인터넷을 잘 활용하면 생활에 유용한 도구가 될 수 있으며, 인간관계의 폭도 늘릴 수 있고, 다양한 활동을 통한 경험을 쌓을 수 있다. 그러나 한편으로 게임이나 통신 중독, 음란물 유통 등의 정보화 역기능을 일으키기도 한다. 자라나는 청소년들이 건전하게 인터넷을 활용하기 위해서는 부모의 관심과 지도가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 부모가 정보통신기술 및 정보통신윤리에 대해 알아야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자녀 지도를 위한 학부모의 역할에 관심을 갖고 실제 설문을 통해 효율적인 학부모 정보통신 윤리 교육의 내용과 방법을 제시하였다.

지난 2008대규모 해킹 개인정보 유출 등 보안 사고로 얼룩진 한 해였다. 중국발 해킹으로 인해 국내 대표 오픈마켓 회원 1,000개인정보가 유출됐고, 포털 사이트의 고객 상담정보가 해커에 의해 탈취됐으며, 정유회사 고객정보 1,100내부 직원에 의해 유출되는 등 다양한 형태의 보안 사고가 발생했던 한해였다. 지난 십여년에 결쳐 진행된 정보화혁명으로 인해, 거의 모든 정보들이 디지털화되고 인터넷을 통한 유통이 일반화되면서 정보보호 이슈는 날이 갈수록 심화되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷이 우리 사회에 가져 올 순기능은 형언할 수 없을 만큼 크지만 개인정보 침해를 비롯한 역기능 또한 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 향후 유비쿼터스 시대 도래 등과 더불어 다양한 개인 맞춤형 IT 서비스가 더욱 확산된다면 개인정보 보호와 프라이버시에 대한 이슈는 지금보다 더 첨예하게 대두될 것으로 예상된다. 더 많은 정보사회의 편익을 누리기 위해 개인정보의 적절한 수집과 활용은 계속될 것이기 때문이다. 그런 의미에서 개인정보 보호는 고도 정보화 사회를 위한 기본 전제조건이자, 결정적인 신뢰요소다. 그리고 지금은 우리 사회 의 개인정보보호 수준제고를 위해 모두의 지혜가 필요한 시점이다.

컴퓨터와 정보통신 기술은 하루가 다르게 발달하고 있지만, 정보사회를 살아가는 데 필요한 시대정신은 갖추지 못하여 이로 인한 부정적인 현상은 점점 그 심각성을 더해가고 있다. 최근 교육기관과 사회 공공 기관에서 역기능의 심각성을 인식하고 정보통신윤리교육을 실시하기는 하지만, 정보과학영재를 위한 정보 통신윤리교육은 거의 연구가 진행되고 있지 않다. 정보사회에서 국가적으로 매우 중요한 인재인 정보과학영재들에 대한 체계적인 정보통신윤리교육이 없다는 것은 매우 위험한 일이다. 교육은 대상자의 수준에 맞게 이루어져야 할 것이다. 따라서 정보과학영재들에게는 그들에게 맞는 정보통신윤리교육이 필요할 것이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 인식하여 본 논문에서는 정보과학영재의 개념을 살펴보고, 정보통신 윤리의 개념과 성격, 정보통신 교육의 기본원칙을 이론적 배경으로 하고 초등 정보과학영재들의 인터넷 이용실태를 분석해본 후 초등 정보과학 영재들을 위한 정보통신윤리교육방안을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 인터넷 등의 급속한 보급 및 상용화에 따라 인터넷을 통한 다양한 정보서비스가 널리 이루어지고 있다. 이것은 컴퓨터와 네트워크에 의한 결합으로 구성하여 이루어지고 있는데, 이러한 상황에서 해킹 등의 정보화의 역기능으로부터 정보를 어떤 형태로 보호할 것인가의 문제가 사회적으로나 국가적 차원에서 급속도로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하기 위해 현재 정보보호분야에 대한 인력을 체계적으로 양성하기 위한 각종 대책이 정부나 교육기관에서 수립되어지고 있다. 정부는 이미 정보보호기술개발 5개년 계획을 수립하여 현재 각종 사업과 프로젝트를 진행하고 있으며, 또한 국내 전국의 여러 대학에서도 이러한 국내외 흐름을 감지하여 정보보호분야와 관련된 학과(전공)의 설립 등을 통해 체계적인 인력양성방안을 수립 추진하고 있다. 실제로 대학의 정보보호분야에 대한 교육목표설정, 교재개발, 교육과정의 설계, 실험 실습실의 구축과 교원확보 등 많은 부분에 대한 준비를 시작하고 있는데, 현실적으로 대부분의 대학들이 학부과정에서 지도해야 할 부분은 정보를 보호하기 위한 기술습득에 필요한 기초지식일것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이와 관련하여 전국 4년제 주요 대학에 신 증설된 정보보호 관련학과의 현황과 교육과정을 살펴보고 분석하여 향후 교육과정모델과 교육방향에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

