전국 시 도회는 지난 해 개최된 총회를 통해 제9대 시 도회장을 새롭게 구성하고 각 지역에서 설비건설업계 및 협회 발전을 위해 활발한 활동을 벌이고 있다. 이에 본지는 전국 시 도회장으로부터 사업계획을 듣는 코너를 연재하고 있다. 이번 호에는 최호선 인천시회 회장으로부터 인천시회의 사업추진 현황과 향후 사업계획을 들었다. 시원시원함과 호탕함으로 사람을 끌어들이는 마력이 있는 최호선 회장은 제8대에 이어 제9대까지 연임 중이다. 1883년 개항으로 근대화의 출발이자 6.25 전쟁 시 인천상륙작전으로 자유와 평화를 지켜낸 보루인 인천시가 아시아 허브로 발돋움할 수 있도록 최호선 회장은 회원사의 경쟁력 제고와 재도약 발판 마련을 위해 적극 노력하고 있다.

This study analyzes housing choice determinants of the youth and newlyweds households by using housing survey data in Incheon. A multinomial logit model is employed for analysis with the following variables: housing characteristics, housing market characteristics, and residential and neighborhood environment characteristics. The findings from the analysis are as follows. First, for the continued residence of the youth, the important factors were the relief assistance of housing maintenance costs. For the newlyweds, the important factors were the quality improvement of residential environments to ensure residential stability. Second, the housing choice factors to attract the youth were residential support for rent, maintenance costs, and relocation, and the improvements of residential environments such as security, noise levels, and medical facilities. For the newlyweds, the important factors were housing loan assistance for a home purchase or a cheonsei deposit and residential quality improvements for air pollution and parking facilities. Third, the youth were likely to move out due to high rental costs, and the newlyweds were likely to move out for the purchase of a new apartment or higher-quality housing.

The purposes of this paper are to analysis the characteristics of urban structure and to provide the strategies of urban restructuring in Incheon. While old urban center has tended to decline, urban central functions have concentrated towards new suburban centers, outer regions of Incheon. The urbanization of Incheon to outer regions is continuing, together with the population growth. The basic directions of urban restructuring are the formation of network urban structure, the establishment of development designation district, the formation of development, and axises for urban regeneration. It is also suggested that the systematic strategies of urban restructuring need to consider the district development for globalization, the formation of new growth pole and development axises, the establishment of special theme street, and development to network city for global city.

우리나라 도시의 거주지역구조는 어떠한 특성을 내포하고 있으며, 공간적으로는 어떠한 양상을 나타내고 있는가? 이러한 연구문제를 파악하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 1970, 1975 및 1980년의 인천시를 사례지역으로 하여 도시의 거주지역구조를 '거주지역의 분화'와 '등질거주지역의 형성'이라는 두가지 관점에서 분석하고자 시도하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 분석과정에서 거주지역구조형성의 과정을 파악하고자 하였다.

인천시 택시사고율이 전국에서 가장 높기 때문에 인천택시사고의 특성분석과 대책을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 택시사업체, 택시기사, 도로현황, 보험제도 등을 설문조사, 현장조사, 방문조사방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 설문조사결과 상용근로자의 요인이 안전에 좋은 영향을 가져올 것으로 기대되는 등의 13개 시사점을 발견하였고, 도로의 구조적 문제점을 세부적으로 지적하였으며, 주행거리 종량제와 같은 보험제도 개선안을 제시하였다. 그리고 버스전용차로의 택시이용에 관한 정부의 배려가 현재 악화되어 있는 택시의 운영실태를 개선할 것으로 보며, 결국 택시사고의 감소로 이어질 것으로 기대된다.

인천시는 수도권의 외항으로 많은 발전을 하였으나, 반대 급부적으로 오염의 가중을 제어하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 인천시의 여러 가지 환경문제 중에서도 대기환경 문제는 매우 심각하여 여러 가지 환경문제 중에서도 가장 민원이 많은 부분이다 또한 최근 들어 대기 중 먼지에 대한 관심은 주로 미세먼지에 집중되고 있으며, 우리나라의 먼지에 대한 대기환경기준과 대기오염 측정망의 항목은 공기역학적 직경 10$\mu\textrm{m}$이하의 PM$_{10}$으로 정해 놓고 있다. 그러나 최근 많은 연구에서 PM$_{10}$보다 미세한 먼지를 기준으로 설정하고 그 기준 농도도 낮추어야 한다는 주장이 제기되고 있다. This paper is a research that investigated the distribution and status of coastal sand dunes spread along the shoreline of Ongjin-gun, Jung-gu in Incheon and evaluated their conservation status. In Incheon, the length of coastline along the West Sea shoreline is 1,053km. thus leading to an assumption that coastal sand dunes are dispersed their as many as other regional local government. However, there are no enough basic data on the distribution, characteristics, and the management status of other areas besides the 5 places on the list by the Ministry of Environment. Considering this fact, this paper additionally drew 21 coastal sand dunes in the shoreline of Incheon, including the 5 places on the list by the Ministry of Environment, through the standard of coastal sandhill selection. The additionally selected aimed to propose how to develop basic materials on the conservation status of coastal sandhills in Incheon through characteristic analysis by sandhill and qualitative evaluation.
