There have been enormous efforts to develop an innovative public transport bus service for enhancing its operational efficiency based on Automated Vehicle(AV). However, since the vehicle operating environment in the public transport system varies with the purpose and method of mobility service, it is necessary to preferentially evaluate the current roadworthiness for an effective way to introduce the AV. Therefore, this study classified and redefined AV-based mobility service based on literature reviews. This research conducted the roadworthiness test for checking the feasibilities of the AV-based mobility services. Furthermore, we suggested some deployment strategies of the AV-based mobility service considering the Level-Of-Service (LOS) of road infrastructure based on the results of roadworthiness tests. The proposed direction would have a great potential to introduce the AV-based public transport system in the near future.

The purpose of this study is to examine overseas educational informatization infrastructure evaluation indicators and create data for establishing and developing educational informatization policy directions in the future. We analyzed the cases of OECD PISA, UNESCO, ITU, the German Wetelsmann Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and China as educational indicators. As a result of the analysis, evaluation items for electrical and telecommunication facilities such as the school's Internet connection network were commonly found in all indicators, and the ratio of learners to PCs (LCR) was also found in 3 out of 4 indicators. Through this study, it is expected that it will be of great help in conducting educational informatization evaluation suitable for the rapidly changing modern society and developing evaluation tools.

As the aging of large domestic SOC facilities accelerates, facility maintenance is also changing from safety evaluation based on the current condition to performance-oriented preventive and preemptive maintenance based on the prediction of the level of future obsolescence. In particular, in the case of bridges, class 1 and 2 bridges are systematically managed along with many studies, but for small and medium-sized class 3 bridges there is no collection and utilization of historical data presenting performance degradation during their service life. Therefore, in this study, 3D model-based demonstration DB system was designed and developed to intuitively check the damage change rate at the damage location by registering the maintenance history by life cycle for each member's exterior damage in the 3D bridge object and to enable API-based comprehensive performance evaluation.

최근 환경부에서 발표한 「제3차(2021~2025) 강우유출 비점오염관리 종합대책(2020)」에 의하면, 우리나라는 지난 50년간 급격한 도시화, 산업화 과정을 거치면서 불투수면적이 전 국토의 약 22.4%에 달한다고 보고되고 있다. 특히 전체 소권역의 6%에 해당하는 51개 소권역의 경우 불투수 면적률 25%를 넘어서고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 불투수면의 증가는 기후변화에 의한 영향으로 토양 침투량과 기저유출량을 감소, 갈수기 하천건천화 심화, 우기 표면유출수 증가를 가중시키며 이로인한 비점오염물질 유입 증가, 수질 악화의 원인으로 작용 될 수 있다. 이에 정부에서는 저영향개발(Low Impact Development, LID) 사업 및 친환경그린인프라(Green Infrastructure, GI) 기술요소를 적용하여 도시지역 기후위기 대응 수단의 일원으로 우수유출 저감, 물순환 구조 개선, 비점오염원을 관리하고자 '그린빗물인프라(Green Stormwater Infrastructure, GSI) 조성 사업'을 추진하여 공공청사를 중심으로 학교, 도서관, 체육시설, 공원 등 적용 범위를 확대하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기후변화에 가장 취약한 해안도시지역인 경상남도에 위치하고 있으며, 불투수면적이 높고 노후화된 소규모 청사 2곳을 시범 구역으로 선정하였다. 각 시범 구역별 GSI 시설 적용이 가능한 주차장, 화단, 옥상 등의 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 적용 규모를 달리하여 물순환·물 환경 개선 효과를 검증하였다. 검증에는 국내에서 개발된 K-LIDM 모형을 활용한 우수유출저감 및 직접유출체적 산정결과를 통해 물순환 효과를, 국립환경과학원에서 제시되고 있는 '토지계 지목별 발생부하원단위', 수질환경개선 보고서에서 제시된 침투형, 식생형 비점오염저감시설의 저감효율을 활용하여 물순환 저감효과를 분석하여 비교하였다.

공적개발원조(ODA)는 개발도상국 공공부문에 제공되는 경제개발, 복지, 빈곤감소가 주요목적인 사업으로 정의된다. 아국은 원조를 받던 국가에서 원조를 하는 국가로 전환된 세계 유일의 국가이고, 국가의 경쟁력에 근거하여 ODA의 양과 질을 급격하게 확대하고 있다. 항로표지는 해양교통의 기본 인프라 시설로서 해양분야의 대표적인 공공부문이며 해양수산부는 최근 필리핀 해양교통시설 마스터플랜 수립사업 등을 제안하는 등 항로표지 분야의 ODA사업도 확대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지분야 개발도상국 ODA사업의 발굴에 대하여 연구한다.

This study developed information technology infrastructures for building a driving environment analysis platform using various big data, such as vehicle sensing data, public data, etc. First, a small platform server with a parallel structure for big data distribution processing was developed with H/W technology. Next, programs for big data collection/storage, processing/analysis, and information visualization were developed with S/W technology. The collection S/W was developed as a collection interface using Kafka, Flume, and Sqoop. The storage S/W was developed to be divided into a Hadoop distributed file system and Cassandra DB according to the utilization of data. Processing S/W was developed for spatial unit matching and time interval interpolation/aggregation of the collected data by applying the grid index method. An analysis S/W was developed as an analytical tool based on the Zeppelin notebook for the application and evaluation of a development algorithm. Finally, Information Visualization S/W was developed as a Web GIS engine program for providing various driving environment information and visualization. As a result of the performance evaluation, the number of executors, the optimal memory capacity, and number of cores for the development server were derived, and the computation performance was superior to that of the other cloud computing.

정보시스템부의 사업 가운데 2004년도에 새롭게 출범시키는 신규 과제는 "차세대 정보 유통 시스템 프레임웍 개발연구"이다. 이 사업을 통해 구현하고자 하는 (정보 유통 시스템 프레임웍)이란 과학기술 정보의 생성, 가공, 분배, 서비스 등의 모든 과정을 하나의 구조화된 시스템에 반영하고 이를 통합적으로 운영할 수 있는 표준적인 콘텐트 생명주기 관리체제이다.

2004년도 KISTI의 과학기술 정보개발사업은 2003년도에 수행한 정보유통사업을 더욱 세분화하고 심층적으로 확대 개편한 점이 특징이다. 동 연구사업은 선택과 집중의 원칙하에 차별화된 전략과 선진국 벤치마킹을 통하여 큰 그림이 그려진 후 4개 세부과제의 목표와 구체적인 내용이 설정된 것이다. 한편 동 사업을 수행함에 있어서 최고가 아니면 서바이브할 수 없다는 각오로 항상 변화하며 노력하는 자세가 절실히 요구된다.
