오늘날 우리 나라가 당면한 최우선 경제과제중 하나는 물류부문의 혁신을 통한 국가경쟁력 강화라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 정부도 1993년 물류체계 개선을 위한 장기구상으로 ‘화물유통체계 개선 10개년 기본계획’을 수립하여 적극 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 PORT-MIS사용자를 상대로 한 설문조사에서는 선박입출항 업무 관련 서류의 40%, 항만시설 사용 업무와 관련된 서류의 31%, 하역업무 관련 서류의 10%만이 EDI를 활용하고 있었다. EDI 활용이 저조한 사유로는 전송시간이 많이 걸리며, EDI 소프트웨어가 작동되지 않으며, 수신확인이 되지 않기 때문이라 응답을 하였다. 이처럼 오늘날 항만물류산업이 겪고 있는 물류 데이타 흐름의 단절적 현상은 시간이 흐를수록 해결될 기미가 보이고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리 나라가 겪고 있는 물류관련 업무를 한번의 데이터 입력으로 해결할 수 있는 원스톱 서비스 시스템개발을 목표로 우선 PORT-MIS EDI 업무를 처리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 향후 화주, 운송사, 선사, 포워더, 창고업자, 하역회사, 철도청, 화물터미널, 컨테이너 터미널, 해양수산청, 관세청, 출입국관리사무소, 검역소 사이에 서로 교환되는 적하목록, Booking List, 컨테이너 Pick up정보, 위험물 정보, COPINO 정보를 비롯하여 대 관세청 신고 등 수출컨테이너 화물업무의 전반적인 영역으로까지 쉽게 확대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구결과 구축된 시스템은 원천정보를 중앙의 통합데이터베이스에 저장하여 이를 사용자의 요구에 의해 인터넷을 통해 전달하는 FTP와 웹 EDI 방식을 결합한 하이브리드 형태이다.인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technologica

SCM is one of the important key issues in Internet-based business environment. Most of companies related to B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new integrated supply chain process. SCM system using XML/EDI provides competitive advantage to them by reshaping the relationship between traditional trading partners. This study intends to suggest a prototype of SCM system using XML/EDI. To implement SCM system, we analyze and design the supply chain process by using Unified Modeling Language, with a firm engaged in Korean automobile industry, which is a first vendor to produce a set of LAMP. The implementation of SCM system using UML shows excellent performance in software reuse, extensibility, and the interoperability with corporate internal information systems.

현재 웹에서는 공개키 암호 알고리즘을 이용한 일반적인 전자서명을 사용하고 있으나 웹에서 표준화가 되어 가고 있는 XML을 이용한 전자서명 기법이 W3C에서 제안되어 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 이는 SGML의 부분집합으로서 문서의 내용에 관련된 태그를 사용자가 직접 정의할 수 있다. 이런 확장성이 뛰어난 XML을 이용하여 기업 간에 사용되는 EDI 문서를 표현함으로써 업무처리시간 및 비용을 절감하고, 품질을 향상시키기 위한 대안으로 많은 기업들이 EDI 시스템을 사용하여 인터넷으로 인해 세계 어느 곳에서나 필요한 정보를 볼 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 시스템들은 네트워크를 통해 정보가 전달되므로 보안에 아주 예민하다. XML 표준전자문서의 인중이나 신뢰성이 보장되지 않는다면, 전송중 문서의 조작, 도청 및 오용 등과 같은 위험 때문에 그 사용이 제한된다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 위협을 방지하고 XML 표준전자문서의 신뢰성 있는 전송을 보장차기 위하여 전자 문서 교환에 있어서 중요하다고 할 수 있는 XML 전자서명 시스템에 대하여 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify Internet usage for the implementation of Quick Response Supply Chain Management across Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce in textile and apparel industry. This paper involves theoretical studies, which developed 3 steps to analyze the relationship of B-to-B EC, SCM, and QR, and provides broader awareness of new trend in the textile and apparel industry. SCM as one of B-to-B EC solutions introduced QR into the textile and apparel industry in 1985, and B-to-B EC is regarded as a means for achievement of QR with the widespread adoption of Internet technologies by businesses over the last four years. Finally, the Internet enables textile and apparel firms to access international networks of suppliers, distributors, and customers, so Internet-based B-to-B EC, SCM, and QR with Internet/EDI and XML/EDI are expected to become a central part in propelling fashion business into new directions.

Electronic Trade is dramatically changing classical international trade paradigms. In particular, under the new economic environment, the ability to utilize and Information Technologies such as Electronic Data Interchange, Web-based EDI, ebXML, web service, Internet are emerging as an important factor in deciding the competitiveness of export business. The primary purpose of this study is (1) to investigate motivation factors and performance factors of electronic trade, (2) to show the relationship between motivation factors and the level of the utilization of e-trade, (3) to reveal the relationship between the level of the utilization and performance factors of e-trade. Analysis of survey questionnaire of Korean middle and small companies indicates the following : (1) motivation factors such as cost factor, education and promotion and the search of new market, have positive effect on the level of utilization of e-trade. (2) the level of utilization of e-trade has positive effect on the performance factors such as cost factor, the search of new market, the improvement of task process.

Public and private schools have close relationship with education-related organizations and they have exchanged formal documents to communicate each other. Introducing the XML/EDI used in electronic-commerce to the education web will make a great benefit for decreasing affairs in educational administration. In this paper, we implement a document management system using XML/EDI. This system makes it possible to treat documents which are not supported in current education-information-exchange system and can be added to the current system without any additional modification. We analyze the documents used in the current system and implement new types of tags suitable for education web. In addition, we difine new documents and DTD using only XML without any application software. This will have effects on reducing teacher's administrative work and enable teachers to concentrate on their teaching.

Media consumers in the context of the Internet and digital media are using the same content to a variety of platforms. As such, the content of various genres is converted to the form of a new content through the process of fusion, combination, transformation, differentiation, reproduction, etc on the basis of digital media. That is referred to as trans-media. In order to create the successful content in trans-media era, it requires the work of Edi-curation. Edi-curation work is the act of editing and adding meaning to the curation work of curators. In that sense, this paper analyzed the definition and meaning for Edi-curation of publishing and comic(webtoon) content in trans-media era. Edi-curation process induces the changing role of consumers and producers of content in the digital media experience. In process of Edi-curation, consumers(producers) will soon lead to a media producer(consumer), namely proconsumer / produser. Diversification of digital platforms and devices, digital 1 person (or SNS) appeared in the media, etc. are also required to Edi-curation of content and comic(webtoon) published in a variety of ways. Depending on the intention of media producers (or consumers), content through the process of replication, montage, disassembly, dismantling, hypertext, compression, and reconstruction births to new content. The work of Edi-curation has the significance that it affects the way the media producers work in creative process, as well as the reading content of the media consumers. In the publishing content, Edi-curation work is the logicality destruction of a chapter or a paragraph, a sentence of colloquialisms, card news, the deformation of the utilization of video and media content. Meanwhile in the comic(webtoon) content, we mention the destruction of cut(frame), the various modifications of speech bubbles, onomatopoeia, and mimetic word.
