This paper provide a framework for an IGILMS(internet-based global integrated logistics management system) which can access and mediate cargo transportations among small- and medium-sized domestic/international logistics corporations as regards cargo, registration and search for space, public tender and negotiation, contract, payment and safety-guarantee, transportation through the internet, wireless communication means, or smart phone etc. In addition, we describe a model to provide customized services in the B2B e-market for IGILMS and the structure and the control of its fulfillment process, and provide technical architecture of the IGILMS for an internet-based global logistics management system. To validate an efficiency of the proposed system, we develop a simulation model and analyze the performance of the proposed system.

인터넷 경매는 객관적 정보획득이 쉽고 신분노출이 적어 크게 각광받고 있으나 불특정 다수의 참여로 이루어지기 때문에 안정성과 효율성을 전제로 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷과 같은 불안전한 통신채널과 호스트를 신뢰할 수 없는 상황에서 확률론적 암호화 기법을 이용하여 자신들의 입찰정보는 최대한 숨기면서 효율적으로 낙찰자와 낙찰가를 계산할 수 있는 Vickrey 경매 모델을 제안한다 제안된 모델은 Auctioneer라 Auction Issuer가 담합하지 않는다는 가정하에서 그 효율성이 입증된 Naor-Pinkas-Sumner의 시스템보다 훨씬 적은 계산량을 요구한다.

B2B, B2C, B2G, C2C로 구체화된 전자 상거래는 관련 국제 컨소시엄이 구축되고 그 유형에 있어서도 경매, 교환, 직구매, 입찰 등으로 다양해지는 등 이미 차세대 기업 비즈니스 모델로서의 위치를 확고히 하고 있고, 나아가 차별화 된 솔루션으로서 점원이 있는 시장, 실시간 인터넷 대금 납부 등의 서비스들이 국내외적으로 많이 모색되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 비교쇼핑 에이전트를 지원하는 B2C 솔루션(ISPA:mIn Seon comparison Agent)을 제안하고 있는데, 비교 쇼핑 에이전트 역시 그러한 노력의 일례로서 이는 동종의 상품을 취급하는 여러 몰 간에도 그 제시 가격이 서로 다른 것에 착안하여 최저가격을 제시하는 사이트를 안내하는 기능을 한다. ISPA는 현 업계에서 웹 기반 시스템의 솔루션으로서 각광 받고 있는 EJB를 플랫폼으로 하며, 각 정보소스에 대한 정보 추출 규칙을 활용해서 온라인으로 비교 정보를 제공하는 종래의 인공지능의 접근과는 달리 J2EE 웹 개발 기술을 이용하여 오프라인으로 비교 정보를 구축하는 웹 기반 시스템으로써 에이전트를 지원한다. 나아가 핵심 클래스인 상품 클래스를 메타 데이터의 부분집합으로써 정의하는 기법을 적용하였는데 이는 개체 지향 패러다임의 시스템 구축 시에 전략적으로 응용될 수 있다.

Recently, various information and data are efficiently used by the rapid growth of its Internet in our real life. But, users have spent lots of time finding necessary information for the increased amounts of information. To solve this problem, it can be provided the speed, accuracy of information search with development of intelligent search engines, agent system etc. In this paper, we propose the method of getting the best tender price in the analysis of the construction bid information that needs its professionalism by on the purpose to maximize users' satisfaction. Of course, if it is not under the unit of a results in the future, we put target of this paper on part to heighten supreme successful bid success rate. Therefore, this paper embodies offered system of web based on producing tender price of most suitable through techniques to produce tender price about successful bid that compare with bidder fare by statistical analysis incidental and value approaching successful bidder fare by frequency analysis method.

전통적인 굴뚝산업으로 대표되는 전력산업에서 경쟁과 효율에 입각한 시장경제 지향의 전력산업구조를 선택하게 되는 배경에는 디지털경제 시대의 도래에 따른 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전과 인터넷을 이용한 e-Business가 전력거래 업무의 주된 흐름으로 정착되고, 효율적인 발전기술의 등장으로 전력산업에 경쟁적인 거래구조의 도입이 가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 전기에너지 전자상거래를 위한 통합된 포탈시스템(e-Marketplace)의 구축으로 전기에너지 전자상거래(e-Business)의 주요 기능에 부합되는 전력공급입찰, 전력시장가격 조회, 전력거래대금 청구 및 대금결제 서비스를 종합적으로 제공하는 전력거래 e-Marketplace를 구현할 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 전력거래 업무현장에 전기에너지 전자상거래(e-Business) 비즈니스 모델을 적용함으로써 e-비즈니스 전략에 맞는 인프라와 프로세스를 확보할 수 있고, e-비즈니스 추진결과에 따른 전력거래 고객만족도 향상, 비용절감 등 부가가치 증진 요소가 지속적으로 발견될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

