해양 환경 적응형 스마트 항로표지 에너지 수집 및 전원 시스템 구성 방안 연구

  • 최근 항로표지는 기본 업무를 위한 등명기의 구동과 해상 환경 정보 수집 및 데이터 전송 기능들의 확장을 통해 다양한 임무를 수행하기 위한 스마트 장비로써 진화하고 있다. 그래서 항로표지를 운영하기 위한 전력량의 요구가 높아지고 있고, 동작 구동 시간을 확보하기 위해 다양한 해상 에너지원을 통해 발전하는 시스템을 고려하고 있다. 하지만 전원 공급 및 교체가 쉽지 않은 해상 환경에서 태양광, 파력 등의 한정적인 에너지원의 활용은 지속적인 스마트 항로표지의 동작에 한계가 존재한다. 그래서 해양 환경 상황에서도 한정된 에너지원을 활용하여 에너지 수집을 하고 이를 활용하여 다양한 환경 센싱, 정보 연산, 데이터 처리, 무선 정보 전송 등의 시스템에 안정적으로 전력을 공급할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 해상 환경 적응 에너지 수집, 백업 전력운영, 항로표지 출력 에너지 재사용, 분산 전력관리 등을 포함한 차세대 스마트 항로표지 전원 시스템 구성 방안에 대해서 제안한다.

Area Search of Multiple UAV's based on Evolutionary Robotics (진화로봇공학 기반의 복수 무인기를 이용한 영역 탐색)

  • The simultaneous operation of multiple UAV's makes it possible to enhance the mission accomplishment efficiency. In order to achieve this, easily scalable control algorithms are required, and swarm intelligence having such characteristics as flexibility, robustness, decentralized control, and self-organization based on behavioral model comes into the spotlight as a practical substitute. Recently, evolutionary robotics is applied to the control of UAV's to overcome the weakness of difficulties in the logical design of behavioral rules. In this paper, a neural network controller evolved by evolutionary robotics is applied to the control of multiple UAV's which have the mission of searching limited area. Several numerical demonstrations show the proposed algorithm has superior results to those of behavior based neural network controller which is designed by intuition.

Analysis of Manuals and Missions for Responding to Disasters in the Public Library (공공도서관의 재난상황 대응을 위한 매뉴얼 및 임무 분석)

  • The need for the development of practical manuals for responding to disasters in public libraries has emerged after COVID-19 was confirmed in Korea in January 2020. The library is a social organization directed affected by COVID-19. Therefore, a reasonable and consistent disaster response manual should be developed and used as a guideline for responding to disasters at the library sites. This study aims to derive implications by examining the current situation of public library manuals for both domestic and international. Furthermore, the responses of overseas libraries experiencing major disasters were analyzed and issued to reflect the current domestic situation. As a result of the study, it was suggested that the library's role as a social organization for disaster response should be enhanced, and that disaster experience needs to be implemented, as guidelines, toolkits, and archive.

Multi-UAV Formation Algorithm Based on Distributed Control Using Swarm Intelligence (군집 지능을 이용한 분산 제어 기반 대형 형성 알고리즘)

  • Since the Multi-UAV system for various missions is more complex than a single UAV, an efficient formation control method is required. In wide-area search mission, there is a need for a distributed control for flexible formation that has a low burden of communication and computation and enables autonomous formation between UAVs. This paper proposes a flexible formation operation method that considers the swarm formation, the bank alignment formation, and the formation movement to expand the scan area and improve search performance. The algorithm has a vibration characteristic of the second-order system for a relative distance and can design an algorithm through parameter tuning. In addition, we converted control commands to suit conventional UAV systems and demonstrated the performance of algorithms for a formation and movement of a formation through simulation.

