  • This paper develop self pre-checkup lists for the validity of business model as web business starters can utilize to open business. In particular, self pre-checkup lists invented by Dr. Bruce Merrifield, is reapplied and modified in appropriate to internet shopping mall business. This paper complete many literature reviews to identify appropriate factors of evaluation such as about the characters of internet business, business validity testing theory for internet business model, pros and cons of e-business and startup ventures, factor analysis of technology valuation, and pros and cons for internet shopping mall. This paper define six different factors; scale of sales, the growth rate of market, competitiveness, risk portfolio, industry upside down, and social conditions, as the factors of evaluating the business attractiveness. Meanwhile, it define characters of CEO, content's power, mutual inclusion, commerce, fulfillment, marketing power as the factors of business appropriateness. This paper also conducts several case studies; company I, D, G of applying the former model. This paper sort out internet business model in imaginations by utilizing self pre-checkup lists of business evaluation. Also, the outcomes of evaluation is expected to provide meaningful future business implications.

  • 본 논문에서는 오라클사의 전자상거래용 패키지인 ICS를 기반으로 지능형 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 설계 하고 구현하였다. 본 쇼핑몰은 고객들의 접속 기록과 상품 구매 기록을 데이터마이닝 기법에 의해 통계적으로 분석하여 상품에 대한 인기도에 따라 상품 진열을 자동적으로 구성할 수 있는 지능형 쇼핑몰이다. 본 시스템을 동하여 쇼핑몰 관리자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 수 작업으로 이루어지는 기존 쇼핑몰 관리 업무를 자동화할 수 있다. 또한 최근에 급격하게 증가하고 있는 전자상거래 시장에서 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 마케팅 기법을 제시하였다.

  • 전자상거래는 ‘제3의 산업혁명’이라는 별칭이 무색하지 않을 만큼 유통구조 뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸쳐 일대 변혁을 가져오고 있다. 전자상거래 중에서도 인터넷 쇼핑은 가장 활성화가 빠르고, 성장 가능성이 무한한 분야이다. 사이버 쇼핑 시대가 다가옴에 따라 소비자가 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 이용할 때, 어떠한 요인들이 소비자의 만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는가에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 이를 따라 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석 하였다. 설문조사 내용을 다중회귀모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 인터넷 상품의 품질, 제공 정보의 종류, 제공 정보의 품질, 주문 시간의 편리성, 주문 취소의 편리성이 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 만족과 유의적인 정의(+) 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이와는 반대로 인터넷 상품의 가격 요인, 개인 정보 누출의 위험성은 유의적인 부의(-) 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper propose a communication-based model of relationship marketing and study relationship development between e-business marketing and traditional marketing theory and then show the application of improved relationship marketing model in the e-business. Although e-business already has been an important area, there were so few studies on customer relationship management in e-business. Using the two aspects of communication process and effectiveness at which two precedent effect factors on the trust of customer relationship development and relationship commitment, this paper develop a communication-based model of internet marketing in th e-business.

  • It is more important how to maintain and develop the company than starting any business. The matter of trust building in the early stage of start up company is a main cause to make or break business performance. This study analyzes the primary factor to the influence of matter of trust formation in the early stage of starting business at internet shopping mall. Also, We are here concerned with the strategies on the building brand to shopping mall of e-company and the increasing sales. To accomplish the aim of this paper is examined a concept of trust, consumer's purchase behavior and the factor of trust formation from the basis of preceding research, It was found from the result of an hypothesis testing for positive analyze that information quality, web design and shopping convenience influence factors to the initial trust.

  • Researchers have continuously investigated the issues of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and repurchase intention of customers in Internet shopping malls, a fast growing e-bisiness model in Korea. At present, most Internet shopping malls in Korea offer similar services to their customers. This has caused intense industry competition, and the Internet shopping malls have made significant investments into their websites in order to remain attractive to their customers. This research examines the relationships among website charateristics, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repurchase intention. Website characteristics include context, commerce, connection, communication, contents, community, and customization. We have used data from a field study of 662 individuals to test the proposed model. The results of this research show that among the 7 website characteristics, context, communication, content, and commerce are the significant determinants of customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction increases customer loyalty and repurchase intention. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications, which are discussed in the paper.

  • This study investigates the relationship between the antecedents of Trust on Internet Shopping Mall and its effects on attitude, relationship involvement, or purchase intention on the basis of previous researches. 263 undergraduate students were used into data analysis. The date was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) using SPSS and AMOS programs. As the results, the three antecedents of trust excepting company size had the positive effects on trust. Also, trust on Internet Shopping Mall had positive direct effects on attitude and relationship involvement. But, the direct effects of trust on buying intention were rejected. Trust on Internet Shopping Mall was intensified by the positive attitude and relationship involvement and leads to the buying intention. The results of this study provide the e-marketing strategy on Internet Shopping Mall focusing on trust, attitude, relationship involvement, and buying intention.

  • In Korea, The Consumer Protection Law in Electronic Commerce, which came into effect in July 2002, forced internet shopping malls to provide a minimum of 7 forms of business information, including the name of the business, the name of the representative, geographical address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and business license number, so that consumers could easily identify them. To investigate the shopping malls which do not provide their business information, can lead to confidence in the electronic commerce environment. To investigate the completeness of the business information with the internet shopping malls, this paper proposes the methods of gathering URLs of internet shopping malls, of extracting business information attributes, and an architecture of the agent system. Information extraction in our research is based on synonyms and indicator words of the attributes. With the experiment we showed that the accuracy of our agent system to find out the right business information is 89.3%.

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) comprises a set of processes and nabbing systems supporting a business strategy to build long term, profitable relationships with specific customers. Customer data and information technology(IT) tools form the foundation upon which any successful CRM strategy is built. Recently, the Internet rectifying this life, IT technology and the rapid development taking place over the Internet, customer relationship management, e-CRM has emerged. The purpose of this research is to investigate the important elements of e-CRM which in fluence the customer satisfaction and the brand loyalty in e-shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention.
