인텔리전트 빌딩의 근본 목적이 정보화 사회에서 입주자에게는 효과적인 업무 환경을 제공하고, 건물 소유주에게는 경제적인 이점을, 건물 운영자에게는 일괄적인 관리체계를 통한 LCC 절감을 제공한다는 데에 있다고 볼 때에, 깊은 관련을 가지고 있는 빌딩 자동제어시스템의 역할은 매우 중요하다고 판단되나. 이제 빌딩 자동제어시스템은 시대적인 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 고객의 요구를 만족시키기 위해 신기술과 노 하우(know how)를 집약시켜 새로운 방향 정립이 필요하다. 그것은 바로 쾌적하고 안전한 업무 환경을 제공한다는 근본 목적 아래 보다 효율적인 관리 방 안과, 에너지 절약, 인력 절감을 극대화시켜 줄 수 있는 통합 시스템으로의 재탄생을 의미한다 하 겠다.

국방기술 및 무기체계의 도입은 다양한 형태의 정보원을 바탕으로 다각정인 분석을 해야 하며, 국가 경제 및 정치적인 사항 등 많은 요소의 영향을 받는다. 또한 한 번 도입된 체계는 짧게는 5년에서 길게는 10년 혹은 15년에 이르기 까지 아주 오랜 기간동안 도입되어야 하기 때문에 개발 단계에서 이를 전력화 하고 유지 보수하는 단계에 이르기 까지 일괄적이면서도 미래 선도 기술에 대한 예측이 가능하도록 서비스가 되어야 한다. 아울러 해를 거듭할 수록 최첨단 군사기술이 등장하고 있기 때문에 다양한 학습 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해서는 시맨틱 검색에 기반한 다양한 국방 기술 정보를 제공하는 시맨틱 검색 환경을 제공해야 한다. 본 고에서는 이에 따른 시맨틱 검색 및 복합지식 기반 이러닝 환경의 프로토타입을 제시한다.

시스템통합(SI)이란 소프트웨어, 하드웨어, 네트워크등 사용자요구에 적합한 솔루션을 적시에 제공하는 종합적인 정보서비스 체계를 의미한다. SI사업은 90년대 들면서 연평균 30-40% 급성장을 통하여 소프트웨어산업을 넘어 정보통신산업의 핵심으로 급부상하고 있다. 이에따라 한국통신은 고객중심의 미래경영체제로서의 전환을 통하여 WTO 체제하의 국제경쟁 환경을 극복하고 고객의 다양한 요구를 신속하고 편리하게 일괄처리해 줄 수 있는 국내 최대의 SI프로젝트인 통합고객정보시스템(ICIS: Integrated Customer Information System)개발에 착수 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 국가기준점체계의 세계측지계 전환에 따른 인천 연안지역의 환경지리정보 변환 방안을 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 세계측지계 변환 방안과 관련된 각종 자료를 수집 분석하여 환경지리정보의 세계측지계 변환을 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 환경지리정보들을 다양한 구축방법에 따라 다양한 형태로 제공되고 있어 일괄적은 변환에는 어려움이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 환경지리정보들을 변환하기 위해서는 우선 국토지리정보원의 수치지도의 세계측지계 변환 지침을 기준으로 원시자료부터 변환을 수행하여 환경지리정보를 다시 구축하는 방안과 기존에 구축된 환경지리정보를 변환하는 방안이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 새로운 측지좌표계 도입에 따른 환경지리정보의 세계측지계 변환 방안을 제시하고, 환경지리정보에 대하여 국가기준계의 세계측지계 전환에 능동적으로 대응하고 세계측지계 도입에 따라 예상되는 초기 혼란을 최소화 하고 향후 구축될 환경지리정보들의 정확도 향상의 기반을 조성 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study is on the focus of the cost-effective and time-effective in the BCTOC which commenced the On Dock Termainal System in 1998 for the first time in Korea. The digital map has been updated in every five years in the past. However, it has been changed to make corrections and updated in every two years for metropolitan region and every four years for other regions since year 2008. Although, the correctness and reliability were decreased and updating work is being delayed due to the updating work in a lump. The period update spends a lot of money because this method uses aerial photogrammetry, and the digital map has the time gap between periods. Therefore, this study provides information necessary for digital map produced by the government and develops digital map production system based on objects which can be updated frequently in order to save state and local government budgets that double investment are generated to update digital map. In order to analyze usefulness of the developed system, subject area was selected and errors of updated data were analyzed. As the result of analysis, checked 66 errors were corrected and saved in the database.

Most of research is focused on combining policies for information security management policy, security standard, and security tools. However, there are no researches for total solution for both application and security policy. Thereby, the purpose of this research is to propose a remote integrated management system based on linux. The system could efficiently manage data update for application and policy update for a server supporting the distinct configuration of each server. By using the remote integrated management system, system manager with poor secure knowledge also could easily manage their system securely.

With the wide spread use of multimedia device, the demand for the image processing engineers are increasing in various fields. However there are few engineers who can develop practical applications in the image processing area. To teach practical image processing techniques, we need a visual programming environment which can efficiently present the image processing theories and, at the same time, provide interactive experiments for the theory presented. In this paper, we propose a visual programming environment of the integrated environment for image processing. It consists of the theory presentation systems and experiment systems based on the visual programming environment. The theory presentation systems support multimedia data, web documents and powerpoint files. The proposed system provides an integrated environment for application development as well as education. The proposed system accumulates the teaching materials and exercise data and it manages, an ideal image processing education and research environment to students and instructors.

The development of information technologies has contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training in firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with a one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of tune, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables affect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. Eight hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line site design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed with future studies.
