Survey on the Perceptions for Dental Implant Surgery and Maintenance Care (치과 임플랜트 상담 환자의 임플랜트 수술 및 유지관리에 대한 인식도 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain basic data for dental implants prosthetic maintenance care after analysis perceptions of dental implants. A question was used to questionnaire by 210 dental patients at five dental clinics in the Jinju-city. In conclusion, 1. The knowledge level about implant is 'Never'(35.7%). 2. A feeling of unrest during implant surgery is 'pain'(37.6%). 3. The expectation level about dental implants function is 70% of natural teeth(36.2%). 4. The main function of implant teeth is 'mastication'(70.5%). 5. The implant hygiene supplies for the dental implants maintenance is 'proximal brush'(60%). 6. The important maintenance attitude for the dental implants is 'regularly dental examination'(42.9%). 7. The interval regularly for implant examination is 'six monthly'(44.8%).

고굴절률 레진의 임프린팅 기술을 이용한 발광 다이오드의 광추출효율 향상 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 질화물 계 발광 다이오드의 광추출효율을 향상시키키 위해서 발광 다이오드의 ITO 투명전극 층 상부에 임프린팅 공정을 이용하여 고굴절률 레진 패턴을 형성하였다. 고굴절률 레진은 단량체 기반의 열경화성 임프린트 레진에 ZnO 나노 파티클을 분산시켜 제작하였고 ZnO 나노 파티클의 함량비를 달리하여 레진의 굴절률을 조절하였다. 고굴절률 레진으로 이루어진 패터닝 층은 열경화 임프린팅 공정으로 제작되었고 300 nm 크기의 dot 또는 hole 격자 패턴 및 moth-eye 형상의 저반사 나노 패턴 등으로 형성되었다. 발광 다이오드에 형성된 패터닝 층의 굴절률, 구조에 따른 광추출효율 향상 정도를 분석하기 위하여 electroluminescence 측정을 하였으며 I-V characteristics를 통해서 임프린팅 공정에 의하여 발광 다이오드 소자의 전기적 특성이 저하되지 않았음을 확인하였다.

  • In our country, nation-wide forest road works are being carried out as one of the efforts to bolster the international competitiveness of agriculture, however such environmental problems as sediment discharge and water quality degradation accompany such efforts more often than not. Hence, in this research report, we compile and analyze the Japanese sources dealing with the "research direction of the forest road construction", "environmental impact assessment upon the watershed of the forest road construction", "environmentally-sound forest road construction and its research method" in consideration of the fact that natural environment of Japan is similar to that of our country and Japanese forest road works has a long history. We hope that this report be useful to the reasonable watershed management and the environmentally-sound forest road works.

Relationship between Self-leadership, Self-efficacy and Impowerment in Nursing students (간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 자기효능감 및 임파워먼트의 관계)

  • The study was to identify the mediating effect of Self-efficacy between Self-leadership and Impowerment in the Nursing students. The study was conducted from 02nd March to 29th March. The data was collected using structural questionnaire from 166 nursing students in 2 Nursing department in D city. The data was analyzed by SPSS/WIN 19.0, AMOS 19.0 and Sobel Test. The mean value of were as follows: self-leadership 3.36, Self-efficacy 3.02, Impowerment 3.28. There was positive relationship between self-leadership and Self-efficacy(r=.306, p<.001), self-leadership and Impowerment(r=.291, p<.001) and between Self-efficacy and Impowerment(r=.559, p<.001). This study confirmed that Self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between self-leadership and Impowerment. To improve Self-efficacy, enhancing self-leadership and Impowerment is required.

Mediating Effect of Psychological Empowerment in the relationship between Job Stress and Burnout of Middle Managers in Organizations (기업체 중간관리자의 직무스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of psychological empowerment in the relationship between job stress and burnout of middle managers in organizations. For this study, 329 middle managers, the participants in this research were working in organizations. They completed questionnaire survey of job stress, psychological empowerment and burnout. Main study results are as follows. First, job stress and psychological empowerment statistically showed a significant negative correlation, while psychological empowerment and burnout also showed a significant negative correlation. Job stress and burnout had a statistically significant positive correlation. Second, psychological empowerment mediated partially the relation between job stress and burnout. This study extends the burnout literature related to the job circumstance and individual internal factor by considering psychological empowerment in addition to the role of perceived job stress in middle managers in organizations. Based on these results, Implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

  • To date, the majority of research on empowerment has focussed on the individual job incumbent's psychological experience of empowerment and linking this with various work-related outcomes. However, a model that focuses on individual subjective reactions is at best incomplete if it does not include an examination of the contextual factors that shape those perceptions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among situational factors, psychological empowerment and employee's attitudes. The data were collected by questionnaire from a sample of 525 employees who were working at business organizations in Kangwon area. Results indicated that organizational characteristics such as access to information, LMX, and participative climate were positively related to an employee's psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment was positively related to an employee's job attitudes such as organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Finally, theoretical and practical implications from the results were discussed.

  • This paper examined the effects of empowerment on international marriage migrant women. The assimilation, integration, separation, and marginality were as proxy for the cultural adaptiveness. The power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, masculinity, long term orientation were as proxy for the cultural distance. The self-image, real power, the extent of social participation were as proxy for the empowerment. Based on the analysis of two hundred cases, the following results were found. First, international marriage migrant women's cultural adaptiveness have a positively significant influence on their empowerment. Second, international marriage migrant women's cultural distance have a positively significant influence on their empowerment. Third, international marriage migrant women's cultural adaptiveness and cultural distance have a positively significant influence on their empowerment. This study suggests that cultural adaptiveness and cultural distance are main factors for the empowerment of international marriage migrant women.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how to effectively further empowerment among organizational members based on empowerment theories. And it's also meant to investigate the influential relationship between job characteristics, which are the variables that organizational members should consider, and empowerment in an effort to provide more autonomy for the members of enterprises in Korean society. As a result of making the study, there were a significant positive influential relationship and significant correlation between job characteristics and empowerment. In the future, it seems necessary to make research to determine the process and way of furthering empowerment among organizational members and the characteristics of empowerment-boosting organizational culture, and more research should be implemented to apply the findings of these research efforts in various fields.
