This study proposes a new paradigm hospital information system through the nursing classification system and design of the HL7 clinical document architecture (Health Level Seven CDA) for information-sharing among various healthcare institutions. Nursing information CDA are included coding systems of nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing activity and outcomes. And, we have developed CDA generator for active generation of XML document. This study aims to facilitate the optimum care by providing health information required for individuals to nursing specialists in real-time, to help improvements in health, to improve the quality of productive life. This study has the following significance. First, an expansion and redefining process conducted, founded on the HL7 clinical document architecture and reference information model, to apply international standards to Korean contexts. Second, we propose a next-generation web based hospital information system that is based on the clinical document architecture. In conclusion, the study of the clinical document architecture will include an electronic health record (EHR) and a clinical data repository (CDR), and also make possible healthcare information-sharing among various healthcare institutions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate levels of self-efficacy, nurse image, vocational identity, and clinical practice satisfaction, to examine relationships among them, and finally to investigate predictors affecting of clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students. The participants were 227 nursing students in D city who were surveyed in September 2018 using self-report questionnaires. Self-efficacy, nurse image, vocational identity, and clinical practice satisfaction were related positively among variables. In the multiple regression analysis, self-efficacy, nurse image, vocational identity, health condition, relationship with practical colleague and 'satisfaction of nursing students in patient's recognition of nursing students' were influential factors significantly associated with the clinical practice satisfaction. Those factors explained 17.9% of the clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The most important factors were 'satisfaction of nursing students in patient's recognition of nursing students' and nurse image. In order to improve clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, whole nurses should consider helping nursing students and patients to build up positive nurse image.

이 연구는 현존해 있는 다양한 임상평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관한 분석 서술 연구이다. Rines(1974)에 의하면 평가는 학습경험을 통하여 목적을 달성하는 지의 여부를 측정하는 것이라고 하였고 평가의 목적은 교육증진을 도모하며, 목표를 설정하고, 학생의 학습진행과정을 사정하여 학생들을 위한 프로그램을 사정, 개발시키는데 있다고 피력 하였다. 간호교육에는 실무교육이 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 많은 간호교육자들은 실습평가에 있어 많은 어려움을 경첩하고 있다. 이러한 난해한 실습평가도구를 개발하기 위하여 선행된 우선순위로써 현존해 있는 다양한 평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하는 것이 의의 있는 일이라 사료된다. 이 논문은 실습평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관심을 가진 임상지도교수나 간호교육자들을 대상으로 한 서술적 연구이다. 우선 간호교육평가에 있어서의 문제점을 분석하고 평가도구에 대한 전문가(Authority)의 의견을 피력한 다음 저자의 의견을 서술하였다. 결론적으로 현재까지 개발된 완전한 임상실습평가의 방법은 없다. 그러므로 현존해 있는 평가방법을 서술평가하고 문제점을 지적하므로써 질적인 평가도구개발에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 앞으로 간호교육자들이 각 문제점들을 보완하여 교육목적을 달성시킬 수 있는 효율적인 평가도구를 개발하는 것이 급선무이다.

This study was conducted to understand the correlation between clinical practice stress, grit, self-efficacy, and clinical performance of nursing students and to identify factors affecting clinical performance. A survey was conducted on 160 students in 3rd and 4th grade students enrolled in a nursing department located in G city. As a result of the study, clinical performance was negatively correlated with clinical practice stress(r=-.383, p< .001) and positively correlated with grit(r=.310, p< .001), self-efficacy (r=.327, p< .001). Factors affecting the clinical performance of nursing students were clinical practice stress(β=-.37, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction (β=.35, p< .001), self-efficacy (β=.31, p< .001), grit (β=.28, p< .001) and the explanatory power was 42.8%. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the clinical performance of nursing students, it is necessary to reduce the clinical practice stress and make them satisfied with the clinical practice. This study was done to develop and validate a path model for the causal relationship of nursing information literacy competency and problem solving, self-direct learning, and clinical performance ability of nursing students. Subject were 208 nursing students in the fourth grade of nursing school. Data were collected from June 4 to June 18, 2018. The nursing information literacy competency of nursing students showed direct effects on problem solving ability (${\gamma}=.70$, p<.001) and direct effects on self-directed learning ability (${\gamma}=.53$, p<.001). Nursing information literacy competency showed direct (${\gamma}=.31$, p<.001) and indirect effects (${\gamma}=.31$, p=.007) on clinical performance ability. These variables explained for 46.2% of clinical performance ability. Therefore, it is recommended to develop an education program that can enhance the nursing information literacy competency for improving the problem solving, self-directed learning, and clinical performance ability of nursing students.

This study was done to investigate and compare satisfaction of clinical practice and its influencing factors between associate and bachelor nursing students. The participants were 420 nursing students in two cities. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 19.0 program. Satisfaction of clinical practice in associate and bachelor nursing students correlated with self-esteem, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationships, and satisfaction of major. Significant factor influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in associate nursing students was satisfaction of major, and this factor accounted for 26.8% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. And significant factors influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in bachelor nursing students were satisfaction of major, interpersonal relationships and gender, and these factors accounted for 31.9% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. The above findings indicate that satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students is influenced by satisfaction of major and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, when nursing interventions are developed to improve satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students, these factors need to be considered.

The purpose of this study is to understand the difference in nursing process competence, critical thinking disposition, and SBAR technique knowledge of nursing students according to practical methods. The subjects of the study were 20 students who participated in clinical practice and 18 students who participated in alternative clinical practicum. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test, and Kruskal Wallis test. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference between nursing students' nursing process competence, critical thinking disposition, SBAR utilization ability, and perception of use depending on clinical practice and alternative clinical practicum. In clinical practice, nursing process competence and SBAR technical knowledge were significantly higher when college life satisfaction was high. In in-school practice, which is an alternative clinical practicum, critical thinking disposition and SBAR technical knowledge were high when nursing major satisfaction was high, and critical thinking disposition was high when grade were high. In preparation for future pandemic situations, a systematic clinical alternative practicum education plan should be prepared to improve nursing process competence, critical thinking tendency, and SBAR technique knowledge.

The research about nursing students' experience on the clinical environment observation is essential to developed effective strategy for clinical education and to improve quality for clinical practice of nursing education. This study is aimed to above goal by the report about nursing students' experience on emergency room environmental observation. The number of participants is 30 nursing students who are senior in the practicing at emergence room. Data analysis was centered on scrutinizing the contents of the participants' replies in order to deduce any relevant meaning. Also, data were analyzed by the meaning of learning based on self-examination through the practical learning. The positive and negative topics stated. Nursing students' experience on emergency room observation will supply the thinking about their own self-portrait in near future, and will give self reflection about correct nursing interventions to nursing students.
