In order to increase corporate competitiveness in the fourth industrial revolution environment, it is most important to secure and nurture talented people with digital capabilities. In particular, because the knowledge and skills required in the IT sector are newly created or added, enhancing expertise through upskilling and reskilling of IT company members is essential. Thus, this study proposed theoretical discussions and practical implications for strengthening the competitiveness of IT company in terms of human resource development by analyzing the mediating effects of subordinates' self-directed learning ability in the relationship between managers' authentic leadership and subordinates' work engagement. The results of this study were as follows: First, authentic leadership of IT company manager had positive effect on subordinates' work engagement. Second, self-directed learning ability of subordinates' had partial mediating effect on the relationship between IT company manager's authentic leadership and subordinates' work engagement.

원격 진료 또는 원격 강의와 같은 신뢰적인 멀티캐스트 다자간 통신에서는 멀티캐스트 기능 뿐 만 아니라, 모든 수신자에게 신뢰적인 정보 전들을 요구한다. 이를 위해, 네트워크 자원을 효과적으로 이용하고, 재전송 데이터의 전달 시간 단축, 그리고 그룹 멤버의 가입/이탈 시의 손쉬운 멤버쉽 관리를 위해서는 멀티캐스트 트리를 구성해야 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 멀티캐스트 구성 알고리즘은 송신자가 수신자에 의해 전송되는 ICMP 메시지의 학장을 이용하여 송신자로부터 수신자까지의 경로를 계산하고, 그 경로에 따라서 최소 비용 멀티캐스트 트리를 구성하는 방법이다. 본 알고리즘은 다른 계층의 프로토콜과는 독립적으로 동작할 수 있고, ICMP 메시지 확장뿐만 아니라, IP 옵션의 확장을 통해서도 제공될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 인터넷 표준 초안으로 제안된 ICMP 메시지 확장을 기반으로 기술하였다. 본 알고리즘을 통해 적정한 재정 재전송자와 재전송 도메인이 구성되는 것을 간단한 프로그래밍을 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.

에이전트란 사용자의 관점에서 시스템이 사용자를 대신해서 사용자가 원하는 작업을 자동적으로 수행해 주는 소프트웨어로서 오래 전부터 연구되어 1990년대 초부터 관련제품도 대거 등장하게 되었다. 하지만, 나날이 다양해지고 복잡해지는 사용자의 요구를 해결하려면 단독 에이전트의 능력으로는 한계가 있었고 그 해결 방법으로 지역적으로 분산된 다른 에이전트의 도움을 받아 처리하는 분산 협동 처리의 개념이 등장하였다. 여러 에이전트의 분산 협동 처리를 위해서는 에이전트간 통신이 필수적이다. 그 목적은 정보나 작업 처리의 공유와 교환에 있으며 다른 에이전트에게 처리를 요구하기도 하기 때문이다. 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서는 지능적인 작업을 수행하기 위한 에이전트, 에이전트 플랫폼이 효율적 구성이 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 에이전트와 에이전트 플랫폼으로 구성된 에이전트 네트워크를 효율적 구성하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 이러한 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 기존 방식의 문제점들을 JXTA의 예를 통해 지적하고, 개선방안으로 에이전트 네트워크 자가 구성방법을 소개하려 한다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm constructivists' assumption that when a little low level learners are taken in learner-centered instruction based on a constructivism they can also construct knowledge by themselves. To achieve this purpose, the researchers compare the effects of learner-centered instruction based on the constructivism and teacher-centered instruction based on the objective epistemology where second graders learn multiplication facts through the each treatment on learners' reasoning ability and achievement. Some conclusions are drawn from results as follows. First, learner-centered instruction based on a constructivism has significant effect on learners' reasoning ability. Second, learner-centered instruction has slightly positive effect on learners' deductive reasoning ability. Third, learner-centered instruction has more an positive influence on understanding concepts and principles of not-presented mathematical knowledge than teacher-centered instruction when implementing it with a little low level learners.

The passive scattering system nozzle of the proton therapy accelerator was simulated to evaluate the neutrons generated by each component in each nozzle by energy. The Monte Carlo N-Particle code was used to implement spread out Bragg peak with proton energy 220 MeV, reach 20 cm, and 6 cm length used in the treatment environment. Among the proton accelerator components, neutrons were the highest in scatterers, and the neutron flux decreased as it moved away from the central flux of the proton. This study can be used as a basic data for the evaluation of the radiation necessary for the maintenance and dismantling of proton accelerators.

