ISO Standards Related to Human Vibrations and Their Adaptation for KS Standards (인체 진동관련 ISO 표준안들의 국내 규격 적용)

  • This paper reviews recent international standards related to human-related vibration and compares them to KS standards. This comparison and analysis reveals that the current direction and activity in ISO is in progress and presents logical ways of updating Korean standards in the future. Finally, the current activity of upgrading Korean standards in the Korean TC 108/SC 4 is introduced.

산악용 자전거 안장의 개발방안

  • 안장은 인체하중이 집중되고, 자전거의 충격과 진동이 직접 전달되는 부위로서 주행 안락도를 높이고 buttock의 discomfort를 감소시킬 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 인체곡면을 본뜬 안장형상 설계를 통하여 buttock의 국부적 discomfort를 감소시키고자 하는 것이다. 인간의 앉은자세에 대한 해부학적 고찰을 통해 좌골결절(Ischial Tuberosity)과 치골결합면(Symphyseal Surface)이 안장과 직접 맞닿는 면으로 파악되었으며, 이들 부위에 대한 집중적 개선이 이루어져야 할 것으로 제안되었다. 문헌조사를 통해 의자설계시 고려해야 할 인체치수 및 지침을 파악하였으며, 안장과 의자의 기능비교를 통해 이를 선별적으로 적용하였다. 인체곡면 측정을 위해 Rod Matrix(3cm 간격, 13*20)방법을 이용하여 10명의 buttock contour를 측정하였으며, 측정된 자료를 분석하여 안장의 곡면형상을 결정하였다. General Comfort Rating, Body Part Discomfort 등의 주관적 안락도 평가방법을 통하여 기존 자전거 안장과 본 연구를 통해 개발된 안장을 비교 평가한 결과, 전반적인 안락도의 향상과 좌골결절 및 치골 결합부의 discomfort 감소효과를 가져온 것으로 파악되었다.

A Study on the Injury Assessment of Helicopter's Crew with Multi Point Restraint System under Drop Impact (낙하 충격을 받는 다점 구속 장치를 착용한 헬기 승무원의 상해도 평가에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a method of modeling seat belts on crew seat during dynamic seat testing was studied. The body segments of the occupant were modeled with joints. The joints consisted with various stiffnesses, dampings, and frictions. Three types of seat belt restraint systems were investigated. The analysis for on the injury assessment of helicopter's crew under drop impact was conducted. The effectiveness of the seat belt system for crashworthiness and safety was evaluated. As the results of impact analysis, head, neck and spine of the crew can be easily damaged in the vertical direction more than the longitudinal direction. Based on the verified model, behavior of human body was studied with three-point restraint systems. The displacement and injury level of the 12-point restraint system was the smallest.

T-and cross-reactive B-cell epitopes of Porphyromonas gingivalis and human heat shock protein 60 in atherosclerosis (동맥경화증에 있어서 Porphyromonas gingivalis와 인체 열충격단백의 T-세포 및 교차성 B-세포 epitope)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인간의 동맥경화증에서 Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis)와 인체 열충격단백 60의 T-세포 및 교차성 B-세포 epitope를 규명하고 수립된 T-세포주의 T-세포 주요조직적합체 양상을 파악하려는 데 있다. P. gingivalis 열충격단백-반응성 T 세포주와 환자의 혈청을 이용하여 P. gingivalis 열충격단백60 분자를 구성하는 104개의 중복성 합성 펩타이드의 T-세포 epitope과 B-세포 epitope을 규명하였다. 인체 열충격단백60에 대한 B-세포 epitope도 같은 방법으로 파악하였다. P. gingivalis, P. gingivalis 열충격단백60 또는 인체 열충격단백60에 대한 IgG 항체는 모든 동맥경화증 환자에서 상승하였다. P. gingivalis 열충격단백60의 3, 15, 24, 33, 45, 53, 64, 84, 88, 99번 펩타이드가 주요한 T-세포 epitope였고 이것들은 T-세포 및 B-세포 공동 epitope이기도 했다. 또한 인체 열충격단백60 교차반응 B-세포 epitope은 15, 29, 53, 56, 69, 74번 펩타이드로 판명되었다. 대부분 환자의 주요조직적합체는 $HLA-DRB1^{\ast}1504$$HLA-DZB1^{\ast}0603$으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 P. gingivalis 열충격단백60은 제 2급 주요조직적합제-제한적으로 분해되고 전달되었으며 이 단백질이 공통적인 T-세포 및 B-세포 epitope를 가지면서 동시에 인체 열충격단백60과 교차성 B-세포 epitope을 가지면서 동맥경화증의 면역조절기능에 관여한다고 볼 수 있다.

A Study on Evaluation to Safety of Fire-proof Safety Helmet (소방 안전모의 안전도 평가에 관한 연구)

  • Now a days, according that the occurrence of industrial disaster is on the increase, the necessity of protective goods is increasing. Specially estimate of safety helmet for protect of head is very important. On this, in this paper, amplification ratio and natural frequencies of fire safety helmet and general safety helmet are estimated by falling impect test and frequency analysis. Also. trend of damping is estimated by using these test results. And we know that the fire safety helmet is more safe than general safety helmet for protect of head.

