수리조선산업 정보화 네트워크의 성공적 구축 방안

  • 수리조선산업은 기술 및 노동집약적 산업으로 기계, 철강, 전기전자, 화학 등 연관산업에 대한 생산 유발효과 및 고용효과가 높은 산업이다. 또한 연계 산업에 대한 직접적인 생산증가 효과와 선원 체류에 따른 부가가치 증가 등의 부수효과를 함께 고려할 때 지역경제에 대한 기여도가 높은 산업적 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 특히 부산 경남 울산 지역은 세계 5위권 전후에 해당하는 해운물동량을 처리하는 입지조건과 신조선 분야 1위의 우수한 기술 및 노동력을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 여러 요인들로 인해 수리조선산업이 경쟁력이 확보되지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 2013년 들면서 부산항의 컨테이너 물동량 실적이 7위로 하락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항을 중심으로 수리조선산업 공급망 관리를 위하여 정보화 네트워크 구축사례를 분석하고, 이를 통하여 수리조선산업 정보화 네트워크의 성공적인 구축 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Zoning Suitability Analysis to Reduce First-flush Runoff Contamination in a Separated Sewer System (분류식 하수지역의 초기 유출수 오염저감을 위한 용도지구별 적지 분석)

  • This paper aim to reorganize zoning areas for decreasing first-flush runoff contamination in a separated sewer system via suitability analysis, and to simulate the discharge pollution loads of first-flush runoff using SWMM. For these purposes, diffuse pollution, which is accumulated on a surface and first-flush runoff flow were investigated. Suitability conditions for zoning were defined using the results of these investigation and suitable zoning areas were analyzed for the each condition. AHP analysis was conducted to establish weights of the suitability conditions. The most suitable zoning areas were analyzed via overlaying weights and suitability conditions. From the result, it was noted that the most suitable zones for detached houses & apartments are location they already occupied. Some school areas analyzed were found to be suitable as commercial centers. Some zones within the area analyzed were found to be suitable for commercial zones. From results obtained from simulation, the zone re-organization showed BOD and SS concentration to reduce from 91.2% to 0.09% ans 72.74% to 0.31% respectively.

An Analysis of the Causes of the Welfare Gain Achieved by Congestion Pricing and Transit Subsidies (혼잡통행료와 대중교통 보조금의 효용개선 원인 분석)

  • We analyze the efficiency of congestion pricings and transit subsidies in the spatial micro-economic model based on a general equilibrium environment. In this setting, we decompose the total welfare change into component factors and identify the reason of the change in the efficiency caused by policy instruments; these component factors are divided into indirect factors and direct factors including of origin-destination and mode choices. We set up the model as adding mode choice to the standard format in the fashion of Anas and Kim (1996) and extend the methodology proposed by Yu and Rhee (2011) and Rhee (2012) for deriving theoretical and analytical solution. Most of welfare gain comes from the modal shift from car to bus. The relative efficiency of subsidies in relation to the first-best pricing is lower than it of congestion pricings although the change in bus share by subsidies is similar to it by congestion pricing. Subsidies give rise to more modal shift from a car to a bus for long-distance commuting than it caused by congestion pricings. As the increase of bus share for long-distance commuting leads to the increase of cross-commuters passing through CBD, the welfare gain by subsidies is lower than it by congestion pricings.

  • To know the ecological pattern of bulrush (Scirpus juncoides) seeds in dormancy-breaking responses as affected by different ripening processes, storage conditions, germination conditions, and some of known chemicals concerned, the study was conducted. Among other conditions detected, the burial in 2 cm depth paddy soil, $5^{\circ}C$ storage temperature, pre-maturing process (Green color), high concentration of chemicals used, and flooding paddy surfaces were the most efficient conditions for bulrush seeds to break dormancy and germinate, respectively.

Analysis of Job Creation Effects and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Startups in Manufacturing at Different Technology Levels (기술수준별 제조창업의 공간분포 특성과 고용증가 효과 분석)

  • This study contemplates spatial context of startup in manufacturing, mainly analyzing job creation effects of time lag of startups in manufacturing at different technology levels. Using DID model, we found that each region including capital, non-capital and metropolitan area shows different job creation effects of time lag. In capial region, startup cohort in high R&D intensity manufacturing was found to show short-term job creation effects, but in non-capital region, long-term job creation effects was found with the one in medium-high R&D intensity manufacturing. In case of metropolitan area, we couldn't find much evidence of job creation effects that was statistically significant. The result of analysis implied that, in capital region, startup support policies, targeting at high R&D intensity manufacturing, ought to be focused on scale-up of startups that survived for a certain period. And non-capital area and some of metropolitan areas in non-capital region that have comparatively inferior infrastructure and brain-drain problems as well should focus on fostering startups in medium-high R&D intensity manufacturing in a long-term perspective and utilize their traditional manufacturing base.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the growth of major industries and effects of regional employment on the economic growth of Goyang city and Seongnam city in Gyeonggi Province. We examine the structural changes of the industrial specialization and factors of the growth in two regions by applying Location Quotients and dynamic shift-share analysis respectively. Both regions have been strengthened gradually in their industrial bases during the last 20 years since they have developed as the bed-towns for Seoul with the First Newtown Project of the Metropolitan Seoul area. These two regions have secured in the industrial specialization and competitiveness compare to other regions in the Metropolitan Seoul area. In particular, knowledge service industries have been agglomerated in both regions. Goyang city have secured in the medical welfare, culture and tourism of service sectors, while Seongnam city have secured in the information service and science technology service sectors. Therefore, each region might be differentiated regional foster industries in these sectors in order to succeed the economic development.

