XML/EDI is different from traditional EDI because it offers the framework necessary for electronic commerce and extends the scope of the traditional EDI which focuses on data transfer. Since existing EDI services are moved to Internet platform and again to Web platform, users can use EDI in the integrated environment without inconvenience of using different EDI softwares, which have their own configurations. This paper describes the overall design and implementation of a Web-based XML/EDI system that is a core component for the electronic commerce. The constructed XML/EDI system in this paper is comprised of document generation module, document storage module, document search module, document management module, template document management module and e-mail transmission module. Requirements and design goal of XML/EDI system are introduced, detailed functionalities of modules and design facts are described and execution and execution procedures of the implemented system are explained.

Now, Using high-speed Internet network for information processing and exchange of information on the research and development is active. To do this, Electronic document standards for more efficient and accurate operations shall be conducted. Accordingly, Standards bodies from around the world proposed various standards, and Typically The EDI is standardized system for exchanging data between companies. EDI is one form of e-commerce. And, through the transactions between companies to standardize data and documents. And using a computer network between the parties directly for sending and receiving. But, Companies and other businesses to deliver the document as defined, so data are fixed and formalized at the time of the extension causes problems and structured data search and processing is impossible. In this paper, While using structure and expanding Internet-standard language the XML for EDI document processing system was designed and implemented.

인터넷 사용의 확산과 함께 쳅 문서를 통한 정보 교환이 널리 사용되면서 전자상거래 방식과 관행에도 전통적인 EDI 방식의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새회운 모델인 Internet EDI, WEB EDI 등으로 발전, 변화하면서 보완되었다. 이에 따라 국내 유통 업종에서도 WEB EDI 방식의 EDI 서비스를 기반으로 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 전자문서 교환이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 유통 업종의 EDI 서비스 사업자들이 표준화되지 않은 통신 모듈의 제공 및 비표준 문서의 사용하고 있는 실정이어서 여러 사업자와 동시에 거래하는 업제들의 전자상거래의 어려움을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 유통업체와 제조업체 상호간의 전자문서 교환에 있어서 통신 모듈이나 전자문서 등의 표준화가 절실히 요구됨을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 유통 업종의 EDI 환경의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 차세대 전자상거래 표준 프레임워크로 자리매김하고 있는 ebXML을 유통 업종의 표준 규격으로 적용하여 실무 거래에 활용하는 방안 제안한다. 또한 유통 업종 내 기업의 IT 환경에서 적용하기 위해서 ebXML 메시지 서비스를 확장하여 설계한 ebXML 메시지 서비스 프로바이더와 ebXML 메시징 허브 시스템을 소개한다.

B-to-B 통합은 뚜렷한 비용절감과 정시 공급망 관리와 자동화에 따른 업무처리를 통한 경영 효율을 가져온다. 전통적인 EDI 비용은 대부분의 기업에 부담이 되는 요소이므로 산업계는 인터넷 기반의 B-to-B 상거래로 전환을 하고 있다. 이의 핵심이 될 수 있는 기술이 XML/EDI이며 이는 문서작성과 교환처리를 위한 새로운 패러다임을 제시한다. XML/EDI는 전자상거래의 모든 기본구조를 제공하며, 기업들이 기업의 업무적 문제들을 해결하기 위해 현존하는 표준들을 어떻게 이용할 수 있는지를 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 전통적인 EDI의 현존하는 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 B-to-B 전자상거래를 위한 XML/EDI 시스템 의 구축방안을 제시한다.

인터넷 ED 시스템은 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 사용하여 문서를 전송하게 되는데 전송 도중 패킷 스니핑에 의하여 문서정보가 노출될 수 있다. 이러한 정보노출을 방지 할 수 있는 대표적인 보안 기법에는 인터넷 EDI 보안 프로토콜로 권고되고 있는 S/MIME과 전자우편 암호화 프로그램인 PGP가 있다. S/MIME은 내부에서 사용되는 암호알고리즘의 사용제약으로 인하여 완벽한 구현이 어려우며 PGP의 경우 보안측면에 있어서 수신부인 방지 기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 S/MIME과 PGP에서 사용되고 있는 보안 기법을 분석하여 기밀성, 인증, 무결성, 송수신 부인방지 기능을 가지는 시스템을 제시한다. 본 시스템은 기존 암호화 알고리즘들의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 혼합모델을 사용하여 기밀성과 무결성, 송신부인방지 기능을 구현하였고, 인증서버인 삼성 PKI 서버와의 인터페이스를 개발하여 인증을 획득하였다. 수신부인방지의 경우 암호화 메카니즘만으로 획득될 수 없기 때문에 수신자가 문서를 읽는 순간 송신자 측으로 수신자의 전자서명을 자동으로 전송해 주는 프로토콜을 통하여 구현하였다.