전자 카탈로그 상에서의 상품 검색은 카탈로그에 명시되어 있는 상품을 찾는 표준상품검색과 소비자가 원하는 상품을 맞춤 하는 맞춤상품검색으로 분류할 수 있다. 현재의 대부분의 상품 검색은 표준상품검색에 의존하고 있다. 특히 기업간 구성요소기반(Component-based) 상품의 경우 표준상품검색만으로는 구매자의 다양한 요구에 응하기가 어렵다. 따라서 웹 상의 전자 카탈로그에서의 동적인 맞춤검색에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구성기반 상품에 대해서 표준상품검색만으로는 구매자가 원하는 상품의 검색가능성(Feasibility)과 검색된 대안들이 조정(Adjust) 프로세스 과정을 거쳐 최적해 도달 가능성(Admissibility)이 보장되지 않음을 보이고, 이에 대한 효과적인 방법론으로 검색가능성과 최적해 도달 가능성을 지원하는Template-based Reasoning 방법론을 제안 한다. Template-based Reasoning은 구매자의 요구사항에 따른 대안탐색 부분과 선택된 대안에 대한 조정과정의 두 단계로 이루어진다. 구매자의 주요 선호도(MUST Preference)에 근거하여 대안들을 탐색하고, 탐색 된 대안들 간의 우선순위를 결정한다. 조정 단계에서는 옵션(Options)의 확장을 통해 구매자의 맞춤사양에 따른 상품을 제안하고, 제약 및 규칙기반 추론(Constraint and Rule Satisfaction Approach)을 이용하여 옵션(Options)들 간의 제약조건에 따른 호환성(Compatibility)을 조사하고, 적정가격의 상품을 제안한다. 본 방법론은 Template을 사용하여 기본적으로 구매자가 원하는 상품을 검색하기 위한 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색된 대안들로부터 구매자와 시스템이 웹상에서 서로 상호작용(interactivity) 하여 해를 찾고, 제약조건과 규칙들에 의해 적합한 해를 찾아가는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문은 구성기반 예로서 컴퓨터 부품조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.

This research is to empirically analyze the effects of leadership styles on job satisfaction and job performance and to provide some basic for organizational and personnel management in dental hospitals. The test results of this study are as follows for each hypothesis: 1. The recognition of leadership styles has nothing to do with sex, educational background, post, job type, and career, but job satisfaction has something to do with age. 2. Job satisfaction has nothing to do with sex, educational background, and job type, but job satisfaction has something to do with age, post, career. Job performance has nothing to do with sex, age, educational background, post, job type, but job performance has something to do with career. 3. The recognition of leadership styles has something to do with the recognition of situations. 4. Job satisfaction and job performance has something to do with leadership styles. In consequence, while the most effective style is one of a patriarchal warmhearted type, most hospital managers show either democratic or dictatorial one, is an evident example. Therefore, the hospital managers are required to adopt a leadership style which is like an affectionate patriarch.

This paper documents the recent changes in wage density and decomposes them. Middle group is found to have shrunk, one-third of which reflects the changes in worker composition. The rest mostly reflects insufficient supply response to the rising skill demand within jobs. The pattern is more pronounced among manufacturing, large and unionized firms, and production workers.

검색된 정보의 정확성과 검색 속도는 정보 검색 시스템의 성능 평가에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. MPEG-7 시각 정보 기술자는 예제 기반 이미지/비디오 검색 시스템을 구성할 때 사용할 수 있는 저급 수준시각 정보에 대한 표준화된 기술을 의미한다. 제안된 기술자는 검색 결과의 정확성에 대해서는 검증을 받은 상태이지만, 고차원 데이터이거나 시간 복잡도가 큰 매칭 함수를 가지고 있어 순차 검색을 할 경우 매우 많은 검색시간을 필요로 한다. 일반적으로 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 인덱스 정보를 구성하여 검색에 적용하는 방법이 주로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-7 시각 정보 기술자중 이미지 검색 시스템에 이용할 수 있는 색상 기술자와 텍스쳐 기술자, 그리고 외형 기술자를 인덱스 정보 구성 관점에서 분석하였다.
