This study aimed to analyze users' behaviors to use mobile services of academic libraries by indirectly observing users' experiences based on their diaries. Ultimately, this study intended to contribute to the development of mobile services in academic libraries by helping academic libraries understand users and their needs of mobile services. For this, diary method was conducted with 20 students at two academic libraries. These participants should report detailed process and thoughts immediately after using mobile library services at least once a day during a week. Totally 137 diaries were collected. And then this study conducted a content analysis to figure out what information needs they had, whether or not the needs were solved, what menu they selected, and what steps and gaps they got. In addition, on the basis of the findings, this study suggested further steps for improving mobile services at academic libraries.

This study was to identify the effects of using Gratitude Diary Writing on self-esteem and internal-external locus of control to adolescent. A randomized controlled experimental design was used. There were 20 participants in the experimental group, and 19 in the control group. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, t-test. The results of self-esteem(t=5.142, p=<.001) and internal-external locus of control(t=5.821 p=<.001)l showed statistically significant differences between the two groups. Using thank journal writing is effective in improving adolescents self-esteem and internal-external locus of control. If the gratitude diary writing effect of gratitude is verified by selecting a wide sample, it is expected that it will be helpful for generalize activities.

As many people went through Corona, they began to be interested in picture diaries that record their daily lives. However, existing applications have many paid services, and it is difficult to write a picture diary for those who have difficulty drawing themselves. In this paper, an application was developed to solve these problems. Basically, drawing diary writing function is provided, drawing is provided in the hand drawing function to increase convenience, and AI drawing function is added to make it possible to draw through keywords for those who have difficulty drawing. In addition, the emotional analysis function was added so that one could see one's past emotional statistics through the statistical function.

In contemporary society, the expression of emotions and self-reflection are considered pivotal factors with a positive impact on stress management and mental well-being, thereby highlighting the significance of journaling. However, traditional journaling methods have posed challenges for many individuals due to constraints in terms of time and space. Recent rapid advancements in chatbot and emotion analysis technologies have garnered significant attention as essential tools to address these issues. This paper introduces an artificial intelligence chatbot that integrates the GPT-3 model and emotion analysis technology, detailing the development process of a system that automatically generates journals based on users' chat data. Through this system, users can engage in journaling more conveniently and efficiently, fostering a deeper understanding of their emotions and promoting positive emotional experiences.

This study developed examination test tools for concepts of weather changes of middle school students, analyzed the hierarchy of concepts associated with weather changes by means of knowledge state analysis method, and examined the knowledge state and lesson effects of each individual learner. The hierarchy of the knowledge state of concepts of middle school students associated with weather changes followed the steps of 'humidity ${\rightarrow}$ air mass ${\rightarrow}$ cloud ${\rightarrow}$ precipitation ${\rightarrow}$ front ${\rightarrow}$ weather'. Cases were identified where the knowledge state of students that was thought to be similar to each other among the group of students who have scored almost the same points and thus were thought to have almost the same learning ability, have turned out different in the knowledge state from each other. Namely, the level of knowledge state structuralized differed, suggesting that differing prescriptions should be made according to the knowledge state of each student concerned. Analysis of the knowledge state of learners helps prepare learning prescriptions for each student and appraise prior learning. To examine effects of teaching-learning that has taken into consideration the hierarchy of knowledge state and concepts, lessons were conducted in comparison with the order in which syllabuses are presented in the textbooks, with the result that when knowledge state of learners have been taken into consideration, students made scores significantly higher (p < .05) than otherwise. This indicates that in introducing the unit of weather changes better teaching and learning can be achieved by reordering the contents of subject matters of the textbook by grasping the knowledge state of learners.

The $76^{th}$ National Treasure is consisted of seven volumes of Nanjung Ilgi (War Diary of Admiral Yi Sun-sin; each titled by the author based on the zodiac name of the year covered, i.e. Imjin Ilgi, Gyesa Ilgi, Gabo Ilgi, Byeongsin Ilgi, Jeongyu Ilgi, Sok Jeongyu Ilgi, Musul Ilgi), Seogancheob (Letters of Admiral Yi) and Imjin Jangcho (Drafts of Imjin War Reports of Admiral Yi). These are currently in the custody of Hyeonchungsa shrine, the state-managed memorial shrine of Admiral Yi, and has been added to UNESCO's Memory of the World Register in June 2013 in the appreciation of its historical and academic importance as a commander's hand-written battlefield accounts during Japanese invasions of Korea. Imjin Jangcho, among these nine volumes, is a record of battles, including observations on the enemy fleets, suggestions on naval matters, battle expenditure, and methods of battle preparation, transcribed by someone else according to Admiral Yi's instructions. It is Admiral Yi's honest detailobservations on the war situation during Japanese invasions of Korea from 1592 as a Naval Commander of Left Jeolla Province, till 1594 (Year 27 of King Seonjo's reign) as a Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of the South. It is a draft of the war report to be submitted to the King in a single volume as a folio (each sheet folded once to produce one leaf) bound in a side-stitched binding with five holes and inner binding of twisted paper. This study explores the condition and the treatment performed on Imjin Jangcho which could have an implication for the conservation of cultural assets on paper of late Joseon Dynasty.

On the 25th of November in 1997 winter season, unprecedented high waves were recorded at the southern part of Korea Peninsular. The significant wave heights over 4 m were recorded at Marado, Pusan and Ulrungdo successively with time lags. Seoguipo breakwaters which were under construction were damaged by the unexpected high waves. These unprecedented southerly high waves in winter seem to be caused by unusual development and traveling of low pressure. Weather charts and wave fields calculated by a numerical model were analyzed to examine the unusual development of these waves. Protection against the southerly high waves in winter must be considered in coastal constructions and structures.

"Jocheonillgi", one of the articles left by Jo Heon(1544~1592) whose pen name was Jung-bong, is a travelogue which was written in around 1574~1575 when he was dispatched to Ming as a formal envoy(Giljungkwan). The diary-style manuscript was designated as one of the pieces of the National Treasure 1007. Due to the damage of its binding strings, abrasion, fold, stain, insect and damage on the surface, conservation and restoration was needed. In the process of separation, three more binding strings were found, confirming that the travelogue was rebound at least twice in the past. In addition, the page of 'Yeondoillgi', the original title, was bound inside, confirming that the current cover was revised in the past. As the result of the investigation of base fabric, paper mulberry was found to be the cover, inside paper, lining paper, paper strings. The three kinds of binding string including the current ones was defined to be silk.

This study was based on the diary of George Clayton Fork, who arrived in Jeonju at 12:10 p.m. on November 10, 1884 and stayed for two nights and three days. During his stay, he was able to learn about the culture of Jeollagamyoung at that time through food, alcohol, banquets and gifts that he was treated to by gratitude. In particular, Fork added pictures and explanations of the deficiencies to its records, drawing half the breakfast table specially served by the Jeollagamyoung at 10 a.m. on Nov. 11. This is very valuable as the best and first source of knowledge of the food culture of the Joseon Dynasty in Jeonju, where no torture related to food was found. This is the result of a study that put great significance on objectively understanding the culture of Jeollagamyoung in the eyes of foreigners 135 years ago.
