Research subjects included consumers with prior experience of using internet shopping malls, and 405 respondents were used for final analysis. The major findings of the study are as follows: First, as a result of the investigation on the relationships among users' innovativeness, perceived risk, and product purchase intention, all correlation coefficients were positive. Second, consumer innovativeness was found to significantly influence perceived risk and purchase intention, and perceived risk mediated the relationship between consumer innovativeness and purchase intention. Third, when we performed sub-group analysis on the research model by dividing products into hedonic and utilitarian products, it was found that hedonic products revealed path coefficients which are statistically more significant compared with those for utilitarian products. We can draw the conclusion that in terms of internet shopping mall purchases, hedonic products exert a greater influence on the effect of consumer innovativeness on purchase intention compared to utilitarian products.

  • This study analyzed the most frequently used navigation cases in a desktop environment. As a result of the research, GNB induces users' search as the top element of the search structure and can place color, text, icon, and image elements. LNB could be classified in the form of a dropdown, flyout, dropline and mega menu. In this study, the navigation structure of Interpark and Interpark among open markets used by users was analyzed. G-Market's GNB has a two-tier structure with color, text, image, and icon elements, and Interpark has a three-tiered horizontal label. Interpark's GNB drew attention by placing a badge on the seasonal label, which is a temporary content section, unlike G-market. It can be seen that the LNBs of both shopping malls have flyout menus that protrude when you mouse over the category menu arranged in a vertical text form under the logo placed on the left. The flyout menu has a complex structure consisting of the layout of the mega menu. This study is meaningful in revealing user experience elements by analyzing the GNB and LNB of shopping malls these days where internet shopping is increasing.

This study suggests the flow which customers experience on online shopping plays a leading role in a matter of revisiting intention, but price sensitivity has a possibility to decrease the flow on the basis of literature investigation. While telling the differences in types of shopping malls, this study also examines relationship verifications with price sensitivity, flow of internet shopping mall and revisiting intension. The results show the flow experience through temporal dissociation makes increase a revisiting intention. To the contrary, this study presents a price search dimension in price sensitivity has negative influence to each dimension of temporal dissociation, heightened enjoyment and curiosity and also the relationship between price importance and flow is rejected. In addition, this influence gets different results by internet auction, pure internet shopping mall, shopping mall which can show price comparisons. In the case of shopping mall which can show price comparisons, more price researches become less curiosities and more heightened enjoyments and curiosities get more revisiting intentions. In the internet auction's case, price search decreases a temporal dissociation and heightened enjoyment and improves a revisiting intention when a temporal dissociation and heightened enjoyment are increased. Price research reduces three types of flow dimensions such as a temporal dissociation, heightened enjoyment, and curiosity in the pure internet shopping mall.
