인터넷의 진화에 따라 우리사회는 매우 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 변화를 선도한 인터넷은 앞으로도 개인 맞춤형, 사물 지능화 등으로 진화를 거듭하여 우리 삶에 더욱 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 경제적 측면에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 한 다양한 형태의 융합이 산업발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되어 전력, 교통 등 산업간 융합이 가속화되고, 첨단 융합보안기술로 고(高)부가가치 신규 시장의 창출이 가능해질 전망이다. 그러나 인터넷, IT의 발전과 더불어 사이버 공격의 특성이 과거 호기심이나 자기 과시적 행태에서 조직적이고 금전적인 이익을 노리는 방향으로 확산되고 있으며, 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 불건전 정보의 유통, 저작권 침해, 명예 훼손, 언어폭력 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경변화에 맞추어 융합을 통한 가치 창조적 정책 및 선진 인터넷 기반마련, 깨끗하고 안전한 인터넷 이용환경 조성, 글로벌 협력체계 강화 등의 전략 목표 달성을 통해 신뢰할 수 있는 인터넷 및 방송통신융합의 가치창조와 진흥이라는 미션을 완수하기 위한 한국인터넷진흥원의 주요 중점 추진과제를 정리하였다.

인터넷상에서 출판사들의 디지털 저작물 전자상거래를 위하여 개발된 DOI는 디지털 정보의 유일한 식별자로써, 저작권 처리와 웹상에서 정보를 자동으로 신뢰성있게 찾아주는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 DOI에 기반한 텍스트문서의 저작권 보호 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 인터넷상에서 불법 복사에 같은 행위로부터 전자출판츨 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 방안이다.

본 논문은 기존의 RSA 일방향 가산기롤 이용한 인증된 딕셔너리［l］에 대한 개선된 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 새로운 방법은 신뢰할 수 있는 정보 제공자와 신뢰할 수 없는 디렉토리 그리고 사용자로 이루어진 그룹에서 정보 제공자가 디렉토리를 통해 제공하는 정보에 대해서 디렉토리는 검증된 정보만을 사용자에게 제공할 수 있도록 해주며 이러한 일련의 과정에서 일어나는 정보의 업데이트나 질의 그리고 검증이 효율적으로 이루어 질수 있도록 개선하였다. 이러한 연구는 PKI(Public Key Infratructure)환경하에서의 폐기된 인증서 목록의 관리나 인터넷상에서 제3자가 발표한 정보의 무결성을 입증하는데도 응용될 수 있다.

정부는 지난 '97. 3 자격기본법을 제정하여 사회적 수요에 부응하는 우수 민간자격에 대해 자격심사를 거쳐 국가공인회를 추진키로 해 인터넷기술자격증의 국가공인의 길이 열려, 앞으로 예상되는 인터넷 전문인력 공급에 신뢰성을 부여할 수 있게 되어 안정적 전문인력 수요가 가능하게 되었다.

B2C 전자상거래는 2가지 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 첫 번째 측면은 인터넷, 웹 기술, 통신 기술 등 정보기술을 사용하는 점이고, 다근 측면은 온라인 마케팅 채널을 사용한다는 점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IT 측면을 설명하기 위하여 Davis의 기술수용모델(TAM)을 사용하였고, 거래가 온라인으로 이루어짐에 따라 거래상의 신뢰(trust)가 더욱 중요해지고 있으므로 이 신뢰 개념을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 McKnight et al.(2002) 및 McKnight & Chervany(2002) 등이 언급한 신뢰 신념(trust beliefs)의 4개 선행변수인 구조 확신, 상황 정상, 인간성에서의 믿음, 신뢰 자세와 신뢰 신념(trust beliefs)과의 관계를 살펴보았고, 신뢰 신념과 TAM 모델의 제 요인과의 관계를 살펴보았다.

The Internet offers a challenging information seeking environment for users due to a great amount of information, heterogeneous objects, and diverse information quality. The purpose of this study was to identify the ways of information seeking, evaluating, and using in the Internet by looking at search behaviors of science and engineering scholars in Korean university. The research problems addressed in the study include the utility of web information, information searching strategies, the extent of search engines usage, and scholarly value of information in the Internet. The data were collected through individual interviews with 28 scholars recruited from science and engineering fields at the Myongji University. It was found that the scholars in this study less likely turn to search engines for finding research information than types of information while they use search engines primarily for searching personal information such as travel and hobbies. This is partly because the scholars believe that the information, especially research-related information, in the Internet lacks the value as scholarly information. They also tend to believe that foreign literature available in the Internet is more credible, professional, and recent than domestic literature. In conclusion, the implications for search engine developers, librarians, and researchers as users and producers in the Internet are discussed.

The use of the Internet is spread over all areas of our lives. However, its features raised serious social issues due to unethical behavior. To understand the level of Internet ethics among undergraduate students, a survey questionnaire of 31 questions regarding netiquette awareness, ethical norms, information credibility, and personal background is devised; data was collected from 830 students. Descriptive analysis shows low level of netiquette awareness, considerable deviation from six categories of ethical norms and problems of network information credibility. Results of statistical testing show gender and grade level as factors affecting Internet ethics. However, there is no significant difference in Internet ethics depending on related education experience. Based on the results, recommendations to promote Internet ethics are suggested.

소셜 미디어와 스마트폰의 확산으로 인터넷상의 사용자간 교류되는 정보의 양이 대폭 늘어남에 따라 대규모의 데이터를 처리해야할 필요성이 높아졌다. 이러한 빅데이터는 뉴스, 소셜미디어, 웹사이트 등의 다양한 분산 서버에서 발생한다. 증권정보를 분석하기 위해서도 실시간으로 발생되는 거래량, 시가와 더불어 상장회사의 공시 정보 등의 데이터를 여러 분산된 서버에서 데이터를 가져와야 한다. 기존의 빅데이터 분석기법은 각 분산된 서버로부터 가져온 데이터가 동일한 신뢰성을 가지고 있다고 가정하고 분석을 한다. 이는 부문별한 정보를 포함한 데이터를 효율적으로 분석하지 못하는 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가져오는 데이터에 신뢰성 가중치를 부여하여 신뢰성 있는 증권정보 분석을 가능하게 한다.

At present, the market size of electronic commerce has increased and also the construction of internet shopping mall has expended. But it raises question about issue that the manpower who develope user interface lack of the comprehensive and systematic approach. For that reason this study identified the main factor of the user interface contents in internet shopping mall and suggested the contents item based on the reliability, safety and ease of uses for the customer. Eventually, the developed basic contents items are company information, the protection policy of private information, user agreement. product information, settlement information, order process, delivery process and customer support.
