social Work Practice (사회복지실천에서 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 사회복지사의 역량강화와 자기효능감에 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to explain how the social-worker empowerment in the field of social work relates to social-work self-efficacy and whether or not the transactional leadership of the leader moderates the relationship between these two variables. Data from 390 social workers working with public and private sector agencies in Seoul were collected. For the questionnaire and analysis, this research uses the Social Worker Empowerment, Social Work Self-Efficacy, and Transactional Leadership scales. This research utilizes a wide range of statistical analyses, such as descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression, and general linear modeling. The calculations employed the use of SPSS/PC+ 12.0. This research indicates, among other things, that social workers with a high level of social worker empowerment and transactional leadership of the leader show a tendency toward higher social work self-efficacy and that the leader's transactional leadership level plays a moderating function in the relationship between social-worker empowerment and transactional leadership of the leader. In conclusion, a social worker with a low level of leader's transactional leadership shows a relatively greater tendency toward social work self-efficacy when compared to a social worker having a high level of leader's transactional leadership. Social workers and social-work organizations seeking professional practice can benefit from these findings on the relationship between professional behavior and social work self-efficacy with perceived transactional leadership about a team leader as a moderator.

Of the Factors Organizing Independent Living of the Disabled, the Effect of Self-Determination Right and Empowerment on the Community Relation and Productivity (장애인 자립생활의 구성요인 중 자기결정권과 역량강화가 공동체관계 및 생산성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study made an exploratory verification targeting severely-disabled persons on how self-determination right and empowerment of the factors organizing independent living affect community relation and productivity of the disabled. For the foregoing, this study collected data for about 2months from May through July 2012 targeting the disabled using Center for Independent Living and the Center for Human Right of the Disabled. As a result of research, this study revealed First, the level of self-determination right of the disabled differed meaningfully depending on the variables such as age, academic ability, existence of spouse, receiving pension, monthly income, residential type, time of occurrence of disability and disability rating, and in the level of empowerment, it showed a meaningful difference according to the factors like academic ability and disability rating. Second, the level of formation of community relation differed meaningfully according to the variables such as age, academic ability, existence of spouse, residential type, time of occurrence of disability, disability rating etc., and the level of productivity showed a meaningful difference according to the variables such as academic ability, existence of spouse, receiving pension, monthly income, multiple disabilities, disability rating etc. Third, as a result of investigation on the effect of self-determination right and empowerment of the disabled on their community relation, both self-determination right and empowerment turned out to have a meaningful and positive (+) effect on the community relation of the disabled. Fourth, as a result of investigation on the effect of self-determination right and empowerment of the disabled on their productivity, this study found that only the variable of empowerment exercises a meaningful and positive (+) influence on the productivity of the disabled. Therefore, self-determination right and empowerment are considered an important variable for enabling them to enjoy independent living in the future by strengthening community relation and productivity of the disabled. For this, it is required to fulfill social welfare and recognize the significance of self-determination right and empowerment in the process of rehabilitation, and develop as well as revitalize a variety of programs related to the above.

The Influence of Self-Overviewing Attributes of Franchise Firms on Cost Behavior (프랜차이즈 기업 경영자의 자기과시적 성향이 원가행태에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the effect of the self-overviewing attributes derived from agency problem on the cost behavior in franchise industry. To solve the research problem, we developed the proxies for self-overviewing attributes of domestic franchise CEO and used Anderson et al. (2003)'s cost behavior model to test hypothesis. Moreover, we grouped the self-overviewing variables for additional test. We find that operating costs are more sticky for firms which present higher CEO's self-overviewing attributes in franchise industry. Second, we find that the greater the self-overviewing tendency, more strengthened cost stickiness when sales decrease. This study is meaningful in that we developed proxies for self-overviewing propensity, such as the hypodermic behaviors of franchise CEO, which have not been performed in previous studies, to enhance future studies of franchise CEO. Futhermore, we empirically provide the effects of CEO's self-overviewing attributes on the operating costs behaviors, suggesting useful information to franchise stakeholders such as prospective start-ups, franchisee and investors.
