'아바타(Avatar)'가 수익창출에 골머리를 앓고 있는 인터넷 기업들의 주요 수익원으로 자리잡았다. 네티즌들이 온라인 상에서 사용하는 가상의 캐릭터에 옷을 입히고, 액세서리로 장식하는데 '돈'을 지불하는 것이다. 2000년 11월 네오위즈의 채팅사이트 '세이클럽'에서 처음 선보인 아바타 서비스가 이런 돌풍을 일으키리라 예상한 사람은 거의 없었다. 하지만 지난해 삼성경제연구소는 아바타를 2001년 히트상품 8위에 올려 놓으면서 인기를 입증했다. 사이버 공간의 분신을 위해 600원짜리 신발을 신겨주고, 4900원짜리 힙합룩과 크로스백까지 구입한다. 또 500원짜리 선글라스까지 구입해 멋을 부린다. 유료화 콘텐츠의 성공모델로 떠오른 '아바타 비즈니스'를 취재했다.

오늘날 인쇄업계는 디지털 프린팅이라는 테크놀로지를 새로운 사업기회로 승화하기 위한 다양한 노력을 전개하고 있다. 그러나 아직 적당한 비즈니스 모델이 제시되지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 이는 디지털 프린팅을 통해 수익을 발생시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 구체적인 전략이 도출되지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 이에 인터넷을 통해 자유롭게 이동할 수 있는 가변적인(variable) 데이터를 수용하는 디지털 프린팅을 어떻게 구체화할 것인가 하는 과제가 대두되는데, 인쇄출판 전문가 그룹인 리트렐 협회(Littrell Associates)가 제안하는 7단계 전략은 우리나라 인쇄업계가 디지털 프린팅을 어떻게 수용할 것인지에 대한 청사진을 제공해준다.

This paper theoretically derives an algorithm to discover a new type of workflow-based knowledge from workflow models, which is termed workflow-based affiliation network knowledge. In general, workflow intelligence (or business process intelligence) technology consists of four types of techniques that discover, analyze, monitor and control, and predict a series of workflow-based knowledge from workflow models and their execution histories. So, this paper proposes a knowledge discovery algorithm which is able to discover workflow-based affiliation networks that represent the association and participation relationships between activities and performers defined in ICN-based workflow models. In order particularly to prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm, this paper tries to apply the algorithm to a specific workflow model and to show that it is able to derive its corresponding workflow-based affiliation network knowledge.

In the early days, we could be provided almost internet contents without pay. It's been turning out the time we need to pay for getting some internet contents as it has become one of important media. It's already been a kind of big market. We need to develop the revenue model of character brand in the internet business. Character brand could make the internet contents on a position of advantage. We've made the revenue through using character brand and making commodities and services more valuable. We use the internet in a wide range of daily life communication. It's expected to extend. It's needed to study which kind of revenue model is existed at the moment.

기존 Web2.0 시대의 플랫폼 기업은 서비스를 통해 생성된 개인 데이터로 다양한 비즈니스를 창출해왔다. 하지만 데이터 제공자인 개인은 해당 수익에서 제외되는 모순된 상황에 놓였다. 이에 개인이 자신의 데이터를 적극 관리·통제하면서 능동적으로 활용할 수 있는 개념인 마이데이터(MyData)가 등장했다. 국내에서는 '20.8월 데이터3법(개인정보보호법, 신용정보법, 정보통신망법)이 통과되면서 신용정보법에 근거해 금융 분야 마이데이터 서비스가 활성화되기 시작했다. 그러나 현존하는 마이데이터 플랫폼은 중앙화된 시스템으로 본래 취지와 다르게 개인의 데이터 소유권과 통제권을 보장하기에 부족하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 마이데이터 플랫폼의 한계점을 분석하고, Web3.0 등 변화하는 환경에서 개인의 데이터 주권을 보장하고, 데이터 가치를 공정하게 분배받을 수 있는 DID 플랫폼 기반의 마이데이터 서비스 모델을 제안한다.

1995년부터 급격히 발전하기 시작한 전자상거래는 2000년 후반에 들면서 커다란 전환을 맞이하게 되었다. 인터넷 기업에 대한 거품이 제거되면서 주가가 폭락하였고, 전자상거래에서 과연 수익을 얻을 수 있는 모델은 무엇인지에 대한 의문이 제기되기 시작하였다. 이러한 시기에 최근 게임산업은 세계 미디어 시장에서 큰 비중을 자치하는 21세기형 산업으로 부상하고 있으며, 또한 많은 비즈니스 수익모델 중에서 수익을 제공할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델로 급부상하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임 사용자들의 충성도에 영향을 주는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 연구하고자 하였다. 특히 게임의 중독이 이러한 인과관계에 어떤 매개효과가 있는지를 검정해 보고자 하였다.