  • The paper proposes an analytical framework for the impact of technical change on business model innovation. Based upon the examination of the relationship between the mission of business and technology, it introduces classification of technology-based business models such as problem-solving model, production model and network model, respectively employing intensive technology, interlinked technology and mediating technology as a key technology. The discussion of various cases of business model innovation shows that the impact of digital technology is first translated into the value generation in terms of efficiency or effectiveness. These new values then enable a new business model which is based on a different key technology through business model shift, expansion, unbundling, or platform. Quite often those business model changes involves system-wide innovation. The framework for the analysis of the impact of technical change on business model innovation is presented with directions for future research.

The Development Trend of a VTOL MAV with a Ducted Propellant (덕티드 추진체를 사용한 수직 이·착륙 초소형 무인 항공기 개발 동향)

  • This purpose of this paper was to review the development trend of the VTOL MAVs with a ducted propellant that can fly like the VTOL at intermediate and high speeds, hovering, landing, and lifting off vertically over urban areas, warships, bridges, and mountainous terrains. The MAV differs in flight characteristics from helicopters and fixed wings in many respects. In addition to enhancing thrust, the duct protects personnel from accidental contact with the spinning rotor. The purpose of the U.S. Army FCS and DARPA's OAV program is spurring development of a the VTOL ducted MAV. Today's MAVs are equipped with video/infrared cameras to hover-and-stare at enemies hidden behind forests and hills for approximately one hour surveillance and reconnaissance. Class-I is a VTOL ducted MAV developed in size and weight that individual soldiers can store in their backpacks. Class-II is the development of an organic VTOL ducted fan MAV with twice the operating time and a wider range of flight than Class-I. MAVs will need to develop to perch-and-stare technology for lengthy operation on the current hover-and-stare. The near future OAV's concept is to expand its mission capability and efficiency with a joint operation that automatically lifts-off, lands, refuels, and recharges on the vehicle's landing pad while the manned-unmanned ground vehicle is in operation. A ducted MAV needs the development of highly accurate relative position technology using low cost and small GPS for automatic lift-off and landing on the landing pad. There is also a need to develop a common command and control architecture that enables the cooperative operation of organisms between a VTOL ducted MAV and a manned-unmanned ground vehicle.

The Study for ENHPP Software Reliability Growth Model based on Burr Coverage Function (Burr 커버리지 함수에 기초한 ENHPP소프트웨어 신뢰성장모형에 관한 연구)

  • Accurate predictions of software release times, and estimation of the reliability and availability of a software product require quantification of a critical element of the software testing process : test coverage. This model called Enhanced non-homogeneous poission process(ENHPP). In this paper, exponential coverage and S-shaped model was reviewed, proposes the Kappa coverage model, which maked out efficiency application for software reliability. Algorithm to estimate the parameters used to maximum likelihood estimator and bisection method, model selection based on SSE statistics and Kolmogorov distance, for the sake of efficient model, was employed. From the analysis of mission time, the result of this comparative study shows the excellent performance of Burr coverage model rather than exponential coverage and S-shaped model using NTDS data. This analysis of failure data compared with the Kappa coverage model and the existing model(using arithmetic and Laplace trend tests, bias tests) is presented.

  • Attitude determination of satellite is categorized by deterministic and recursive method. The recursive algorithm using Kalman filter is widely used. Cubesat has limitation for payload to minimize then only two attitude sensors are installed which are sun sensor and magnetometer. Sun sensor measurements are useless during eclipse, however cubesat keeps estimating attitude to complete the successful mission. In this paper, Attitude determination algorithm based on Kalman filter is developed by additional term which considering the dynamics for SNUSAT-1 with disturbance torque. Verification of attitude accuracy of the algorithm is conducted during eclipse. Attitude determination algorithm is simulated to compare the performance between typical method and proposed algorithm. In addition, Attitude errors are analysed with various magnitude of disturbance torque caused by space environment.