인터넷 공간에서 무한한 자료의 공유는 손쉽게 유용한 정보를 얻는다는 순기능도 있지만, 청소년들이 음란물을 쉽게 접할 수 있다는 역기능도 제공된다. 음란물은 신체적으로나 정신적으로 미성숙한 상태에 있는 청소년들의 정서와 태도형성, 그리고 행위까지도 영향을 미칠 수 있다[8]. 따라서 방대한 인터넷 공간에서 음란 이미지를 자동으로 감지하는 연구는 청소년들을 보호하기 위해 필요하다. 본 연구에서 음란 이미지를 판단하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 실험으로 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 평가했다. 음란 이미지를 판단하는 핵심 알고리즘은 템플릿 매칭 기법이며, 실험결과 대체적으로 안정된 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

Internet ethics education in school is very necessary for young people to use the Internet properly and to be able to utilize information and communication technology well. However Internet ethics education for the would-be teachers is very insufficient. Therefore, it is very important that teacher training institutions to train teachers operates Internet ethics curriculum and teaches it to would-be teachers. In this paper, we analyzed the operating status about Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions in which open a major in computer related education. As a result, only less than 30% of the entire teacher training institutions are operating to have the curriculum. So, in order to solve the problem, Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions should be strengthened and we should have applied it to other curriculum in other major. In addition, training and retraining to the teachers for Internet ethics should be strengthened.

The Internet is emerging as a powerful tool in the area of information and communication technology. The WWW has been especially contributed to increase the internet demand because of its browser which has "Graphic User Interface". Nowadays number of hosts that supply harmful information such as pornographic materials, and the infringement of human rights is rapidly increased. Access to such materials is very easy. Therefore security system which will protect young users from access to harmful host is needed. This paper presents implementation of user system has database about harmful hosts at the Internet and monitors that the user traffic over LAM get touch with the hosts. The system can not make the user access the harmful host because it can over LAN. The performance analysis on the developed system monitoring the traffic over LAN of Andong university is carried out. The performance analysis of monitoring results satisfies with preventing users from the connection to the internet harmful sites.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of Internet ethics education. To do so, I compared the knowledge, affectivity and behavior of students on the copyright infringement between before and after Internet ethics education. The subjects of study were 150 students who had taken Internet ethics course in university. Upon comparing their knowledge and affectivity on the copyright infringement between before and after Internet ethics education, they scored higher after education than before, which was statistically significant. The subjects' behavior on the copyright infringement had a tendency to increase after education, but there were not significantly increased. This result showed that the current Internet ethics education has some limitation in making the students practice what they know. To resolve this problem, it is important to do early-childhood Internet ethics education. And more research on diverse teaching and learning methods in Internet ethics education is needed to produce educative results.

In the Information age, internet addiction has been a big issue in a modern society. The adverse effects of the internet addiction have been increasing at an exponential speed. Along with a great variety of internet-connected device supplies, K-scale diagnostic criteria have been used for the internet addiction self-diagnose tests in the high-speed wireless Internet service, netbooks, and smart phones, etc. The K-scale diagnostic criteria needed to be changed to meet the changing times, and the diagnostic criteria of K-scale was changed in March, 2012. In this paper, we analyze the internet addiction and K-scale features on the actual condition of Gyeongbuk collegiate areas using the revised K-scale diagnostic criteria in 2012. The diagnostic method on internet addiction is measured by the respondents' subjective estimation. Willful error of the respondents can be occurred to hide their truth. In this paper, we add the survey response to the trusted reliability values to reduce response errors on the K-scale on the K-scale, and enhance the reliability of the analysis.

사이버 공간은 개방성, 익명성, 탈중심성의 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 특성으로 인하여 긍정적인 측면과 부정적 측면이 동시에 나타나고 있다. 청소년들의 사이버 공간에서의 활동은 제공되는 정보를 단순하게 탐색하는 수동적 역할에 그치지 않는다. 청소년들은 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 정보를 제공하는 역할도 동시에 하고 있다. 이 과정에서 스스로 유해한 정보를 생산하거나 게시판에서 타인에게 해를 끼치는 행위가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 청소년들의 적극적인 정보제공 활동 시점에 발생하고 있는 정보화 역기능 현상을 해결하는 방안으로 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링에 의한 정보윤리 교육 기법을 제안한다. 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링 기법은 초 중등학교 홈페이지 게시판에서 나타나는 부적절한 행동과 상대방에 대한 성적 모욕, 욕설의 사용, 상대방 비하 등에 관련된 유해단어를 추출하여 유해단어 사전을 구축하고 필터링하는 방법이다. 필터링 된 결과에 따라 글 쓰는 시점에서 정보윤리 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 이 기법을 학교 홈페이지 게시판에 적용한 결과 그렇지 않은 경우에 비하여 학생들의 글쓰기 자세와 글 내용이 바른 것으로 나타났다.
