This paper proposes an efficient storage virtualization system which allows users to view hard disk resources of numerous nodes as a large logical space using distributed hash tables of P2P techniques. The proposed system is developed at device level of Windows operating system and is suitable for users in Intranet environments. This system is developed to be recognized as one hard disk at the Windows explorer for user conveniences and does not need a supplementary client program at the application layer. In addition, it enhances security via cutting off breaches from external networks.

지리정보의 중요성이 널리 인식되고 사회 각 분야에서 지리정보에 대한 수요가 날로 증가되고 다양해지고 있지만 GIS의 개발, 설치, 유지, 보수의 어려움에 따른 고가의 비용과 시장에 대한 적응력부족으로 GIS의 광범위한 활용이 저해 받고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 개인을 위한 GIS 서비스나 응용프로그램의 하나의 기능 컴포넌트로서의 GIS 서비스가 GIS의 주류로 발전할 것으로 예측되고 있지만 이를 지원하기 위한 GIS 개발, 배포 모델과 기반기술이 결여되어 있다. 그러나, 사용자가 월 정액요금을 지불하고 인터넷 또는 인트라넷을 통하여 ASP (Application Service Provider)에 의해 원격 중앙 서버에 설치, 관리되고 있는 소프트웨어 응용프로그램을 사용하는 형식은 혁신적인 소프트웨어 개발과 배포 모델로서 차세대 컴퓨터 환경의 기초로 각광 받고 있으며 이를 GIS에 적용할 때 GIS의 광범위한 응용과 원활한 유통을 크게 추진할 것으로 기대된다. 그러므로, 현시점에서 GIS ASP를 위한 합리적인 모델과 이에 근거한 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 연구와 개발이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ASP 환경 하에서 더욱 신속하고 편리한 GIS 개발, 통합, 배포를 가능하게 하고 보다 나은 질의 GIS ASP 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 마이크로소프트의 ASP 플랫폼인 .NET 기반의 3 계층 GIS ASP 모델을 중심으로 하는 GIS ASP 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 설계를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to show a case integration of web programming with database using Visual InterDev as a conceptual client and Web Server as server, Through this case study, we can see how easily dynamic web database programming used in Internet and Interanet can be developed in one integrated design environment such as Visual InterDev eliminating the inconvenience of developing database file and web page separately. Some literature survey and experimental practices were done to provide future developers with the principles and methodologies of developing web database programing using Visual InterDev with much less coding efforts and more convenient and easy way compared to other web developing tools.

Therefore the business in the future will be executed by Electronic Commerce based on Business to Business(B2B). <중 략) This paper introduce the design and implementation of the data sharing support system that can be accessed data transparently by the users of participated enterprises in the integrated data environment supporting B2B Electronic Commerce. The system uses Java/CORBA technology in Web environment, relational and object-oriented database system, Object Query Language (OQL) to process the queries of the file information.

This paper presents a quality-of-service-enabled next generation local area network architecture which can provide efficiently convergence services over the Internet protocol. The basic concept of the architecture is to combine such three principle technologies as programmable switched network quality-of-service resource management and Internet protocol based network convergence. We discuss system entities and technologies development, which constitute the proposed network. The architecture of the network is then described. Implementation of systems verifies the proposed technologies. The network as a next generation local area network can provide quality-of-service-enabled real-time communication services as well as existing data traffic, and the open programmable interface can facilitates to adopt cost-effectively emerging new services or functionalities.

In ths study, I proposed the need for strengthening the information analysis function of research library whch is in charge of knowledge control in a company based on knowledge management. In the operating steps of information management for a company, 1 studed about providmg analyzed dormation at the level of a professional in various forms through intranet within a company after processing and analyzing the collected raw lnformation to make customized lnformation according to the need of each group, rather than passively providing information as required by users. By establishmg the senior decision-making person within the company as the core user in contrast with information s e ~ c e spr ovided in large libraries, ths will give us a new position as lnformation manager, who can accomplish tlie corporate goal. Also, I proposed the details for becoming a pioneer in knowledge management system.

In this paper, we propose an architecture design of military operation system utilizing cellular networks. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a cost-effective military operation solution for ground forces, which is based on IT(information technology). By employing the cellular phones of officers' and non-commissioned officers' as the tools of operational communication, the proposed system can be constructed in the minimum duration and be built on the four components: command and control system, gateway, security system, and terminal(cell phone). This system is most effective for the warfare of limited area, but the effectiveness does not decrease under the total war covering the whole land of Korea. For the environmental change of near future, expanded architecture is also provided to utilize the functionalities of smart phones.

This paper aims to describe how knowledge management could be put into practice in a voluntary way. From a practice-based standpoint, this study focused closely on the linkage between knowledge and practice. It is because knowledge management could fail if not put into practice. Using its own information system, iCOOP, a federation of consumers' co-operatives in Korea has been practised successful knowledge management voluntarily with its members. Based on the exploratory case study on iCOOP, this study conducted focused interviews with 5 member co-operatives of iCOOP. Main findings are as follows. First, an NoP emerges within a corporate information system when corporate work processes are concentrated in the information system. Second, corporate information system facilitates CoPs and the NoP when its information and information about its users are opened to all of the information system users. In conclusion, this study points out that it is not the matter of primary importance to build a knowledge management system. Rather, practice has the key to the successful knowledge management.

With the development of information and communication, public institutions and enterprises utilize the business continuity using the Internet and Intranet. In this environment, public institutions and enterprises is to be introduced the number of solutions and appliances equipment to protect the risk of leakage of inside information. However, this is also the perfect external network connection is not enough to prevent leakage of information. To overcome these separate internal and external networks are needed. In this paper, we constructed the physical and logical network separation is applied to the network using the virtualization and thus the network configuration and network technical review of the various schemes were proposed for the separation.

Cloud computing is a computing paradigm that provides user's services anywhere, anytime in a virtualized form composed of large computing resources based on internet or intranet. In Cloud computing environments, reliability of system is impact factor because many applications handle large data. In this paper, we propose an adaptive scheduling technique based on reliability with fault tolerance that manages resource variable and resolves problems(change of user's requirement, failure occurrence) in Cloud computing environment. Futhermore, we verified the performance of the proposed scheduling through experiments in CloudSim Simulation.
