This article selected a feature film (1993) of Ken Loach who is widely known as 'Socialist Realism Film' director and attempted to explore the thesis of everyday (life) and alienation in daily space. To this end, major theories related to everyday life, dailiness, social space, daily space, alienation, and especially Henri Lefevre's discussions were used as the theoretical background and research methodology. According to the results, director Ken Loach presents the possibility of transformation of everyday life by criticizing the ills of capitalism that occur in public social spaces such as vacant lots and parking lots in and private daily spaces such as homes. It also emphasizes the reality that the alienation of the working class, which has no choice but to be exposed 'stone rain', is taken for granted and the paradox that the alienation from such reality can be achieved in everyday life. These research findings can be said to mean that the social space of everyday life is the basis for changing the dailiness of everyday life.

일상 생활 중 타인에게 지게 된 법률상 배상책임을 담보하는 것이 일상생활배상책임보험이다. 그런데 어디까지를 일상생활로 보느냐에 따라 보상범위가 달라진다. 타인의 부탁으로 묘지 이장 후 남은 상석을 땅에 묻는 것도 일상생활로 볼 수 있을까? 본고에서는 최근 이와 관련하여 흥미로운 분쟁조정 사례가 있어서 소개하고자 한다.

Tourism has been considered as the opposite of everyday life. Tourism has been recognized as an extraordinary experience in an extraordinary time and space, and everyday life has been related to a non-extraordinary, that is ordinary time, space, and experience. Beyond this dichotomous thought, this paper focuses on positively combining the relation between tourism and everyday life. To this end, the paper analyzed the ordinaryness of everyday life in tourist spaces, and conversely, grasped the extraordinaryness in dairy spaces. This paper shows that routines affect tourism practice, family tourism make tourist spaces domestification through performance, and the off-the-beaten track tourism spaces for experiencing the ordinary daily life of local residents are centered around the neighborhoods of global metropolises. Based on this, it was able to overcome dualism between daily life and tourism, and to promote the nexus between two.

This article has attempted to explore the topic of everyday life and memory based on theoretical and methodological discussions on daily life, everydayness, sociology of everyday life, memory, social construction of memory, and social memory. In order to do this, Koreeda Hirokazu's debut feature film (Hirokazu Koreeda, 1995) which inquires about the encounters and separations, life and death in everyday life was selected as a research subject. According to the results, structured with 61 scenes talked that Yumiko's daily life was shattered in an instant due to Ikuo's death and her memory was also fragmented. But after that, her social memory can reconstruct a new daily life through the 'light' of will or hope for life. Hirokazu Koreeda tried to confirm that human encounters and partings, life and death are daily life itself or a part of it through 'light' such as sunlight and moonlight, street lamps and electric lamps in this film.

This study focuses on the characteristics of information seeking behavior through the casual interactions which are regular contacts with others as information sources in the context of ELIS. Qualitative data were gathered using semi-structured one-to-one interviews with 9 wild-goose mothers in order to investigate the casual interactions. We identified information needs, patterns and characteristics of information seeking behavior through the casual interactions and the major interpretative repertoires.

This article analyze that the everyday life shown in reality entertainment, and examine the semiotics of reality entertainment and the everyday life. With the perspectives of Guy Debord and Olivier Razac, the everyday life in the reality entertainment be concluded the Spectacles of everyday life. And it brings to Barthes's structure of Myth, designs the stricture of reality entertainment. Unlike Debord and Razac, who only refer to the public as passive audience, today's consumers are capable of active interpretation and consumption-the active audience. Instead of criticizing only the media's adverse function, Spectacle, I would like to suggest that the everyday life story-telling of reality entertainment can be interpreted as the recovery of the audience.

축제가 가지는 많은 속성 중 하나는 일탈성과 장소성이다. 축제는 일상을 벗어나지 못한 사람들에게 일상에서 느낄 수 없는 새로운 기회를 제공할 수 있는 기능이 있어야 한다. 하지만 축제의 정체성을 유지하기 위해서는 일상생활에서 유리되면 안 된다. 축제는 일상에 기반을 두어 일상에서의 벗어남을 제공해주어야 한다. 이 글에서는 Taste of Chicago를 소개해 본다. Taste of Chicago는 미국에서 꼭 가봐야 할 만큼 유명한 축제는 아니지만 도시의 삶 속에서 도시의 축제를 만들어가는 미국 축제의 일면을 보여주는 축제여서 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 한국어 일상대화를 연속적으로 제공하기 위한 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 본 플랫폼을 통해서 자동으로 일상대화를 수집하고, 정제하고, 학습하여, 사람과 시스템간의 일상대화를 연속적으로 진행할 수 있게 함으로써, 현재 트랜드가 반영된 대화를 실시간으로 수행할 수 있게 되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) of residential home dwelling elderly and home for the aged dwelling elderly. In attempt to address medical professional caring the elderly, this comparative study examines the factors associated with dependence in the ADL and IADL in two samples of elderly people living in two different environments. Methods: The instrument of ADL and IADL widely used Katz ADL and IADL. Katz ADL and IADL was not a perfect fit for Korean. In concern with cultural factors Won developed K(Korean)-ADL and K-IADL scale reflecting Korean's own language expression and cultural factors in year of 2002. The assessment tool of this study was K-ADL and K-IADL. Differences of ADL and IADL were tested for statistical significance using group t-test and x2 test for comparisons between the residential home dwelling elderly and the home for the aged dwelling elderly. Results: Comparison of assessment for K-ADL and K-IADL in two different dwelling types was significant. Performance of ADL and IADL depend upon their living environment such as social status, number of children, income, present illness as well as age group. This study also showed significant differences of performance in some activities of ADL and IADL between the elderly who live in their own home and live in home for the aged. Comparison of performance of ADL and IADL in different dwelling types revealed that only one item of ADL was significant but only one item of IADL was not significant. It means that IADL is more difficult activities in the home for the aged dwelling elderly than the residential home dwelling elderly. The coupled elderly has more independent in some ADL and IADL activities compared with the single elderly. Conclusion: Using K-ADL and K-IADL is more convenient for Korean elderly. Medical professional consider some factors like dwelling style, social status, existing diseases and disabilities in order to care the elderly and train him/her activities of daily living as well as instrumental activities of daily living. Medical professional, especially physical and occupational therapist emphasize the training items which are bathing of ADL and grooming, housework, preparing meals, laundry, traveling, public transportation, shopping, using telephone and taking medicine of IADL based on the result of this study.
