현재 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 위한 ADSL과 같은 가입자 망 설비가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며 이를 뒷받침하는 백본 망으로는 ATM망이 있다. 백본-가입자 망에 대한 일관적 망 관리 시스템의 도입은 가입자에게 제공되는 모든 서비스에 대한 신뢰성, 안정성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 분산 처리 망 관리 시스템을 개발하기 위한 객체 지향 개발 방법론을 설명하고, 그에 따라 NMS가 관리해야 할 망 자원들을 모델링 한 후, 실제 시스템의 구현까지의 실례를 설명한다. 구현 결과로 백본 ATM망의 각 망 자원뿐 아니라 가입자 ADSL망 설비까지 확장 관리할 수 있는 CORBA 기반 ATM 백본-ADSL 가입자 망 관리 시스템을 구축하였다.

본 논문에서는 건축물의 고층화, 대형화로 외벽 청소, 도장, 견출, 검사등 작업시 손쉽고, 빠르며 경제적으로 작업을 위한 방법으로 작업의자형 달비계를 사용 하고 있으나 최근 3년간 유지·보수공사 작업시 근로자의 중대재해가 36명으로 신축·증축·재건축공사 2명으로 유지·보수공사에서 많은 중대재해가 발생되고 있는 실정으로 50억이상 신축 작업에서는 산업안전보건법에 의하여 관리감독자 및 안전관리자가 선임 되어 현장의 전반적인 안전관리 활동을 하고 있으나 50억 이하 소규모 작업장에서는 안전관리 할동이 전무한 실정이고 저가수주, 적정 공사기간 불가 및 산업안전보건관리비 미계상 등 근로자들에 대한 안전대책이 없고 외부 안전점검기관의 사각지대로 근로자의 안전 확보에 어려움이 있은 실정으로 사업주 및 근로자에 대한 안전교육 및 관리감독이 철저히 이루어져야 할 것이다

기근의 산업현장에서는 장리관리 자가 장비의 모니터링과 제어를 위하여 항상 대기하고 있어야 하므로, 인력 낭비와 시간 손실이 많으므로 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 유무선 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 실시간 장비관리시스템을 개발한다. 이 시스템에서는 장비에 이상 발생시 고장을 자동으로 감지하여 장비관리자의 휴대폰으로 통보하고, 관리자가 유무선 인터넷을 통하여 고장 장비에 대한 응급조치를 한다. 이를 위하여 세부적으로 로컬 장비 제어시스템, 장비관리시스템, 모바일 시스템, 웹 시스템을 각각 개발한다.

농업용수관리자동화사업의 시행은 수자원관리 중에서 용수절약 및 유지관리비 절감을 위해 도입된 용수관리 개선방안 중의 하나이다. 현재 대부분의 수리시설이 수원공 관리인과 수로감시원의 인력에 의해 관리되고 있으며 2004년 수리시설물의 관리비 집행내역을 살펴보면 시설유지비 54.2 %, 개보수비 34.2 %, 적립금 및 기타 비용이 11.6 %를 차지하고 있다. 이 중의 시설유지비는 인거비의 상승으로 1999년 41.4 %에서 2004년 54.2%로 증가되었으나 개보수비는 같은 기간에 41.5 %에서 34.2 %로 감소된 것으로 나타났다(농업생산기반정비사업 통계연보, 2005). 따라서 농업용수관리자동화는 시설관리비와 개보수비의 절감 그리고 적정한 용수관리에 의한 용수절감을 위해서 더욱 확대 보급할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용수관리자동화 사업이 추진되어 운영되고 있는 충주지구를 선정하여 총사업비, 인건비, 유지관리비(통신료, 전력사용료 등), 수선유지비, 기타비용 등의 비용과 인력절감효과, 용수절감효과, 재해경감효과, 공익적효과 등의 편익을 분석하였다. 농업용수관리자동화시설에 대한 비용-편익 분석을 한 결과, 경제적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지속적인 사업의 시행을 위해서는 시설에 대한 교육, 전문인력의 보충, 운영 및 유지관리비의 투자가 병행되어야 한다고 판단된다.

