본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 사이버 강의 시스템을 이용하여 사용자가 인터넷을 통해 교육을 제공 받을 때 발생하는 트래픽을 측정 분석하고 강의에서 제공되는 동영상, 음성 및 문서 등의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠들이 대역폭에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 강의형태에 따라 트래픽 모델을 제시하고 강의 컨텐츠의 구성에 따라 달라지는 전송대역폭과 사용자수에 따른 영향을 분석한다.

With proliferation of the internet, the internet ethics in contrast to existing ethics has been recognized as one of the disciplines. Internet ethics is one of liberal arts courses in a college as well as a class in elementary, middle and high schools. We also have taught this subject for a number of years. In order to effectively communicate to students the internet ethics course as computer scientists, we gave some demonstration practice lectures by taking advantage of internet ethics related videos. Since the latest UCC presentation and its discussion were performed, it was helpful for students to recognize the internet ethical issues and concerns. We confirmed that classroom students' concentration and understanding for internet ethics increases by a survey of the regular attendees. This research presented a lecture practice case model to teach comprehensive internet ethics topics to college students effectively.

The Internet had been taken properties which were both a slow speed and low-bandwidth of the first time. It was impossible to transmit large multimedia data because of a Internet properties. After tens of Year Passed, many people began to transmit multimedia data in the Internet which had fast-speed and high-bandwidth. Some people want to team classes to be taught in school through the Internet. And, educators wish to use multimedia data in the educational field. Due to previous reasons, many parts in the educational field had tried to join real-time objects to multimedia objects. But, real-time data didn’t appear easily due to many faults like network errors and system bugs if we want to control data in order to teach and learn classes. Then, this paper separates real-time and unreal-time data and controls these data that aye made a time scheduler to have time information in the extended SMIL-file for deceasing these faults.

Recently, as the use of the Internet and the Web becomes universal, there has been a great deal of efforts to use it for education. The advantage of a Web-based lecture is that people can take it anywhere at a low cost anytime. Therefore, its prospect is very bright and its potential customers abound. The demand for java programming education using the Web is increasing. This paper compares and analyzes the learning effects of Web-based and traditional lectures in a java programming course, using statistical inference. Based on the analysis result, it concludes that the learning effects of the Web-based lecture are less effective than those of traditional lecture. Also, it recognizes weak points of Web-based lecture in java programming education and proposes a scheme for enhancing Web-based lectures.

This thesis is aiming at analysis and implementing Distance Video Lecturing System to guarantee the high quality in service through using less Network resource. Most of the usual Distance Video Lecturing System has been designed not in the system of Multiuser Conference but Point-to-Point. But from now on Distance Video Lecturing System is to be demanded on not only the expansion to Multiuser Distance Video Lecturing System, but high quality in service for users. To solve these problems, the Multicast Transmission Technology as the dimension of Network as well as highly efficient, advanced Compression Technology should be applied to Video Conference System in company with the expansion of Network bandwidth. The system suggested in this thesis is to help to offer an application service as Distance Video Lecturing System that will make popular on the basis of the character that the next generation Internet will be high speed Network.

인터넷을 통한 정보 전달 방법은 Ethernet과 ATM, CAN과 같은 다양한 통신 전달 프로토콜 및 방법을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 현재 연구된 네트웍상의 시간 지연 현상에 대한 연구는 일부네트웍 모델을 바탕으로 연구되고 있으나 다양한 통신 환경 하에서 발생하는 시간 지연 현상에 대해 최적의 모델링 방법을 제시해 주고 있지 못하고 있다. 따라서 다양한 네트웍 환경에 적합하도록 인터넷기반 비동기 샘플치 시스템 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 아울러 인터넷을 통해 구성된 폐루프 시스템은 기존 제어 시스템과 다른 동작 특성과 외란 특성을 가지므로 인터넷 환경에 적합하게 설계된 견실 제어 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 안정성이 극히 요구되는 각종 산업기기 등에 대한 웹기반 정밀 원격 제어를 원활히 수행하기 위해서는 웹 환경에 최적화된 강인 제어 이론 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 원격지 플랜트에 대한 실시간 원격 제어를 안정적 및 효율적으로 수행하도록 인터넷상의 데이터 전송시 시간 지연 현상 분석 및 인터넷 기반 제어시스템의 전달 특성 분석하였다.

인터넷은 지난 몇 년 동안 급성장을 이룩하였고, 근래에는 전문가 뿐만 아니라 일반 사용자들도 인터넷을 이용하여 정보를 검색, 활용하고 있다. 인터넷에서 검색 엔진의 도움 없이 정보를 검색한다는 것은 불가능한 일이 되었다. 그러나 일반 사용자가 인터넷에서 검색을 할 때 겪는 가장 큰 어려움은 검색 엔진의 특성과 연산자의 다양성, 불리언 질의의 형식화이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 검색 엔진의 특성에 관계없이 검색을 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 자연어를 사용하여 정보를 검색한다. 자연어 질의는 일상적인 생활에서 사용하는 언어를 기반으로 하기 때문에 인터넷에 친숙하지 못한 초보자들도 손쉽게 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그리고 질의 처리 에이전트와의 대화를 통하여 사용자는 자신의 요구를 더욱 명확하게 할 수 있고, 그 결과 사용자는 자신이 필요로 하는 문서를 더욱 신속하게 찾을 수 있다.

무선 인터넷 통신은 유선 인터넷 통신보다 더욱 정보 노출이 쉬운 상태여서 강도 높은 보안 솔루션이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷의 암호 시스템을 위해, 키 길이가 짧아 처리 속도가 빠른 타원 곡선 알고리즘을 사용한 신뢰된 파티가 없는 쓰레시홀드 암호시스템을 제안한다. 따라서 제안한 시스템은 타원 곡선 알고리즘 사용으로 휴대 단말기 용량 한계에 부딪혔던 WPKI(Wireless Public Key Infrastructure) 서비스를 개선할 수 있으며, 신뢰된 파티를 보장할 수 없는 무선 인터넷 통신에서 안전한 그룹 통신을 할 수 있게 된다. 또한 제안한 시스템은 다양한 타원 곡선을 활용할 수 있는 타원 곡선 암호시스템 장점으로 다양한 암호시스템 설계가 가능하다는 것이 증명되었다.

This thesis focuses on developing the appropriate model for teaching Internet ethics based on problem-based learning. In the new learning model, participation of students such as discussion and writing methods is considered important. The research applied the new method at class and analyzed the change in Internet ethics. The result of research shows that internet ethics of learner improved in the voluntariness, respect, participation, responsibility area. Especially, the voluntariness and responsibility areas showed statistically meaningful improvement.

Cyber Educations of University are increasing in development of Contents and spreading Internet Network. We need to classify a cyber education by the type, and analyze environment. In addition, We need a measurement of effectiveness and the research of method for activation of cyber education. In this paper, we classify into partial cyber which is mixed face-to face lecture and cyber lecture and full cyber which is organized all cyber lecture, and investigate a satisfaction of learner. We analysis also the problem in cyber classes according to their types, and propose a plan for activation.