컴퓨터 및 인터넷의 대중화가 급속도로 이루어지면서 전자상거래의 한 부분인 전자경매에 대한 관심과 개발이 상당부분 이루어지고 있다. 웹을 통한 전자경매의 발달로 직접 경매장에 가지 않고서도 적은 비용으로 다양한 상품들을 구매 및 판매할 수 있으므로 소비자와 공급자 모두에게 편의성과 이익을 제공해 주고 있다. 한편 에이전트에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 전자경매 시스템에 이를 적용하여 경매참여자의 편의성과 효율성을 증대시키려는 노력들도 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 대표적인 에이전트 기반 전자경매 시스템으로는 미국 워싱턴대학의 eMediator, 미시건대학의 AuctionBot, 스웨덴의 FishMarket 등이 있다. 이들 시스템들은 지원하는 경매유형, 입찰가격정책, 상품유형, 경매대상, 에이전트의 역할 및 기능등에서 상당한 차이를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 전자경매시스템은 특히 경매참여자인 사용자의 편의성과 경매관리 및 운영의 안정성을 목표로 하고 있다. 에이전트 기반의 전자경매 시스템을 개발함으로써 기본적으로 사용자 인터페이스를 통한 경매참여와 사용자가 직접 에이전트를 생성하여 이동시킴으로써 경매에 참여하는 방법을 제공한다. 두 방법 모두 참여자가 직접 경매에 참여하는 것이 아니고 에이전트를 통해 언제 어디서나 경매에 참여하여 원하는 가격대로 상품을 구매하거나 팔 수 있도록 시스템을 개발하는데 목적이 있다.

PKI(Public Hey Infrastructure)기반의 공인인증서가 활성화됨에 따라 인터넷뱅킹, 증권거래시스템. 전자입찰, 전자민원 등 신원확인이 요구되는 어플리케이션에 전자서명이 적용되고 있다. 다수의 사용자가 인증서로 로그인과 부인방지를 위한 전자서명을 전송함으로써 서버는 상대적으로 많은 전자서명과 인증서검증을 수행해야 한다. 프로그램 단계에서 검증을 수행하기 위해서는 검증모듈의 API(Application Programming Interface)를 호출해야 하며, 이는 프로그램의 복잡도를 증가시킨다. 이러한 문제는 어플리케이션과 검증이 독립적이지 않기 때문에 검증에 관련된 장애가 발생하면 어플리케이션은 검증모듈에 종속적으로 장애가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문의 검증 에이전트는 서버환경이 서버-클라이언트 또는 웹 어플리케이션에 독립적으로 전자서명 검증을 담당한다. 따라서 어플리케이션은 검증이 필요한 시점에 검증 에이전트를 호출하게 됨으로써 프로그램의 복잡도를 줄이고 서버의 안정성을 향상시킨다.

Internet bid systems have been widely used recently. In those systems, the bid price is provided by the seller. When the bid price is set too high compared with the normal price, the successful bid rate can be decreased. Otherwise, when it is set too low based on inaccurate information, it can result in a successful bid with no profit at all. To resolve this problem, we propose an agent that automatically generates bid prices for sellers based on various costing methods such as the high-low point method, the scatter diagram method, and the learning curve method. Through performance experiments, we have found that the number of successful bids with appropriate profit can be increased using the bid pricing agent. Among the costing methods, the learning curve method has shown the best performance. Also, we discuss about how to design and implement the bid pricing agent.

Since the advance of WWW, internet related fields have been growing very rapidly. Especially, the development of electronic commerce ares have changed even or life style. This paper is about the design and implementation of an internet auction system, which is considered as on of the most attractive internet services. An internet auction system has more complex processes compared with other electronic commerce systems. In auction systems, bids and a successful bid are required in trading all goods. In this paper, I designed and implemented all processes of an internet auction system, in which a bid tracing systems is included for the first time. The bid tracing system is implemented using only HTTP in maintain compatibility in WWW environment. I also used th JAVA blocking concept to simulate two-way communication. The proposed system is implemented on Windows NT environment using JAVA, ASP, and the Oracle database.

PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)기반의 발전으로 인터넷뱅킹, 증권거래시스템, 전자메일, 전자입찰, 전자민원 등 신원확인이 요구되는 어플리케이션에 전자서명과 암호가 적용되고 있다. 각 어플리케이션은 라이브러리를 호출하여 전자서명과 검증, 암호와 복호를 수행한다. PKI기반의 어플리케이션 개발자는 상이한 인증, 암호API(Application Programming Interface)를 호출해야 하며, 이는 프로그램의 복잡도를 증가시킨다. 개발언어와 환경에 따라서 상의한 라이브러리를 사용해야 한다. 제안하는 PKI 에이전트는 개발언어와 어플리케이션에 독립적으로 인증, 암호기능을 수행하고 견과만을 리턴한다. 따라서 어플리케이션은 인증과 암호가 필요한 시점에 검증 에이전트를 호출하게 됨으로써 프로그램의 복잡도를 줄이고 어플리케이션의 안정성을 향상시킨다.
