OLAP Server에 독립적인 OLAP Client의 구현

  • 정보기술의 발달과 경영패러다임의 변화로 데이터웨어하우스가 등장했다. 기존의 관계형 데이터베이스를 기반으로 하는 데이터웨어하우스에서는 사용자가 다양하고 복잡한 분석을 효율적으로 수행하기가 매우 어렵다. 따라서 새로운 데이터모델 즉 다차원 모델이 필요하게 되었다. OLAP(Online Analytical Processing)은 이런 다차원적인 기업 데이터를 사용자가 분석하고 Report 할 수 있게 만들고 관리하는 역할을 한다. 이러한 OLAP은 클라이언트/서버 구조를 가지는데 OLAP 제품별로 질의방법이나 보고방식들이 다르다. 따라서 최종 사용자는 다른 Client 툴을 사용할 경우 새로운 질의 방법과 보고방식을 익혀야한다. 그리고 커스텀화된 OLAP Client툴을 사용할 경우 Server가 바뀌면 사용할 수 없게 되는 단점이 있다. 이런 문제의 원인은 OLAP Client가 Server에 의존적이기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 OLAP의 특성과 OLAP Client가 지녀야 하는 특성을 알아보고 이러한 요구사항에 맞는 OLAP Server에 의존적이지 않은 통합된 OLAP Client를 제시하고 실제 구현하였다.

  • 본 논문은 DNA microarray chip 을 사용한 실험 결과로 생산되는 대량의 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 LIMS 개발에 대해 기술한다. 기존의 상용 LIMS 는 보편적 패턴과 방식을 정규화하여 제공하기 때문에 실험실의 고유한 방식을 포함하긴 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 유연성 있는 LIMS 를 개발하기 위해 특정 실험 중심으로 설계하면서 MAGE-OM 의 표준을 따르도록 디자인하였고, HYLIMS manager 라는 Local Application 과 검색을 주로 이용하는 사용자를 위하여 Web 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. 데이터베이스의 부하를 줄이기 위해 데이터 저장용 DB 와 검색용 DB 를 구분하였고, 데이터를 타입과 처리 형태에 따라 분류하여 관리하였으며 데이터 보안을 위해 실험 관리자가 사용자의 접근 제한을 설정 할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 심장질환은 암 다음으로 높은 사망 원인으로 초기 진단은 치료에 매우 중요한 문제로 대두 되고 있다. 심장병을 분석하기 위해서는 임상 데이터에 대해 자세히 알고 분석 하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 심장 질환 데이터를 효율적으로 분석하기 위해 배깅 알고리즘을 사용하여 중요 검사 항목을 추출해내고 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 데이터를 분석하는 과정에 있어서 분류자들을 생성하고 앙상블 하는 과정에 효과적인 결과를 얻기 위해서 다양한 알고리즘들을 결합해야 구성해야한다. 앙상블을 이용하여 가장 좋은 의 분류 효과를 얻기 위해서는 수천가지의 분류자들을 훈련시켜 성능이 좋은 앙상블을 구성한다.

  • This study proposes a new paradigm hospital information system through the nursing classification system and design of the HL7 clinical document architecture (Health Level Seven CDA) for information-sharing among various healthcare institutions. Nursing information CDA are included coding systems of nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing activity and outcomes. And, we have developed CDA generator for active generation of XML document. This study aims to facilitate the optimum care by providing health information required for individuals to nursing specialists in real-time, to help improvements in health, to improve the quality of productive life. This study has the following significance. First, an expansion and redefining process conducted, founded on the HL7 clinical document architecture and reference information model, to apply international standards to Korean contexts. Second, we propose a next-generation web based hospital information system that is based on the clinical document architecture. In conclusion, the study of the clinical document architecture will include an electronic health record (EHR) and a clinical data repository (CDR), and also make possible healthcare information-sharing among various healthcare institutions.

  • Purpose: The study is to analyze the current status of international clinical trial information services related to COVID-19 and to find out the impact of disclosing activities of clinical trial registration on the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Method: To achieve the purpose of the study, this study analyzed the current status of 780 registered clinical trials for COVID-19 during March of 2020 by using regression analysis. Result: The analysis of clinical trial research registration information showed and proved its usefulness for the development of related new drugs, treatments, vaccines, predictive and prognostic diagnostic kits and treatments related to the COVID-19 (Corona 19) in the world. Conclusion: The study concludes and urges all medical and pharmaceutical companies to register their trials on CRIS and recommends utilizing this registered data to develop advanced drug to benefits all patients related to COVID-19.

Self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency of nursing students (간호학생의 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency of nursing students. Participants were 199 baccalaureate nursing students (3rd and 4th grades) in 2 cities. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed with the SPSS/Win 21.0 program, using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Significant positive correlations were among self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency. The regression model explained 30.4% of satisfaction of clinical practice. The significant predictors of satisfaction of clinical practice were clinical experience, satisfaction of major, self-leadership and critical thinking disposition. The regression model explained 23.7% of clinical practice competency. Health status, self-leadership and critical thinking disposition were factors influencing clinical practice competency. It should strengthen self-leadership and encourage critical thinking disposition to improve nursing students' satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency.

  • For extracting and processing information explicitly from given data, Formal Concept Analysis(FCA) is provided a method which is widely used for data analysis and clustering. The data can be structured into concepts, which are formal abstractions human thought allowing meaningful comprehensible interpretation. However, most FCA tools mainly focus on analyzing one-valued contexts that represent objects, attributes and binary relations between them. There we few FCA tools available that provide scaling and analyzing many-valued contexts representing objects, attributes and relations with attributes' values. In this paper, we propose not only a scaling algorithm for interpreting and simplifying the multivalued input data, but also an algorithm to generate concepts and build concept hierarchy from given raw data as well. Based on these algorithms, we develop an automate tool, FCA Wizard, for concept analysis and concept hierarchy. We also present FCA Wizard based applications in medical domain.

  • There are lots of analysis to determine the relation between dependent variable and explanatory variables. Often the regression analysis is used to do this, and we can analyze the how much the explanatory variable can be related with dependent variable and how much the regression model can explain the data. But the validation check of regression model is usually determined by coefficient of determination. We should check the validation of regression coefficient with different methods. This paper introduces the method for validation check the regression coefficient using the jackknife regression and bootstrap regression in clinical data.

  • Sample size calculation is very important in clinical trials. In this paper, we propose sample size calculation method for non-inferiority trials using sample size calculation method suggested by Wang et al.(2003) based on Wilcoxon's rank sum test. Also, sample size comparison between parametric method and proposed method are presented.
