일반적으로 노동의 주무대인 작업장의 작업환경은 주거실내환경과는 다르다. 작업장에서는 유해물질을 다량으로 사용하거나 농축된 상태로 사용하므로 납과 수은, 카드뮴, 먼지 등 발암물질이나 인체에 유해한 물질에 노출이 용이함으로서 근로자들의 건강을 크게 위협하고 있다(김, 1999). 노동자는 작업환경에서 발암물질과 유해물질이 포함된 각종 먼지를 흡입하기 때문에 폐에 섬유증식을 일으키거나 폐기능을 저하시키는 직업병을 겪기도 한다. (중략)

자동차 생산공정은 일반적으로 프레스, 차체, 도장, 의장으로 구분되어 진다. 특히 차량의 조립 완성 후 엔진과 하부 샤시를 검사하는 Test 라인 공정에서는 차량운전 상태에서만 검사를 실시하는 작업특성 때문에 자동차 배기가스가 실내환경 오염을 유발하고 있다. 그래서 대부분 자동차 공장의 경우 배출가스에 대한 제어방식 및 배기 유량 부족으로 자동차 생산을 위하여 실내에서 작업하는 근로자들에게 두통 및 호흡기질환이 유발되고 있다. (중략)

본 연구는 중대재해처벌법 시행 이후 1년 8개월이 지난 현재까지 사업장의 안전 문제에 대한 사회적 인식 부족을 확인하였다. 2023년 사업장 위험성 평가 지침 개정에도 불구하고, 안전 문화 인식과 참여율 저조가 주요 원인으로 확인되었다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로, 안전 리더십의 강조와 개개인의 셀프 리더십을 통한 자기효능감 향상 방법을 제시하였다. 사업장의 안전 문화 확산을 위한 캠페인의 중요성 또한 강조하였으며, 이를 기반으로 한 안전 문화 확산 전략의 재정립이 요구된다는 결론을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 근로자의 행동을 현장 모니터링 즉 관찰을 통해 불안전한 행동 유발 요인들을 JSA 위험성평가를 실시하는 작업분석으로 올바른 안전작업절차서를 작성함으로써 이를 통한 불안전한 행동 요인을 제거하고 사고 및 재해를 예방할 수 있다.

건설 안전관리는 건설업을 행하는 과정에서 발생하는 사고 나 재해의 발생 원인과 예방을 위한 관리 대책을 수립하여 인명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 모든 활동을 말한다건설현장의 안전사고는 근로자에게는 육체적 8정신적 고통과 노동력의 상실에 따른 경제적 부담이 발생하며 기업 입장에서는 생산력의 저하와 비용의 증가=국가로서도 사회 경제적 손실이 발생함으로 효율적이고 실질적인 안전관리 대책이 반드시 필요하다건설공사가 대형화=복잡화=고층화 및 대규모 지하 굴착과 같은 고난도의 작업이 많아짐에 따라 작업 환경의 특수성과 작업 환경상 높은 위험을 갖게 되었다.

건설교통부는 지난 7월 24일 일반 · 전문건설업간 겸업제한 제도를 폐지하고, 하수급인과 건설근로자에 대한 보호강화 등 건설산업의 경쟁력 강화와 건전한 발전에 필요한 제도적 기반을 구축하기 위한 건설산업기본법개정안을 입법예고 했다. 개정안의 주요 내용은 △일반 · 전문건설업간 겸업제한 폐지△시공참여자제도 개선△ 건설업체 부도시 하도급 대금을 발주처에서 직접 지급△건설산업 부조리 해소를 위한 규정 보완△ 발주자에게 하도급계획서 제출 등이다. 건교부는 그동안 "기업 · 학계 · 연구원 · 정부"합동으로 포럼을 구성하여 10여 차례 토의하였고, 공청회, 관련업계 간담회 등을 통하여 폭넓은 의견수렴을 거쳤으며, 입법 예고를 통한 추가적인 의견수렴(7.25~8.14)과 규제심사등 정부입법과정을 거쳐 금년 10월중 국회에 제출할 예정이다.

Nowadays, the redevelopment of the conventional pier in Busan port has been one of top issues on Busan port. Busan Port Authority has already launched a research project on that and the Master Plan undergoing. However, the conventional pier is still booming one for small vessels providing feeder service to and from Busan port and both Japanese ports and Chinese ones. Accordingly, there are several terminal operation companies(TOC) and union workers which make might be a major obstacle for the redevelopment. Furthermore, it has been said that alternative pier is necessary before starting redevelopment. Under such circumstance this paper tries to review the major limitations and provide some thought for the solution.

The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relations among related factors of job and life satisfaction among 805 wage workers with disabilities. The study conducted a path analysis using the $8^{th}$ Panel survey of Employment for the Disabled data. The results are as follows. Firstly, the life satisfaction scale was categorized into the human relationship satisfaction and the material environment satisfaction by an explorative factor analysis. These two satisfactions are directly affected by Job Satisfaction (JS) and Job Involvement (JI), not directly affected by Job Engagement (JE). Secondly, JS and JI have a complete mediated effect on the path from JE to these two satisfactions. Thirdly, an indirect effect in the path reaching JS was shown to be significant in a dual mediating effect through JS and JI. Based on this study, it is recommended the way of vocational rehabilitation counseling and the related supporting strategies and programs devise toward a JS of wage workers with disabilities, vocational rehabilitation field practitioners and professionals should consider properly intervening job factors.

This is a descriptive research study on industrial workers to understand the effects of drinking patterns, job stress, and leisure satisfaction on their health promotion behavior. Subjects of the survey were 207 workers undergoing health checkups at three hospitals in U metropolitan city. Data was collected from November 1, 2019, to November 30, 2019, through a structured questionnaire. The IBM SPSS 24.0 program was used to analyze data. The subjects' drinking frequency was 2 to 3 times a week, (36.3%), and the motive was a social gathering (54.6%). The averages were 62.46±5.59 for job stress, 30.29±6.39 leisure satisfaction, 125.64±8.77 for health promotion behaviors, which was higher than the median. Health promotion behavior was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation with job stress (r=.227, p<.001) and leisure satisfaction (r=.542, p<.001). A multiple regression analysis of the factors affecting health-promoting behavior showed that this is affected by drinking patterns, job stress, and leisure with an explanatory power of 29.7%. Based on this study, continuous support is needed for industrial workers to relieve their social gathering and job stress through leisure activities, not drinking, and we expect them to improve their quality of life through a healthy lifestyle and health promotion behavior.