In Korean construction industry, a public sector's ordering volume has been constantly increased after 2000. But, because a cost, schedule and quality control generally depends on a result-centric management form and a transparent management is not done during the construction in the Korean public business, it is recognized that this causes problems including an increase of cost and schedule, incomplete construction, a difficulty to find the problem in advance to establish measures, and an unclear locus of responsibility of constructor, supervisor and designer. Accordingly, this study is intended to derive the problems and the limit of management by identifying and analyzing the management state of the present government construction client for the client organization of public sector's government construction. Also, the study is intended to contribute to the client's efficient and actual project management by presenting the model of supplementing or improving the derived problem and limits to the client's organization.

These days, Construction industries are getting bigger, more specialized and complicated. Accordingly, the items of management is increased, also owner's organization is reduced. For this reason, various a method of construction management is introduced in the domestic construction industry. But introduction of construction management have caused increase cost because role duplication of managers. This role duplication is caused by confusion of trial and error, irrationality of system. And every construction project have peculiar properties, also owner's organization of project have various properties. This various properties is not reflected in the construction management , and the regimental method of construction management applied. In order to solving these problems, this study suggested the commissioning model for CM service reflected the properties of project and owner. This study have to selection of the critical service, service item of construction management and definition of owner's role through analysis of the properties of project, owner's capacity and requirement.

In this paper, we design an intelligent loaming management logics which provide personalized teaming considering adaptive learning content dement and content sequencing. We enhance the existing functional model including adaptive learning management functions. Also, we present a system architecture to implement the adaptive learning management system. We realize the adaptive teaming management system based on the SCORM run-time engine.

최근 스마트폰의 수요증가와 대중화로 인하여 스마트폰을 활용한 다양한 연구가 진행 되고 있다. 이중 항만 물류 하역 시스템에도 스마트폰과 관련된 관심이 높아져 스마트폰을 이용한 다양한 서비스를 지원하고 그에 따른 다양한 프로젝트도 진행 중에 있다. 항만 물류 시스템은 중앙관리실에서 자동화된 시스템으로 관리되고 있으며 이중 하역장비 운용은 관리자가 중앙 관리실에서 원격으로 제어 하고 있다. 이는 관리자가 자리에 위치해 있어야만 관리가 가능하기 때문에 관리자의 이동성을 보장 하지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰으로 하역장비를 원격제어 할 수 있도록 하여 관리자의 이동성을 보장하고 보다 효율적인 작업이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한 이를 테스트 해보기 위해 항만 하역장비 원격제어 시스템을 Lego_NXT를 이용하여 프로토타입으로 제시한다.

홈 서비스 네트워크 시스템의 복잡도가 증가하면서 고가용도 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 관리 메커니즘 개발이 더욱 어려워졌다. 더욱이, 사용자는 시스템 결함 관리와 같은 복잡한 시스템 관리를 직접 하는걸 원하지 않는다. 그러므로 홈 네트워크로 연결된 장치 또는 가전제품으로 구성된 통합 시스템의 고가용성 요구사항을 만족하면서 사람의 개입을 최소화할 수 있는 자가 관리 기능 및 원격 결함 관리 능력을 홈 서비스 시스템은 갖춰야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 홈 서비스 네트워크 시스템의 가용도를 향상시키면서 관리 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 오토노믹 자가관리 유틸리티를 설계 및 개발한다.

신경망 모델 데이터의 양자화는 모델 크기를 줄이고 추론 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 양자화를 지원하는 시뮬레이션 플랫폼의 전체 동작 관리를 위한 관리 모듈에 대해 기술한다. 시뮬레이션 플랫폼이 다중 사용자를 지원하고 다양한 기능을 지원하기 때문에 효율적인 관리 모듈의 구현은 중요하다. 관리 모듈은 웹 서비스의 후위단으로 설계되었으며 라우터와 이벤트 수신자, 프로세스 관리자, 파일 관리자, 세션 관리자, 보조 기능 등을 구현하였다.