  • This paper presents a design concept of smart UAV console system and the analysis of its dynamic response to shock and vibration. The console system design is determined by two main elements; the shape design and the mechanical design. The shape design refers to the human engineering aspects according to the military standards for ship borne equipment. The goal of the mechanical design is to provide the required shock and vibration endurance. The endurance of the system is numerically verified by means of Finite Element Method. The results of verification show that six resilient mounts installed on the console allow to sufficiently decrease the influence of the input impact wave on endurance of the system.

  • The recent national contract (Ecotechnopia 21) supported by the ministry of environment puts much significance on new issues for the assessment of human effects arising from vibration and noise exposed to human. This paper focuses only on hand-arm vibration since it has been a major problem in protecting vibration exposure to human. To set up a systematic way of assessing adverse effects of hand-arm vibration, surveys were made on recent international standards and researches related to hand-arm vibration. The measurement and evaluation methods of hand-arm transmitted vibration, the relationship between vibration exposure and effects on health, and the assessment methods of nerve dysfunctions are addressed in this paper. Those methods are linked into a logical way of assessing effects of hand-arm vibration on human. Finally, the current activities and achievements in this work are briefly summarised.

승객석 Restraiant System의 구속 효과와 인체상해 연구 -어린이(6세)탑승자 중심으로-

  • 과거 8년간의(1985-1992) 통계에 의하면 정면과 측면 충돌시 구속 시스텡의 하나인 Airbag장착 차량의 사망자 및 중상자 수가 현저히 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타나고있다. 그 러나 최근 소비자로 부터의 Airbag에 관한 불만을 보고 받고 있다. 즉 구속효과를 발휘함에 있어 부수적으로 인체 부상을 유발하고 있다는 것이다. 사망내지는 심각한 부상은 방지하고 있으나 경미한 부상은 오히려 증가하고 또한 신체가 적은 여성 운전자나 6세 이하의 어린이 에게는 심각한 부상의 우려가 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 구속시스템의 총아인 Airbag 시스템의 심각한 부수적인 부상 보고를 입증하기 위하여 우리나라 어린이 6세 신체를 기준 으로하여 구속시스템을 착용하지 않았을 경우(실제로 많은 경우), seat belt만 착용시, Airbag만 작용시, 그리고 seat belt와 Airbag을 동시에 사용할 때를 컴퓨터 Simulation Package 이용 신체 dynamic을 모의실험 하였다. 실험결과, 기존에 알려진바와 같이 구속시스템을 사용하지 않았을 경우에 부상은 매우 컸다. 신체 사이즈가 작은 어린이 혹은 여성 운전자의 경우 Seat belt만을 사용한 경우는 Airbag만을 사용한 경우보다는 부상정도가 약간 경미하였으나 두 경우 모두 인체가 구속시스템의 구속 범위를 이탈하여 구속 시스템으로써의 역할을 충분히 하지 못하고 있었다. 특히 Seat belt와 Airbag을 동시에 사용하였을시에도 Airbag이 충분히 개선된 이후라도 신체 사이즈가 작은 경우에는 흉부부위에 의한 충격 흡수가 먼저 이루어지지 못하고, 머리에 먼저 Airbag이 접촉이 되어 충격 흡수 역할보다는 반동효과가 더 커서 머리 및 몸체가 뒤로 Rebound 하는 효과로 머리, 혹은 목의 신체 부상한계를 넘고 있어 큰 부상 내지는 사망에 이르고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 사료된다.의 결과는 자전거 에르고노미터의 결과가 트레드밀의 결과에 87.60%정도 나타났다.음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance.   • One of the future weapon systems is the individual smart weapon which has a structure mounted on the forearm of soldiers. The structure may cause injuries or affect the accuracy of fire due to its impact on joints when shooting. This paper proposes human-impact interaction modeling and a verification methodology in order to estimate the impact of fire applied to the forearm. For this purpose, a human musculoskeletal model was constructed and the joints' behavior in various shooting positions was simulated. In order to verify the simulation results, an impact testing device substituting the smart weapon was made and the experiment was performed on a real human body. This paper compares the simulation results performed under various impact conditions and the experimental values in terms of accuracy and introduces methods to complement them. The results of the study are expected to be a basis for a reliable human-impact interaction modeling, and smart individual weapon development.

Development and Evaluation of an Impulsive Force Test Method for Wearable Airbags (착용형 에어백의 충격력 시험 방법개발 및 평가)

  • Even in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the prevention of industrial accidents is still an important issue in industrial sites. In solving the problem of industrial safety, a product can be difficult to market if there is a lack of standard or method for a reliable performance evaluation. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a test method for a wearable airbag product for protecting the body from falls that was newly developed to respond to fall accidents in industrial sites. As a research method, reliable evaluation standards were developed and applied through four stages of the evaluation and development process (Step 1: Product review, Step 2: Data research, Step 3: Expert meeting, Step 4: Drawing evaluation standard). In addition, the impact force was evaluated according to the developed evaluation standard. The fall impact force obtained through the evaluation showed a reduction effect of approximately 96% compared to the existing impact force. Therefore, the fall impact force was reduced significantly when the airbag was applied. This will enable new convergence products to be launched on the market and produce an environment where industrial workers can work safely.
