A study on the Effects of Parenting Attitudes on School Adjustment in Middle School Students (융합적 부모양육태도가 중학생의 학교적응에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze how effects of parental monitoring, parental affection, inconsistency in parenting attitudes on adolescents' school adjustment and intervention to help adolescents school adjustment. Korea Youth Policy Institute to achieve the research objectives, 'Korea Child Youth Panel Survey'(KCYPS 2010) using data from the First year 1 data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistic, t-Testing, ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study are as follows. parenting attitudes were an independent variable having a partially significant effect on middle school students' school adjustment. As a results, The level of parental monitoring and affection are high, the level of middle school students' school adjustment gets higher. On the contrary, the level of parents' inconsistency are high, the level of middle school students' school adjustment gets lower. Therefore, it is necessary to research various options to develop promoting positive parenting attitude in order to increase the level of the middle school student's school adjustment

  • There is a negotiation between management and labors about paying incentive at the every end of the year. This result causes the conflict between management and labors. The successful operation of incentive system is based on respect and common benefit between workers and managers. The manager-trust is the power of leading reciprocality. This research started from the issues of companies with incentive system at this year. This research analysed the influence of manager-trust by the fairness of incentive system. and how HRM system affects the manager-trust through the strength of the HRM system. It appeared in a survey that shows the fairness of incentive system and manager-trust effect positive matter. As a result of the control effect in the strength of the HRM system, the relationship between distributive justice and manager-trust shows that Distinctiveness, consistency, and consensus have the control effect. Although the Distinctiveness has control effect, consistency and consensus didn't have control effect in the relationship between perceptual justice and manager-trust.

  • This study evaluated the statistical stationarity of rainfall quantiles as well as the rainfall itself. The conventional methodologies like the Cox-Stuart test for trend and Dickey-Fuller test for a unit root used for testing the stationarity of a time series were applied and evaluated their application to the rainfall quantiles. As results, first, no obvious increasing or decreasing trend was found for the rainfall in Seoul, which was also found to be a stationary time series based on the Dickey-Fuller test. However, the Cox-Stuart test for the rainfall quantiles show some trends but not in consistent ways of increasing or decreasing. Also, the Dickey-Fuller test for a unit root shows that the rainfall quantiles are non-stationary. This result is mainly due to the difference between the rainfall data and rainfall quantiles. That is, the rainfall is a random variable without any trend or non-stationarity. On the other hand, the rainfall quantiles are estimated by considering all the data to result in high correlation between their consecutive estimates. That is, as the rainfall quantiles are estimated by adding a stationary rainfall data continuously, it becomes possible for their consecutive estimates to become highly correlated. Thus, it is natural for the rainfall quantiles to be decided non-stationary if considering the methodology used in this study.

The Validity and Reliability of a Korean Version of the Satisfaction with Simulation Experience Scale for Evaluating Satisfaction with High-Fidelity Simulation Education for Nursing Students (간호대학생의 고성능 인체 환자 모형 시뮬레이션 교육 평가를 위한 한국판 시뮬레이션 만족도 경험 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the Satisfaction with Simulation Experience (SSE) scale for evaluating high-fidelity simulation education for nursing students. Participants were 174 nursing students, seniors enrolled in two colleges in two different regions. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS / WIN 22.0 and tested for construct validity (factor analysis, group comparison test) and reliability (internal consistency). Factor analysis revealed 17 items and 3 factors explaining 71.581% of the variance. Group comparisons showed that satisfaction with simulation training differed significantly across satisfaction to a college life and school record. Internal consistency reliability for all items was .945. For each sub-domain, the reliability coefficient was .929 for 'Debrief', .908 for 'Clinical learning and reflection', and .860 for 'Clinical reasoning'. Nursing students' mean satisfaction with simulation using the high-fidelity simulator was 3.92. Results of this study are expected to be used for evaluating the satisfaction of nursing college students receiving high-fidelity simulation education, and to serve as groundwork for the development and application of nursing simulation education.

  • The objective of this paper is to compare and summarize the procedure and effectiveness of some bioassay systems and to point out ways to obtain reliable results from each bioassay. Detailed C:escriptions were given for those widely-adapted bioassay methods, such as mungbean rooting (auxin), Avena first internode straight growth (auxin), dwarf rice growth (gibberellin), dwarf pea epicotyl elongation (gibberellin), radish cotyledon expansion test (cytokinin), and tobacco stem pith callus growth (cytokinin), and the effects of various plant growth regulators including some recently introduced growth retardants (Paclobutrazol, Uniconazol, etc.) were also summarized.

  • Six sigma has been the most influential management innovation tool in order to achieve the customer's satisfaction and keep the competition in the age of limitless competition. The success in six sigma is to find the correct CTQ (Critical to Quality). QFD (Quality function deployment) is the efficient too ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs. One of the mistakes in QFD is to analyze using an inconsistent HOQ (House of quality) chart. An inconsistent HOQ chart is one in which the information from the correlation matrix is inconsistent with that from the relationship matrix. This study presents the consistency check and inconsistency check in case of failing the consistency check. Also we propose the procedures using the Limiting Probability in correlation matrix and the Median Rank in relationship matrix in order to be consistent in HOQ chart.