본 논문은 인터넷 환경 하에서 B2B(Business to Business)사이에 이루어지는 비즈니스 전자문서의 구조를 내용 정의(Content Definition)와 정보 교환(Information Exchange)이 용이한 인터넷 문서 표준인 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)형태로 구성시켜, 상거래 응용의 비 호환적인 성질에 따른 상호 운영이 제대로 되지 못하는 문제점을 극복하기 위한 XML/EDI 시스템을 설계 구현한 것이다. 이를 위해 CommerceNet에서 제공하는 인터넷 전자 상거래 문서 서식인 CBL(Common Business Library)을 참조하여 XML 기반의 비즈니스 문서를 생성하고, 생성한 문서들은 상거래의 주체들인 판매, 운송, 지불, 구매측에 서로 전송을 하게 된다. 내용 정의와 정보 교환 기능이 강한 XML 문서로 구성되어 있어 시스템이 이해하기 쉽고 많은 양의 비즈니스 문서 내용을 담을 수 있게 되어 상호 운영이 가능하고 자동화된 상거래 트랜잭션이 이루어 질 수 있도록 설계 구현 되었다.

In this paper. I design and implement The Internet Messaging System(XML/EDI System), that is able to transform to user requested format as registering mapping script even though it was transferred any formatted message. Also, This system is able to easily migrate the existed Legacy System(ERP, MIS. etc). As basic service. I implement message sending message receiving, message retrieval, and mapping in Client system. And I support EDI, XML. DB. HTML that is selected among various message format.

국내의 항만물류산업에서는 서류 전송을 합리화하고 입력데이터의 오류를 없애기 위해 EDI를 도입·실행하여 왔다. 그러나, 기존의 항만물류산업에서 사용중인 전통적인 EDI는 사내 정보시스템과의 비연계성, 과중한 EDI 구축비용과 소프트웨어 구입비 및 EDI 통신료, 산업간 EDI 자료교환의 불가능, 업무프로세스의 개선 미약, 응답시간의 지연, 사용의 불편성, 표준문서 사용 등 제반 문제점들이 미해결 상태로 남아있다. 차세대 인터넷 언어로 각광받고 있는 XML은 기존의 데이터를 보다 쉽게 표현, 교환, 저장할 수 있어서 무역, 금융, 멀티미디어, 전자상거래 등 다양한 분야에 응용되고 있다. 특히 XML의 개방적이고, 유연한 특징으로 인해 상이한 데이터 및 문서포맷을 지닌 다수의 거래업체간에 뛰어난 상호운영성을 가져와 이를 이용하는 비율이 급속도로 증가하고 있으며, 이를 위해 다수의 XML기반 프레임워크가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML/EDl, BizTalk 프레임워크, ebXML 프레임워크를 항만물류산업의 EDI시스템에 적용하여 이들의 구조를 밝혀내고 각 프레임워크의 유효성을 검증하고자 시도하였다.

본 논문은 인터넷상에서 사용이 가능하며 확장성이 뛰어난 XML을 이용하여 B2B (Business to Business) 사이에 사용되는 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) 문서를 표현함으로써 이기종 시스템과 응용 프로그램간의 원활한 문서 유통을 이룰 수 있는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 EDI 표준인 UN/EDIFACT 메시지 전송 항목에 기반하여 문서형 정의부(Document Type Definition, DTD)를 개발했으며 메시지 수행 지침서(Message Implementation Guide, MIG)를 이용하여 템플리트를 구성하였다. 동적인 XML/EDI 문서를 생성하기 위하여 트랜잭션 처리기 및 생성된 XML 문서의 표현을 위하여 XML 스타일 언어(eXtensible Stylesheet Laguage, XSL)를 자동으로 생성, 변경할 수 있는 XSL 편집기를 개발하였다. 또한 변환 처리기를 두어 기존 EDI 시스템과 원활하게 문서를 교환할 수 있도록 설계 구현하였다.

The purpose of this research is to provide strategic guidelines for EDI transaction companies to migrate from EDI system to Web-based e-Business frameworks such as ebXML, RosettaNet and Web Services. Due to various limitations of EDI and evolution of Web technologies, a lot of firms want to adopt Internet based B2B standards However, they are seeking ways of migrating from EDI to open and public B2B frameworks smoothly not giving up existing EDI system at a time. Therefore, it is very important to provide migration strategies and guidelines for companies to migrate from EDI system to Web-based B2B frameworks. The strategic guidelines provided in this paper can be used as a practical guidance in developing migration strategies of EDI companies.
