이 자료는 한국건설산업연구원이 일반 국민들의 건설사업에 대한 이해를 돕고 건설산업관련 종사자들에게 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데에 목적을 두고 건설사업에 대한 몇가지 주제인 국민경제와 건설산업, 건설업의 현황, 건설경영, 해외건설 및 건설산업의 미래에 대하여 핵심적인 내용과 관련 통계를 알기쉽게 도표로 표현하고 또 필요한 곳에는 간단하게 설명을 추가하여 만든 책자를 전제한 것이다.

미들웨어는 다양한 하드웨어환경을 하나의 플랫폼으로 보이게 하고, 이를 이용한 단일 플랫폼 상에서 동일한 디지털 어플리케이션을 구동할 수 있는 환경을 지원하는 소프트웨어 운용환경이다. 이러한 미들웨어는 특히 통신망을 기반으로 한 IPTV에서 그 필요성이 절실하다 하겠다. IP망은 기존의 방송망과 달리, 미디어를 방송 형식으로 소비자에게 전달하기 위해서는 많은 제약을 안고 있었으나 최근 광대역화 고속화의 진화속도에 따라 그러한 제약은 기술적으로 탈피하기 시작하였고, 다양한 사업모델 구축을 위한 통신사업자들은 미디어 사업영역에 그들의 사업을 확장해나가기에 이르렀다. 일반적으로 유료방송 (PayTV)라는 사업모델에서 수신기는 그들의 사업모델을 구현하는 필수적인 것이며, 사업모델의 진화에 따라 수신기 또한 진화를 하게 되어 사실상 현장에는 다양한 하드웨어가 보급되게 되는데, 이러한 사업모델을 지원하기 위한 하드웨어/소프트웨어적인 단일화 플랫폼 기술인 미들웨어의 기술적 지원이 필수적이기도 하다. 본 고에서는 미들웨어(middleware)라 불리우는 일반적인 데이터방송 및 양방향 방송 지원환경의 필요성과 현재의 기술수준, 그리고 표준화 동향에 대해서 간략하게 조사하여 알아보기로 한다.

It is generally discussed rail tour trains in connection with rail tour business. But KORAIL is trying to promote various subsidiary business and tour business together with transport business. Various policies are adopted to make the trains as a object of tourism not just as a means of transportation. In this study we give preliminary plan for revitalizing KORAIL tour business.

This study analyzed the public preference and acceptance regarding renewable energy projects through Choice Based Conjoint Analysis. The results show that the surveyed respondents consider the leading authority of the projects, as the most important factor when considering participating in renewable energy initiatives. Following this, the mode of participation and profit distribution and the power plant location are also viewed as important, whereas participation through decision making regarding the projects was less important. Also when participating in renewable energy projects, respondents tend to prefer to financially participating through loans or owning shares rather than volunteering support for the business such as sharing information, stating one's views, or providing cooperation and coordination. Therefore, the focus is on distributional justice, such as financial investment and profit distribution, rather than procedural justice, for instance decision making. When analyzing the part-worths utilities for the participation attribute, the respondents most preferred to receiving dividends based on earnings by owning shares with the local government in charge of the entire projects. As a consequence, the results suggest that it is important to have local government get involved and have trust-worthy governing systems in place for the initiation of the public participating-renewable energy projects.

This study is to develop a non-contact construction project management solution that can reduce cost and construction period through on-site information sharing, minimizing contact with others by COVID19, and improving the productivity of the construction industry. Decisions, checklists, and execution rates of construction costs can be checked with smart devices through sharing on-site photos and videos, exchanging opinions. Details and checklist data stored on cloud servers of sites that apply non-face-to-face construction project management solutions will be used as data for analyzing amounts and construction periods depending on the size of the construction. Real-time field information sharing will reduce expected problems and waste factors, expand communication channels with users to prevent or minimize construction disputes and claims, and contribute to the expansion and growth of new research industry markets in construction technology.

In this study, in order to develop a manual for the AI convergence education competency strengthening project, project personnel were interviewed and an overall analysis of the business process was made. As a result of analysis, the manual includes methods to solve problems currently being raised in the field such as recruitment of graduate students, education program management, academic registration management, and budget management. In order to increase the continuity and efficiency of the project, it is necessary to build an administrative management site that provides information on the overall project, to strengthen publicity for general teachers about AI convergence education, and meet the educational needs and level of enrolled students.

지하철이 ESCO사업을 통해 한층 쾌적하고 밝은 시설로 거듭났다. 서울지하철공사가 1, 2, 3, 4호선 115개 역사 가운데 74개역의 조명과 전동기 제어반을 고효율기기와 인버터제어방식으로 개체한 것. 지난해 12월부터 7월까지 약8개월에 걸쳐 $1\~4$호선의 안정기, 형광램프, 반사갓, 터널등기구를 에너지절약형 조명설비로 바꾸고 일반 On/Off제어방식이던 전동기 환기제어반을 절전형 인버터제어기로 교체했다. 지하철공사는 총141억2천9백만원이 투자된 이번 사업으로 인해 연간 약40억원에 해당하는 50,348Mwh의 전력소모를 줄일 수 있게 됐다.

우리나라에 전기가 밝혀진지 어언 80년, 그간 공급능력 확충을 위하여 송전전압 및 1차 배전전압의 승압은 이미 시행하여 오고 있으나 2차 배전전압의 승압은 일반가정 전기수용가와 직결됨으로서 가전기기 보상의 어려움등 제반여건불비로 시행치 못하였으나 금반 2차 배전전압 단기승압계획이 정부에 의해 공포되었다. 이 승압사업은 백년대계를 위한 국가적 사업임과 동시 전기혁신적 사업이며 에너지 자원절약면에서나 전기수용가에 대한 서어비스 향상면에서도 그 의의가 있다 하겠다.