  • This study aims to develop a metadata schema for sports moving records based on a multiple entity model as an attempt to suggest an effective way to manage, retrieve, and utilize sports moving records. The multiple entity model consists of four entities - sports match, match contributors, moving records, and record management business - and metadata elements were developed for each entity. In addition, authority records for sports team and persons were created to ensure the consistency of terminology and provide rich contextual information. The suggested multiple entity model, metadata elements, and authority records for sports teams and persons were verified, modified, and expanded by a group of experts including a sports marketing expert and professors in the sports department.

Study the Analysis of Comparison with AROI and MROI Mode in Gated Cardiac Blood Pool Scan (게이트심장혈액풀 스캔에서 자동 관심영역 설정과 수동 관심영역 설정 모드의 비교 분석에 관한 고찰)

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study were to compare the left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) from gated cardiac blood pool scan (GCBP) for analysis auto-drawing region of interest mode (AROI) and manual-drawing region of interest mode (MROI), respectively. To evaluation the relationships between values produced by both ROI modes. Materials and Methods: Gated cardiac blood pool scan using in vivo method Tc-99m Red Blood Cell were performed for 33 patients (mean age: $53.2{\pm}13.2\;y$) with objective of chemotherapy using single head gamma camera (ADAC Laboratories, Milpitas, CA). Left ventricular ejection fraction was automatically and manually measured, respectively. Results: There was significant difference statistically between AROI and MROI ($LVEF^{AROI}$: $71.4{\pm}12.4%$ vs. $LVEF^{MROI}$: $65.8{\pm}5.9%$, p=0.003). Intra-observer agreements in AROI was higher than MROI ($\gamma^{AROI}=0.964$, Cronbach's $\alpha^{AROI}=0.986$ vs. $\gamma^{MROI}=0.793$, Cronbach's $\alpha^{MROI}=0.911$), either. Additionally, there was no significant difference statistically at best septal view (${\Delta}LVEF^{BSV}=0.7{\pm}2.3%$, p=0.233), however statistically significant difference was found at badly separated septal view (${\Delta}LVEF=10.9{\pm}11.4%$, p=0.001). Moreover, Intra-observer agreements in best septal view was higher than badly separated septal view ($\gamma^{BSV}=0.939$, Cronbach's $\alpha^{BSV}=0.978$; $\gamma=0.948$, Cronbach's $\alpha=0.981$ at AROI, $\gamma^{BSV}=0.836$, Cronbach's $\alpha^{BSV}=0.936$; $\gamma=0.748$, Cronbach's $\alpha=0.888$ at MROI). Conclusion: When best septal view was acquired, LVEF by AROI and MROI indicated not different. Comparing Intra-observer agreements with AROI and MROI, the AROI tended to show higher. Therefore, it is considered that the AROI than MROI is valuable in reproducibility and objective when ROI analysis by acquire left ventricular of best septal view.

Investigation on Methods to Improve the Reliability of Education Satisfaction Surveys: Focused on the S University Case (교육수요자 만족도조사의 신뢰성 제고방안 탐색: S대학교 사례를 중심으로)

  • In order for the consumers of education and university to be mutually communicating well, satisfaction surveys with a correct system are essential. This study points out the causes for insincere responses found in the process of education satisfaction surveys while discussing possible methods to elicit sincere responses from the students. As a result of analyzing S University, it was observed that enforced online evaluation methods did have a high response rate but also monotonously insincere responses showed to have a high ration among them. A second study was carried out in order to improve the research method after confirming the reliability of the research. Study results sowed that through a representative sample survey, monotonous response patterns decreased and the data distribution satisfied normal distribution. Moreover, a focus group interview was carried out in order to understand the root causes and possible solutions to the problem. Lastly, this study revealed the need of diversified attempts and research in order to secure reliability in education satisfaction surveys while proposing methods of improvement.

Operational Efficiency and Value Relevance of Unbilled Revenue in the Construction Company (건설기업의 경영효율성과 미청구공사의 가치관련성)

  • This paper investigates whether the value relevance of unbilled revenue in the construction company is differentiated according to the degree of company's operational efficiency. Unbilled revenue is an item that appears in the assets of the statement of financial position based on the IFRS. It is an item that has a nature of accounts receivable, but it is calculated based on subjective judgment of management. In this paper, we hypothesized that the value relevance of unbilled revenue will be differentiated according to operational efficiency of the construction company. The results of hypothesis test are as follows. First, unbilled revenue has a significant relationship with firm's value, which is consistent with previous research results. Second, the value relevance of unbilled revenue is higher in companies with high operational efficiency. In conclusion, this paper is different from previous researches in that this paper presents not only that unbilled revenue has a value relevance but also provides evidence that it can be differentiated according to the degree of operational efficiency.
