  • 공공부분 S/W사업은 분리발주가 원칙이고 일괄발주가 예외지만 현재 많은 공공부분 S/W사업은 일괄 발주 사업으로 진행되고 있다. 일괄발주는 SI업체가 S/W업체도 선택하여 입찰 및 개발하기 때문에 발주자가 원하는 품질 좋은 S/W를 선택할 수 없고, 발주자가 S/W를 업그레이드 및 확장할 때 SI업체에 의존하게 되는 단점이 있다. 이런 단점을 보완하고, S/W분리발주를 활성화시키기 위해 지식경제부(구 정보통신부)에서는 S/W분리발주 매뉴얼을 작성하여 보급 및 교육을 하고 있으며, 발주처에서는 품질이 우수한 S/W를 선택하기 위한 S/W분리발주 BMT를 공인된 시험기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) SW 시험인증센터에서 BMT를 실시하고 있다. 본 논문은 위협관리시스템(TMS) S/W분리발주 BMT를 공인된 국가 시험인증기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) SW시험인증센터에서 수행한 사례를 기술하였다

An Evaluation of Structural Integrity and Fatigue Strength for the Bogie Frame of Monorail (모노레일 대차 프레임에 대한 구조 안전성 및 피로강도 평가)

  • In this paper, the structural integrity and fatigue strength for the bogie frame of Monorail being developed in domestic was evaluated. Presently, the standard of evaluation for the bogie frame of monorail was not regulated. Therefore, the evaluation of the structural integrity and fatigue strength for the bogie frame was performed on the basis of the UIC 615-4 standard. The structural integrity of the designed bogie frame was evaluated by displacement and Von-Mises stress under each load conditions. And the fatigue strength was evaluated by combined main in-service load conditions specified at UIC 615-4 standard and it was compared with result of fatigue analysis using winLIFE v3.1 with the function of batch processing. The results shows that the structural integrity and fatigue strength of the designed bogie frame was satisfied, and the fatigue analysis using batch processing was more effective than conventional fatigue analysis using combined load conditions.

A FPGA Implementation of BIST Design for the Batch Testing (일괄검사를 위한 BIST 설계의 FPGA 구현)

  • In this paper, the efficient BILBO(named EBILBO) is designed for BIST that is able to batch the testing when circuit is designed on FPGA. The proposed algorithm of batch testing is able to test the normal operation speed with one-pin-count that can control all part of large and complex circuit. PRTPG is used for the test pattern and MISR is used for PSA. The proposed algorithm of batch testing is VHDL coding on behavioral description, so it is easily modified the model of test pattern generation, signature analysis and compression. The EBILBO's area and the performance of designed BIST are evaluated with ISCAS89 benchmark circuit on FPGA. In circuit with above 600 cells, it is shown that area is reduced below 30%, test pattern is flexibly generated about 500K and the fault coverage is from 88.3% to 100%. EBILBO for the proposed batch testing BIST is able to execute concurrently normal and test mode operation in real time to the number of $s+n+(2^s/2^p-1)$ clock(where, in CUT, # of PI;n, # of register, p is order # of polynomial). The proposed algorithm coded with VHDL is made of library, then it well be widely applied to DFT that satisfy the design and test field on sme time.

  • Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

  • Attacking of computer and network is increasing as information processing technology heavily depends on computer and network. To prevent the attack of system and network, host and network based intrusion detection system has developed. But previous rule based system has a lot of difficulties. For this reason demand for developing a intrusion detection system which detects and cope with the attack of system and network resource in real time. In this paper we develop a real time intrusion detection system which is combination of APEX and LS-SVM classifier. Proposed system is for nonlinear data and guarantees convergence. While real time processing system has its advantages, such as memory efficiency and allowing a new training data, it also has its disadvantages of inaccuracy compared to batch way. Therefore proposed real time intrusion detection system shows similar performance in accuracy compared to batch way intrusion detection system, it can be deployed on a commercial scale.

  • In recent, proliferation of mobile smart devices have led to big-data era, the importance of location-based services is increasing due to the exponential growth of trajectory related data. In order to process trajectory data, parallel processing platforms such as cloud computing and MapReduce are necessary. Currently, the researches based on MapReduce are on progress, but due to the MapReduce's properties in using batch processing and simple key-value structure, applying MapReduce framework for real time LBS is difficult. Therefore, in this research we propose a suitable system design on efficient indexing and search techniques for real time service based on detailed analysis on the properties of MapReduce.

  • 현대 사회의 교육은 교사 중심의 단순한 지식 전달 교육에서 학습자 중심 교육으로 전환하고있다. 교육 평가도 이러한 추세에 따라 암기 위주의 지필 평가에서 학습자의 수행과정과 산출물을 평가하는 수행평가로 전환하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 수행평가에서는 교사 본연의 업무인 교육과 연구 활동에 지장을 초래할 만큼 과중한 업무부담이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문은 지금까지 수작업으로 이루어지던 수행평가 업무를 기존의 교무업무지원시스템과 연계하여 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 중복 입력 작업 등의 노력을 최소화할 수 있는 수행평가시스템을 설계한다. 설계시 주요 고려사항으로 수행평가 계획에서부터 최종 출력물까지 일괄처리 및 중간 입력 확인 과정을 생략하여 수행평가와 관련한 교사의 업무 부담을 경감, 교사 본연의 가르치는 업무에 보다 충실할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 학생들에게 영역별 성취 결과를 서술적으로 기술하여 제공함으로써 학생 스스로 문제점을 이해하고 개선하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

  • 사이버 ISR을 통하여 정보를 획득하는 과정에서 데이터를 추출하고 이를 스스로 가공하여 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 에이전트를 연구하는 과정에서 폐쇄망에 침투했을 경우 이를 효과적으로 감시 정찰할 수 있는 방법을 논의한다. 폐쇄망으로 인하여 침투한 컴퓨터에 심어진 에이전트는 C&C서버와 원활한 교류가 불가능하게 되는데, 이때 스스로 살아남아 지속적으로 데이터를 수집하며, 분석을 하기 위해서는 한정된 자원과 시간을 활용하여야 발각되지 않고 계속하여 임무를 수행할 수 있다. 특히 분석하는 과정에서 많은 자원과 시간을 활용하는 때 이를 해결하기 위해 본인은 점진적 학습방법을 이용하는 것을 제안하며, 일괄학습 방법과 함께 비교하는 실험을 해보았다.

  • This paper deals with a batch processor model in which the batch processing speed depends on the jobs assigned to the batch. Each job is completed by accomplishing its required job processing quantity which is calculated as job speed product processing time. Its speed is given as not the exact value but the range. Thus the batch sets are constructed by the jobs which hold the speed in common. And the batch sets are processed as soon as possible. We developed the model to described the problem situation and adopt the total tardiness as the decision criterion.

  • VANET(Vehicular Ad-hoc Network)는 MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network)의 한 형태로, 다수의 차량들이 무선통신을 이용하여 차량 간 통신 또는 차량과 RSU(Road Side Unit)사이의 통신을 제공하는 차세대 네트워킹 기술이다. VANET환경에서 기존의 그룹 서명 방식을 이용한 메시지 서명 및 검증이 이루어진다면, 통신 차량이 많아질수록 오버헤드가 발생하는 단점을 지니고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 다수의 차량 간 통신 시에 보다 효율적인 메시지 검증을 위해 Bloom Filter를 이용한 메시지 일괄 검증 기법을 제안한다.
