  • The advent of the multiple media representatives system make the competition in the advertising industry. In this sense, both advertising industry and academic field have interested in construction and application of public infrastructure for broadcasting advertising. More specifically, this work analyzes the value of Kodex in the smart media system. Also, this study explores a basic set of application plan of Kodex as the public infrastructure. As a result, it is necessary to build transaction system infrastructure, ads contents application infrastructure, ads promotion infrastructure, and new profit creation infrastructure in the KOBAnet and KODEX. This study, as a leading research for the application of broadcasting advertising infrastructure, aims to provide some practical implications and suggestions for further research.

  • The Green Infrastructure Framework refers to an interconnected network formed by greenways that links gardens, parks, green spaces, streams, wetlands, agricultural lands, and green belts. Green infrastructure supports diverse functions to environment, provides various benefits to people, and helps in the community's health and viability. It can store stormwater runoff and abate its non-point source pollutants. Due to its advantages and profits, advanced countries in environment policies have adopted green infrastructure in planning and implementing urban and regional development. The Korean government and municipalities have focused upon grey infrastructure investment in the past, which causes occurrence of natural disasters such as draught, flood, and landslides, degradation of water and air quality, decline of biodiversity, and even inhibition of economic activities. In order to alleviate these problems, it is requested to formulate and implement policies for green infrastructure at the national government level. USA and Korean situation of green infrastructure were investigated; forty components of green infrastructure were drawn. Nine policies utilized in the USA cases were identified, which are applicable to Korea. Among them, five policies can be implemented in public sector and four in private one. The green infrastructure law needed in Korea was suggested. The amendments of laws regarding green infrastructure and alternatives expending it were proposed.

  • Following the global air-traffic market growth outlook, urgency of technical development is needed in responding to changes in the international air-traffic management paradigm and to prepare technology securing and spreading strategies, which are consistent with systematic aviation weather service policies and evolution direction. Although air traffic has decreased significantly due to COVID-19, normalcy is expected from 2024, as announced by IATA. According to the future air transportation market outlook and development trends of related technologies, Korea has established and implementing the next-generation air transportation system construction plan(NARAE) to secure international competitiveness and leadership in the future. Therefore, this paper describes the technical, economic background and requirements of numerical model-based aviation weather R&D projects for successful implementation of domestic NARAE plans and providing aviation safety and air traffic service efficiency. Furthermore, we proposed numerical-model-based technology development content, strategies and detailed load-map.

  • Community infrastructure contains national facilities that directly affect the quality of life of citizens. They need to be evenly supplied to every one of citizens. However, the services provided by infrastructure differ by region. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze the current status of the supply of community infrastructure consisting of accessibility and capacity. Accessibility can be evaluated by the time between residence blocks and facilities, which is an indicator of the convenience of citizens. Capacity is assessed by the area supplied for the local population, to assess whether facilities are being sufficiently supplied to the region. The method presented in this paper was applied on a case region to test the applicability. The analysis method of the supply status of community infrastructure in this study is considered to be used as a basic framework for regional supply plan of community infrastructure and urban planning.

  • In this study, factors affecting the efficacy of EV charging infrastructure improvement were investigated for EV users on Jeju Island. This study analyzed satisfaction with the EV charging infrastructure and demographic factors that affect the efficacy of EV charging infrastructure improvement. Factors found to affect the efficacy of EV charging infrastructure improvement include a sufficient number of charger installations, the speed in using EV chargers, the ease of obtaining additional information about charging, and fast customer service for faulty chargers. It was also confirmed that demographic factors such as user's housing types had a significant effect. This study contributes to verifying user satisfaction with the construction of EV charging infrastructure throughout Jeju Island.