Abstract Corporate activities are composed of numerous working processes and during the working flow, various business processes are being created and completed simultaneously. Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) makes the working process simple, yet creates more complicated work structure and therefore, there is an absolute need of efficient management for business processes. The workflow literature has been looking for efficient and effective ways of rediscovering and mining workflow intelligence and knowledge from their enactment histories and event logs. As part of studies to analyze and improve the process, the concepts of 'Process Mining', 'Process re-discovery', 'BPR (Business Process Reengineering)' have appeared and the studies for practical implementation are proactively being done. However, these studies normally follow the approach throughout data warehousing for log data of process instances. It is very hard for these approaches to reflect user's intention to the rediscovering and mining activities. The process instances designed based on the consideration of analysis can make groupings effectively and when the analysis demand of user changes within the analysis domain can also reduce the cost of analysis. Therefore, the thesis proposes a special type of workflow model, which is called a colored workflow model, that is extended from the ICN (information control net) modeling methodology by reinforcing the concept of colored token. The colored tokens represent the conceptual types of constraints and criteria that can be used to classifying and grouping the workflow intelligence and knowledge extracted from the corresponding workflow models' enactment histories and event logs. Through the runtime information of process instances, it makes possible to analyze proactive and user-oriented process with the goal of deriving business knowledge from the beginning of process definition.

Business Process Intelligence (BPI) is one of the emerging technologies in the knowledge discovery and analysis area. BPI deals with a series of techniques from discovering knowledge to analyzing the discovered knowledge in BPM-supported organizations. By means of the BPI technology, we are able to provide the full functionality of control, monitoring, prediction, and optimization of process-supported organizational knowledge. Particularly, we focus on the focal organizational knowledge, which is so-called the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge that represents the affiliated relationships between performers and activities in enacting a specific business process model. That is, in this paper we devise a statistical analysis method to be applied to the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and dubbed it the activity-performer correspondence analysis method. The devised method consists of a series of pipelined phases from the generation of a bipartite matrix to the visualization of the analysis result, and through the method we are eventually able to analyze the degree of correspondences between a group of performers and a group of activities involved in a business process model or a package of business process models. Conclusively, we strongly expect the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources allotments, and the improvement of the correlational degree between business activities and performers, in planning and designing business process models and packages for the BPM-supported organization, through the activity-performer correspondence analysis method.

초고속 통신망의 발전으로 인터넷을 통한 고화질 비디오 서비스가 가능해지고, IPTV 서비스 등이 등장하는 등 방송과 통신의 융합서비스가 본격화되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 IPTV 서비스는 대용량의 데이터를 일정한 품질로 제공하기 위해서 막대한 투자비가 소요되는 망 구축이 필요하며, 오픈 네트워크인 기존의 인터넷과 달리 폐쇄적인 구조로 운영되고 있다. 대용량 전송의 장점을 가진 방송망과 양방향 특성을 가진 통신망을 같이 활용하는 DTV기반 크로스미디어 서비스 환경에서는 양방향 비디오 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 제공하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 이를 통해 TV 시청자에게는 개인화된 형태의 새로운 서비스를 제공하고, 방송사에게는 전통적인 사업모델을 탈피하여 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 찾을 수 있는 기회를 줄 수 있다. 이미 유사한 개념의 서비스들이 국내외에서 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 방송망과 유무선 인터넷에 연결 가능한 크로스미디어 서비스 환경에서 시청자에게 제공 가능한 서비스 시나리오를 제시하고, 이를 위한 수신기 요소 기술을 제안한다. 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 전송 기술로서 인터넷을 이용한 HTTP 기술과 방송망을 이용한 Push 기술을 활용하였고, 서비스 내용을 시청자에게 보여주기 위한 표현 기술로서 TV용 브라우저를 목표로 설계된 CEA-2014 규격을 활용하였다. 또한 CEA-2014가 제공하지 못하는 더 필요한 기능들을 위해 수신기 API를 추가로 정의하였고, 서비스에 필요한 데이터 공유와 활용을 위하여 메타데이터 모델을 정의하였다. 그리고 제안한 수신기 요소 기술들의 적합성을 보여주기 위하여 핵심 시나리오에 대한 테스트 모델을 만들고 이에 대한 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였다.

최근에 미국의 pro-patent 정책에서 볼수 있는 것 처럼 지적 재산권의 보호 대상을 확대하는 경향이 있다. 각국은 디지털관련 창작물의 보호와 관련하여 저작권법을 개정하거나 특별법을 재정하여 대처하고 있을 뿐만 아니라. 특허법의 경우는 기존의 법규정의 해석을 확장하는 방식으로 진행되고 있다. 특허권의 확대는 처음에는 소프트웨어에 대한 특허적격성 인정 여부에서 출발하였으나, 최근에는 소프트웨어를 통해 인터넷 구현되는 거의 모든분야 예컨대, 비즈니스 모델, 광고 방법, 체험, 금융 등에까지 확대되고 있다.