Site Selection using Port and Industry Clusters (제조산업의 항만클러스터 입지선정 모형에 관한 연구 - 수도권을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper aims to clarify if clustering effects among industries exist and if port-industry clustering effects exist. A knock-down approach was used in a survey and 16 industries were categorized. We defined which industry is more competitive in industry clusters and port-industry clusters. Another survey to experts was carried out to identify which industry is more appropriate to one of the three ports in Sudokwon (Seoul Metropolitan Areas): Incheon port, Pyungtaik port and Dangjin port. Five manufacturing industries are selected considering port-industry clustering relationships in this area and Analytic Hierarch Process was used for a pairwise comparison. Locational, social and economic factors are selected for 1st level. A result shows that Incheon port is more competitive in petroleum manufacturing, primary metal manufacturing and rubber and plastic manufacturing and Pyeontaik port is more competitive in metal assembly manufacturing and automobile and trailer manufacturing. However, sensitivity analysis shows a turnover of ranking in some industries. As there exist slight differences among three ports, cooperation is necessary when the government and Port Authorities make plans.

A Non-strict Hub Network Design for Road Freight Transportation considering Economies of Scale (규모의 경제효과를 고려한 도로화물수송의 비제약 허브네트워크 설계)

  • Implementing hub networks in logistics is generally attractive and effective because of cost savings derived from economies of scale on network transportation, and objective of the hub network design problem is to decide optimal hub locations, and the transportation route of each origin-destination pair. This problem is generally a NP-complete problem not to solve easily, and it is almost impossible to find optimal solutions considering the big-sized network within a reasonable time. This research tried to find optimal logistics strategy in the given big-sized real network and the freight origin-destination data. The objective function, which was proposed by Honor and O'kelly (2001), that rewards economies of scale on network links with increase of transportation volumes, is applied. This thesis proposed the optimal hub network of korea within a reasonable time based on engineering approaches. And it is expected that this thesis can contribute to plan freight policies which can improve to have competitive power in the level of a company or nation by reducing logistic costs.

A Study on the Formation and Landscape Characteristics of Imperial Tombs Created in the Qing Dynasty, China (중국 청대(淸代) 황가능침원(皇家陵寢園)의 조형 및 경관적 특성)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the unique contrasting landscape characteristics of imperial tombs of Qing dynasty by examining the characteristics of facility layout in which location, Feng shui, and siblings are harmonized with the 12 Qing Dynasty Hwanggyeongchim. Through literature surveys, field observation and interviews, videos and drawing comparison, and inductive contrast analysis, the contrasting landscape characteristics of imperial tombs in the Qing Dynasty were analyzed by classifying them into natural environment, location, Feng shui, and formal esthetics. As a result, the characteristics of the location type and the layout plan of the Qing dynasty imperial tombs were derived from the analysis of Feng shui shape, axis extension distance along the midaxial line, the width of the ridge, the formality of the facility layout according to the difference between the height of the starting point and the end point, the leftward direction of the tomb, and the space ratio of the 'entry space' - 'ritual space' - 'burial mound space', etc. In addition, it was possible to derive the facility arrangement characteristics of tombstones through the analysis of the types and the arrangement order of tombs facilities, as well as the distribution, quantity and types of stone figures, while also revealing some contrasting characteristics different from those of the Ming Dynasty. In addition, it was confirmed that the spatial division effect through the water system and the view effect of the view from the midaxial line and the vista are the representative view effect found in the Qing Dynasty imperial tombs along with the density contrast.

The study On An Yacht Moorings Establishment Location Analysis Using Optimum Spiral Method (최적화 기법을 이용한 요트 계류장 입지분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to determine an optimal yacht mooring location candidate among many alternative candidates in order to obtain the maximized efficiency under the natural conditions using integer programming. To deal with marina's construction location, the optimal construction location is selected using 21 important factors analysis for 4 candidates in the Mokpo city. The development period and the initial investment cost weight are one and half times more than the others among 21 factors. The optimal spiral analysis of weighted linear model shows that the Peace Square sea area is selected as the most optimal place among 4 candidates. This proposed model has not been applied in the optimal marina's facility candidate selection problem yet. This paper will contribute to determine the most reasonable alternative. Also, this proposal model can be applied to other marina's facility candidate selection problem in other regions.
