Historically, IP-based internets have been able to provide a simple best-effort delivery service to all applications they carry. Best effort treats all packets equally, with no service level, packet loss, and delay. The best-effort style has generally worked fine. But the needs of users have changed. The want to use the new real-time, multimedia, and multicasting applications. Thus, there is a strong need to be able to support a variety of traffic with a variety of quality-of-service requirements, within the TCP/IP architecture. This paper propose a framework that offers QoS in a DS domain using dynamic node setting method.

Mobile internet has been emerged as a key IT infrastructure while mobile internet service equipments such as smart phones have been introduced in this mobile market. These mobile internet services would be more widely spread in shorter period because the wired internet services are already popular in our life and mobile internet services have the typical characteristics that ubiquitous has. This study investigates the research model for mobile internet services based on previous researches and tests it via questionnaire. The findings are that some of features such as joy and sufficiency are statistically significant as expected.

Presently the instructional model for internet ethics education is modeled after the integrated morality. The model is based on the assumption that ethical awareness will lead to ethical activities which is based on the theory that cognition is correlated to the behavioral domains. But the side effects of the information society in the cyber space increased even when the education for the awareness of ethics in the cyber space has been taught more aggressively than before. In this study, the relation of the cognition for information ethics and the ethical behavior in the cyber space was analyzed in order to find out the implications for the effective internet ethics education model. The tools used are the 'DIT (Defining Issues Test)' to measure the behavioral ability in the physical world, the Information Ethics Judgment to measure the behavioral ability in the cyber space, and the self diagnostic tool of 'Internet ethics awareness' to measure the level of cognitive knowledge for internet ethics. The correlation of three measures was analyzed. The results were college students' levels of ethics from three tools from are considerably low. Moral judgement and information ethics judgement were not correlated which means that the behavior in the physical world was not necessarily correlated to the behavior in the cyber space. The three measurements were not statistically significantly correlated. Therefore the cognitive awareness for the information ethics were not necessarily correlated to the ethical behavior in the cyber space. Ethical cognition and the moral behavior need to be taught with equal emphasis as they do not have strong correlation.

The purpose of this study is to design internet CEDA(Cross Examination Debate Association) debating model for the internet-based learning. Comparing to open discussion model that is widely spreaded in regular classes, the CEDA model can enhance learner's thinking skills, logicality, analytic skills, and judgement ability. In the first study, 196 students were provided the specific CEDA model guideline and participated debate activities through the internet. The results of the students' debate were analyzed based on the evaluation criteria. The results showed that the students' evaluation scores were high overall. They favored the CEDA model over the open discussion model, and showed positive attitudes and perceptions on the CEDA internet debate activity. In the second study, another 200 students were participated in two different tutor supporting CEDA debating groups, one is advanced tutor strategy group and the other is general tutor strategy group. The results showed that the advanced tutor supporting group had significantly high scores on the cross examination and providing evidence on debating. This study finally suggests the CEDA internet model for general use. In conclusion, this study also suggests the next steps to elaborate the CEDA internet model not only for the university settings, but also for general school settings. The user manuals should be developed to assist instructors, students, and tutors to guide better debate activities through the internet CEDA class. Also further research should be conducted to provide various debate models and applications for the variety of learning environments, and so the schools to use the CEDA model more widely in the internet classes.

Recently the navigation service and LBS (Location based Services) using map supports much information services on mobile terminal. Also Internet Web sites support user much information. But, the user has the difficulty for acquiring the service and the various information based on map because of searching the many Internet sites. Accordingly, this paper supports a convergence information service model of various culture, education, tourism, sport and traffic for accessing synthesizing information based on map. And we design and implement this model using 공개 API. We present a convergence information service model of culture, tourism, sport and bus line information form tour destination and cultural place of Jeju province using the model. Additionally, we develop this service model using apache web server on Linux environment, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL database and Map 공개 API. As this service model supports a convenience action of culture and tourism for Jeju islanders and tourists.

This paper investigates factors that have facilitated the rapid diffusion of broadband in South Korea. It finds that the quick spread of broadband access in South Korea is the result of combining the government's strategic ICT policy considering cultural traits, businesses'competitive efforts, and the timely explosion of domestic demand for IT service. This paper also discusses the impact of broadband diffusion on the digital divide. It finds that although there are still regional and age gaps in broadband access, the Korean government and businesses are working to alleviate these problems through various ways from systemic to physical ones. While the deployment of broadband cannot eliminate every issue of the digital divide, broadband access minimizes the digital divide by lowering the barrier to inequitable access to information. This paper concludes with a number of recommendations that address selected policy issues related to the spread of broadband Internet for its successful implementation.

XML has become one of the most influential standard language for representing and exchanging data on internet. However, XML itself has a ability to represent a logical structure for storing and managing data, it is inadequate to use as a conceptual modeling tool because of its complexity for representing the document structures. In this paper, we propose the graphical form of conceptual modeling techniques for representing the structure of the XML schema documents using an extended entity relationship diagram. For this, extended entity relationship model is presented for representing the XML schema structure, transformation rules are presented for transforming extended entity relationship model into XML schema document to show the completeness of the proposed model.

This study verified the relationship between internet use, family relationship, and cyber violence victimization by comparing models. 2013 The survey of Internet addiction of National Information Society Agency was used in this study to verify relationship between variables. We compared the model which internet use impact cyber violence victimization through mediating fully family relationship and other model which internet use influence cyber violence victimization through mediating partially family relationship. Based on final model (model 1), More internet use was related to lower family bond and lower family bond was associated with more cyber violence victimization. This results imply that family relationship have an important role in relationship between internet use and cyber violence victimization rather than internet use impact directly cyber violence victimization.

소매유통업에 있어 충성고객을 발견하고 효과적으로 관리하는 일은 마케팅 부서의 주요 관심사라고 할 수 있다. 최근 성숙된 유통 채널로 자리잡고 있는 인터넷 소매유통업도 다양한 마케팅 노력을 기울이고 있으며 그 성과가 기존 소매유통업 보다 클 것으로 기대하고 있는데 이는 인터넷 소매유통업이 기본적으로 디지털 기반 구조 하에 사업이 수행되기 때문이다. 그러나, 매출 규모가 확장됨에 따라 고객 관계가 보다 복잡해지고 거래 건수도 크게 확장되고 있는 인터넷 소매유통업은 전자적으로 이용 가능한 고객 관리 서비스를 필요로 하고 있다 본 논문은 인터넷 소매유통업의 충성고객관리를 위한 웹서비스의 프레임웍 및 적용 사례를 제시하고 있다. 고객관리 웹서비스의 기본 모델은 전통적인 RFM분석에 기반을 두고 있는데 복잡한 충성고객관리 업무를 처리하는 에이전트를 제공한다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰이나 상점의 운영 시스템과 용이하게 통합될 수 있는 웹서비스는 적은 비용으로 효과적인 고객관리를 실현하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
