Voice over Internet Protocol calls using administrative agency to build a national information and communication service, 'C' group, providers, the KT, SK Broadband, LG U+, Samsung SDS, as there are four operators. To prepare for an attack on Voice over Internet Protocol for administrative agency, security is a need for research to support the model. In this paper, the Internet telephone business of Administrative Agency to investigate and analyze the specific security measures to respond. Should set priorities around confidentiality about five security threats from NIS to Study of Voice over Internet Protocol Security Response Model for Administrative Agency. (1) Illegal wiretapping, (2) call interception, (3) service misuse, (4) denial of service attacks, (5) spam attacks, write about and analyze attack scenarios. In this paper, an analysis of protection by security threats and security breaches through a step-by-step system to address the research study is a step-by-step development of the corresponding model.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 전화 제품이 상호운용되는 데 필요한 국내외 프로파일 표준의 개발 현황을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 인터넷 전화를 위한 표준으로 ITU-T에서 개발하고 있는 H.323 의 개요를 기술하고, H.323 표준이 다양한 버전이 존재함에 따라 H.323 표준의 각 버전이 개발된 시기 및 다루고 있는 내용 등에 대하여 살펴본다. 또한, 각 버전에 따른 인터넷 전화 제품간 상호운용을 위하여 국내에서 개발된 프로파일 표준 및 국외에서 개발하고 있는 프로파일 표준의 현황 및 세부 규정 내용 등을 살펴보고자 한다

Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) is call's contents using the existing internet. Thus, in common with the Internet service has the same vulnerability. In addition, unlike traditional PSTN remotely without physical access to hack through the eavesdropping is possible. Cyber terrorism by anti-state groups take place when the agency's computer network and telephone system at the same time work is likely to get upset. In this paper is penetration testing for security threats(Call interception, eavesdropping, misuse of services) set out in the NIS in the VoIP. In addition, scenario writing and penetration testing, hacking through the Voice over Internet protocol at the examination center will study discovered vulnerabilities. Vulnerability discovered in Voice over Internet protocol presents an attack and defense plan.

21세기에 접어들면서 통신서비스의 새로운 조류는 단연 "Convergence"이다. 기존의 서비스들은 개개의 서비스 매체에 따른 개별망을 통해 제공되어왔으나, 광대역 인터넷의 대중화로 인해 IP 기반으로 발전하고 있으며, 궁극적으로는 가입자 단말기, 유무선 액세스망, 서비스 핵심망, 서비스 플랫폼이 IP기반으로 발전될 전망이다. 이러한 통신 패러다임의 변화에 따라, 급변하는 통신환경의 변화에 적응하고 보다 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 하나의 공통된 Network하에 제공하고자 하는 움직임이 Broadband Convergency Network(BCN : 이하 BCN)이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 궁극적인 광대역 통합망을 통한 멀터미디어 서비스 제공의 시발점은 광대역 IP망을 통한 음성 및 데이터 통합 서비스(이하 인터넷전화)라 볼 수 있으며 인터넷전화와 BCN은 분리시켜 생각할 수 없는 이유 중의 하나이다. 그러면 "인터넷전화로 시작되는 BCN은 사업자 및 이용자측면에서 어떠한 의미를 갖는가\ulcorner"를 살펴보기로 한다.(중략)

Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. It has some advantages in that voice telephone services can be accompanied with multimedia services such as video communication and messaging services. In this paper we suggested an Asterisk-based Internet telephony system which can be easily scalable. Most current systems use text files to manage their configuration: SIP users, dialplans, IVR service and etc. But we designed the management system which introduces database tables for efficiency and scalability. It also supports web-based functions developed by using Asterisk, Apache, MySQL, jQuery, PHP and open source softwares.

Recently, Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) in IP-based wired and wireless voice, as well as by providing multimedia information transfer. Wired and wireless VoIP is easy on illegal eavesdropping of phone calls and VoIP call control signals on the network. In addition, service misuse attacks, denial of service attacks can be targeted as compared to traditional landline phones, there are several security vulnerabilities. In this paper, VoIP equipment in order to obtain information on the IP Phone is scanning. And check the password of IP Phone, and log in successful from the administrator's page. Then after reaching the page VoIP IP Phone Administrator Settings screen, phone number, port number, certification number, is changed. In addition, IP Phones that are registered in the administrator page of the call records check and personal information is the study of hacking.

Although the current VoIP service is limited within the wire network, the future network will be a united network of wire/wireless. It is required that the study on the granting plan of numbering system by not considering the simple VoIP service but considering the entire network of wire/wireless. In this paper, we proposed a desirable VoIP service activation plan in mobile network suited to the future network by considering on VoIP service and mobile VoIP service.