  • 항공기의 플러터 현상을 예방키 위한 개발시의 주요 공학적 임무로는 플러 터 해석, 풍동 플러터 시험, 실기체에 대한 지상진동시험 및 비행 플러터 시 험이 있다. 이들 업무는 군용 항공기의 경우에는 군사 규격서, 민간 항공기 의 경우는 FAR 규정 등에 항공기 개발 및 개조시에는 필히 수행토록 명시 되어 있으며, 특히 개발항공기의 인증을 받기 위해서는 초도 비행전까지 필 수적으로 완료되어야 하는 업무이다. 이중 항공기 지상진동시험은 개발항공 기의 초도 비행전에 실기체를 대상으로 하는 구조 동특성 규명시험으로써 플러터 해석 모델의 정확도를 입증하고 그 해석모델을 수정하거나 개선시키 는데 필요한 구조의 동특성 변수들을 실험적으로 규명하는 시험이다. 이 시 험은 개발된 항공기의 초도비행허가를 획득하고 비행속도제한을 설정키 위 해서 초도비행 직전에 초도 개발 비행기를 대상으로 필수적으로 수행되어야 하는 필수적 시험이다. 이에 따라 개발된 항공기의 전기체 지상진동시험을 수행하였고, 시험데이터의 모달해석을 하였다. 이 시험을 수행하기 위해 3개 의 가진기를 사용하였고, 모두 159개의 지점에서 주파수응답 함수를 얻었다. 최대 48 채널의 데이터 획득시스템을 사용하였으므로, 네번에 걸쳐 측정위치 를 옮겨 전체데이타를 획득하였다. 지상진동 시험의 최종해석 결과는 유한요 소 모델의 유효성을 검토하는데 사용되었고, 시험 데이타를 이용한 가진응답 해석(Forced Response Analysis)을 통하여 비행플러터 시험시에 사용되는 플러터 가진기의 위치선정 및 가진력의 크기를 결정하는데 이용하였다.ncy)가 저주 파수대로 천이(Lower Shift)하는 현상이 나타났으며, 일정한 작업량이라도 작업중량을 줄이고 작업 빈도를 높여서 작업할 경우에 이러한 현상이 더욱 두드러졌다. 작업시간의 경과에 따른 MVIS의 감소 현상은 작업빈도가 높고 비대칭형 작업일 때 가장 크게 나타났다. 총손실을 줄이고, 상대적 비용절감효과를 갖게할 수 있다고 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성인 여성기성복의 치수적합성을 높이기위하여 출산 후 중년에 접어 들면서 체형이 변화되는 것을 고려하여 연령을 분류하고(18세-34세, 30세-51세), 각 연령 집단에 따른 체형을 각각 3가지로 분류하였다. 이에 따라 의복 생산시의 총손실을 줄이기위한 상의, 하의생산시 필요한 부위별 최적규격치 간격을 제시하였다.적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다.   • Recently, U-Healthcare is receiving attentions as a research for reducing the manpower, time in treatment, and etc. Although fundamental technologies, such as sensing, measuring, and etc. are sufficiently investigated. However, Technologies of IT/Medical convergence, which graft IT technologies to medical area, are still in germ. For this, we present a novel healthcare system, which can be applied to the middle sized medical environment, such as private hospital, home, or etc., by means of pre-verified technologies and the expert system. There exist IT element technologies are sufficiently developed in the fields, such as network, database or etc. due to the remarkable developments in IT technologies, and the healthcare is a mission-critical environment. Therefore, it is important not only to investigate novel approaches but also to utilize verified technologies for the U-Healthcare solution. Presented solution provisions automated medical services based on expert system by utilizing the measured data, such as body fat, blood pressure, blood glucose, and etc., in order to provide convenient treatment environment to doctors and nurses. In addition, since people, who do not have medical knowledge, can self-diagnose themselves, it is expected to cut medical costs in various areas. Especially, since each devices communicate with each other through standardized Bluetooth technology, Presented healthcare system is an extensible solution which can easily accept various medical devices. As a result of this, we can safely say that the self measurement and diagnosis services in U-Healthcare are now enhanced by reducing medical cost through our healthcare system.
