쾌적한 스포츠웨어는 기능성에 있어서 자연환경의 변화조건과 인체의 운동 및 활동에 맞추어 열절달 및 수분전달 등을 적절히 조절할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일반환경조건 및 강우환경조건하에서의 형상기억 투습방수직물 소재의 스포츠웨어 착용에 따른 인체생리반응 및 쾌적감을 규명하기 위하여 스포츠웨어를 제작하여, 인공기후실에서 환경조건변화에 따른 온열생리학적 특성 및 주관적 감각을 측정, 그 특성을 비교, 고찰하였다. 평균피부온은 강우환경조건에서 온도가 낮게, 변동폭이 많게 나타났다. 변화경향을 운동부하를 기점으로 온도의 상승이 나타났고, 운동 2단계에 가장 높은 온도를 나타냈으며, 이후 감소하였다. 직장온은 일반환경조건에 비해 강우환경조건에서 온도의 미세한 상승을 보였다. 의복내 기후는 두 조건 모두에서 가슴부위보다 등부위의 온·습도의 변동폭이 크게 나타났고, 강우환경조건에서의 의복내 온도를 제외하고는 모두 등부위의 온·습도가 높게 나타났다. 최고 혈압은 운동의 강도에 따라 비례하여 상승하고, 최저 혈압에는 큰 영향없이 나타났으며, 변화경향은 의복내 온도의 경향과 역으로 나타났다. 평균혈압은 일반환경조건에서 6.9mmHg 높게 나타났다. 심박수는 일반환경조건에서 4.4beats/min 높게 나타났다. 강우환경조건의 주관적 감각의 평가에서, 신체에 직접 가해지는 빗물 등으로 인해 불쾌감이 증가하였고, 운동 후에는 일반환경조건과 달리 냉감이 증가하였으며, 습윤감은 최고치에 달하였다.

Construction uncertainties are frequently exposed to the claims. In most cases, an interpretation of the claims is based on the construction contract. Therefore, the key points of contract negotiation are how to fairly distribute the contract risks to the client and contractor. For these, a FIDIC that is considered as an international standard contract form would be a good reference to decide reasonable contract risk distribution. In order to find out any unreasonable and unfair contract clauses at the general conditions of contract applying generally to public construction project in Korea, this study surveys, analyses and evaluates the general conditions of contract based on a FIDIC, and then proposes a risk mitigation methodology to response those clauses' risk factors reasonably.

Although design-build construction projects have recently increased. general conditions of construction contract are not reflecting the characteristic of design-build construction projects neither performing its fundamental roles as implying many claim elements. So. this study aims to propose the basis for improving the general conditions of the domestic design-build construction projects. This study reviews literatures associated with design-build construction contract and analyses domestic general conditions into foreign standard forms of general conditions. Additionally, it is examined the problems of design-build construction contracts and performed questionnaire survey to the practitioner in the construction contract field. In doing so, this study suggests the direction for improving general conditions of domestic design-build construction projects.

국가계약법 시행령이 개정됨에 따라 재정경제부는 공사계약 일반조건, 입찰조건, 입찰유의서 등 회계예규를 개정하고 지난 10월 12일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 개정된 시행규칙은 공사계약일반조건에서 설계서와 물량내역서 등의 범위에 대한 정의규정 보완/손해보험 관련 손해공제 포함/설계변경 관련 조문정리/설계변경 계약금액조정 제한대상 추가 및 입찰금액조정 규정 마련/특정규격의 자재별 가격변동에 따른 계약금액조정 관련 등이 개정되었고, 공사입찰유의서에는 입찰에 관한 서류의 열람 및 교부/입찰무효사유 보완/낙찰자가 부적격자로 판명된 경우 낙찰자 결정 방법 개선/조문정리 등이 개선되었다.

신호교차로 교통사고는 90년대 이후 도시가 발달하고 산업이 고도화됨에 따라 교통 혼잡 문제와 함께 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 특히 신호교차로의 교통사고는 인적요인, 차량요인, 환경적 요인 등이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생하는데, 교통량의 집중과 도로의 기하구조, 운전자 과실 등이 교통사고의 주요 인자로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서 교통사고 예측모형을 개발하기 위해서 2003년부터 2006년도까지 실제 경기도의 신호교차로에서 발생한 교통사고자료를 기초로 하였다. 구체적으로는 시내가 아닌 지방부 성격을 지닌 일반국도를 대상으로 하였다. 지방부 일반국도의 신호교차로 교통사고 분석에 단순통계분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 사고와 관계가 높은 신호주기, 방향별 접근 교통량, 회전교통량 둥과 같은 도로, 교통, 운영조건들로 변수를 정하여 교통사고 예측모형을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 도로조건, 교통조건, 운영조건들과 사고와의 관계를 이용하여 경기도 일반국도의 신호교차로 교통사고예측모형을 개발하였고, 이는 지방부 성격을 지닌 교차로에 적용이 가능하다고 판단된다.

In multibody mechanical systems, low-degree-of-freedom (DOF) joints such as revolute and translational joints are much more frequently used than high-DOF joints. In order to formulate kinematic constraint equations, especially for low-DOF joints, in an efficient and systematic manner, this paper presents a parametric generalized coordinate formulation as a new approach for describing constraint equations. In the proposed approach, joint constraint equations are formulated in terms of a mixed set of Cartesian and parametric generalized coordinates, which drastically reduces the complexity and computational cost of the partial derivatives of the constraints such as the constraint Jacobian. The proposed formulation is validated using a simple cylinder-crank system with an implicit integrator.

일반적으로 화학공장에서 요구되는 프로세스 펌프는 취급하는 액의 물리적 화학적 성질 및 고 형체(solid)함량, 결정생성 여부 등을 고려 이에 충분히 견디고 유지보수가 용이하며 가격 면에 서도 저렴하고 여러 가지 운전 조건에 상응할 수 있는 호환성 있는 제품이어야 한다. 다양한 액성 및 운전조건에 적합한 펌프 선정에는 실제적인 많은 시험과 경험이 필요하다. 본 글에서는 원심펌프 선정시 보편적으로 고려되어야 할 일반사항에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Many contractors have overlooked the construction contract general conditions and it was a bad construction practice. Today, construction project is very complex and complicated. This requires a networked contract document and results in a complicated contract conflict hardly to be solved. Therefore, to reduce the construction dispute and to enhance construction practice, clarification of definition of Owner, several conditions to be revised, insertion of design supervision were suggested in this paper.

Both 5.52 and 5.521 of the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus raise several questions. In this paper I will explicate Wittgenstein's concept of generality by answering such questions. These questions and problems are closely intertwined. I will try to show what follows. It is ${\xi}$-conditions that are most decisive on the concept of generality of the Tractatus. Except Ramsey, commentators such as Anscombe, Glock, Kenny etc. failed in accurately grasping the Wittgenstein's thoughts concerning ${\xi}$-condition and their claims are not fair at all. Futhermore, from a view point of history of logic, 5.52 has very important significances. That is to say, it anticipates for the first time a possibility of infinitary logic and the concept of universe of discourse in model theory.

This paper describes an implementation of a graph-based simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM) method called the General Graph Optimization. The General Graph Optimization formulates the SLAM problem using nodes and edges. The nodes represent the location and attitude of a robot in time sequence, and the edge between the nodes depict the constraint between the nodes. The constraints are imposed by sensor measurements. The General Graph Optimization solves the problem by optimizing the performance index determined by the constraints. The implementation is verified using the measurement data sets which are open for test of various SLAM methods.
