The Role of Cognitive Satisfaction and Emotionally Based Satisfaction in Explaining Relationships between Store Image and Loyalty (점포이미지와 충성도 관계에서 인지적 만족과 감정적 만족의 역할)

  • This paper is to identify how merchandise quality, store environment, personnel service, sales promotion, store amenities and supporting service which is considered to store image components influence on satisfaction and loyalty and examine the role of satisfaction in explaining relationships between store image and loyalty. The results of the study are as follows: (1) each components of store image influence on cognitive satisfaction or emotionally based satisfaction or loyalty. (2) merchandise quality and store amenities have influence on cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction is affected by personnel service and supporting service, but store environment has directly influence on loyalty. (3) store image components that is concerned with service in the store e.g. personnel service, supporting service build customer loyalty by mediating emotionally based satisfaction. In order to build strong customer loyalty, marketer have to formed through store image components that is much stronger on loyalty.

The Effect of Service Quality of Farm Party on Cognitive and Emotional Images of the Farmhouse and Revisit Intention (팜파티 서비스 품질이 팜파티 농가의 인지적 이미지와 정서적 이미지, 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate how the service quality of a farm party affects the cognitive and emotional images of the farmhouse and revisit intentions by designing a research model and testing hypotheses. First, findings of the test show that when it comes to service quality, the physical environment and program contents of farm party have an effect on the cognitive image of the farmhouse while the qualification of party operators does not. Second, the physical environment of the party and party operator's qualification affect the emotional image but the program contents has no effect. Third, The cognitive and emotional images have an effect on the revisit intentions. It is certain that the farm party serves as cultural contents facilitating the rural economy and an emerging business model in the rural tourism. When we approach the farm party as a business model to provide service, not cultural contents as party, however, farmhouses may build a positive image as a new tourist destination and also see their economy facilitated. This study looks into Seoul and Gyeonggi areas and thus is geographically limited and does not cover national phenomenon.

Effects the Satisfaction, Revisit and Intention of Recommendation by the Image of the Local Festival : Focused on The Pork Festival in Jeju (지역축제 이미지가 방문객의 만족도, 재방문 및 추천의사에 미치는 영향 : 제주도세기축제 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the image of the feel of the local festival visitors participated in local festivals, the local festival image Impact on vistor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation. In addition, empirically how the visitor's satisfaction impact on their revisit and intention of recommendation. Analysis showed that local festival image factor is derived by three factors, such as cognitive image factor, emotional image factor, facility image factor. All three factors ware seen as the important factors affecting the visitor's facilities satisfaction, but only emotional image of the three images was a factor affecting the visitor's operating satisfaction. Above all should be considered cognitive image Among the three images(cognitive images, emotional images, facilities Images) To enhance the visitor's revisit and intention of recommendation. In other words, it is important that the position of local festival be considered. Should try to raise the quality of cognitive images to improve the visitor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation at the same time.

  • This research is to verify the effects of Korean wave image on the national image and purchase intention of Korean educational product empirically. Also, it is to find out the moderating effect of engagement when Korean wave image is affecting purchase intention of Korean educational product. In order to verify this, the questionnaires were distributed to the Chinese university students of Shandong, in China, who recognized the Korean wave, and among those questionnaires, 315 were analyzed for this research. As a result of analysis, cognitive images is found out to make a positive effects on the affective image, national image and purchase intention of Korean educational products. And affective images is found out to make a positive effects on the national image and purchase intention of Korean educational products. This result suggests that throughout the factor of Korean wave, we should improve national image and try to find ways to export Korean educational industry to China. In order to activate Korean wave image in China, the government has to review the cultural contents development policies positively like promoting Korean soap operas.

  • 인지심리학 및 인지언어학 분야에서 시도한 어휘 표상, 특히 움직임과 관련된 동사의 인지도식에 관한 연구들을 비교해보고자 한다. 인간의 언어학적인 지식을 도식적으로 표상 하고자 하는 노력은 언어의 통사적인 외형에만 치중하는 연구에서는 언어의 의미구조를 파악하기 힘들다고 판단하고 의미적인 범주화를 중요시하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 시각적 이미지 도식을 중점적으로 살펴보기로 한다. 이미지 도식은 공간적 위치 관계, 이동, 형상 등에 관한 지각과 결부되어 있다. 이미지로 나타낸 표상은 근본적으로 세상의 인식과 세상에 대한 행동방법을 사용하게 하는 유추적이고 은유적인 원칙에 기초하고 있다. 이러한 점에 있어서, 언술을 발화한 화자는 어느 정도 주관적인 행동의 능력과 그가 인식한 개념화에서부터 문자화시킨 표상을 구성한다. 인지 원칙에 입각한 의미 표상에 중점을 둔 도식으로는, Langacker, Lakoff, Talmy의 도식이 있다. 프랑스에서 톰 R. Thom과 같은 수학자들은 질적인 현상에 관심을 가져 형역학(morphodynamique)이론을 확립하였는데, 이 이론은 요즘의 인지 연구에 수학적 기초를 제공하였다. R. Thom, J. Petitot-Cocorda의 도식 및 구조 의미론의 창시자라고 불리는 B.Pottier의 도식이 여기에 속한다 J.-P. Descles가 제시한 인지연산문법(Grammaire Applicative et Cognitive)은 다른 인지문법과는 달리 정보 자동처리과정에서 사용할 수 있는 연산자와 피연산자의 관계에 기초한 수학적 연산작용을 발전시켰다. 동사의 의미는 의미-인지 도식으로 설명되는데, 이것은 서로 다른 연산자와 피연산자로 구성된 형식화된 표현이다. 인간의 인지 기능은 언어로 표현되며, 언어는 인간의 의사소통, 사고 행위 및 인지학습의 핵심적 기능을 담당한다. 인간의 언어정보처리 메카니즘은 매우 복잡한 과정이기 때문에 언어정보처리와 관련된 언어심리학, 인지언어학, 형식언어학, 신경해부학 및 인공지능학 등의 관련된 분야의 학제적 연구가 필요하다.

  • SSIM은 인간의 시각 체계가 이미지의 구조적 정보에 예민하다는 점을 이용하여 여러 가지 구조적 정보들의 유사성을 계산함으로써 이미지를 평가하는 대표적인 이미지 평가 기법이다. 하지만 SSIM은 컬러 이미지들에 대해 색 차이를 고려하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, HSI 색 공간을 활용한 SHSIM 기법이 제안되었으나 이 기법 또한 두 컬러 이미지 간 인지적인 색 차이를 충분히 반영하지는 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CIE Lab 색 공간을 도입하여 대응 되는 픽셀들의 인지적 색 차이를 계산하여 이미지 평가에 활용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위해, 이미지 평가 분야에서 가장 많이 알려진 네 가지의 데이터베이스와 네 종류의 평가 기준들을 이용하였다. 실험 결과에서는 제안하는 기법이 다른 기법들보다 인간 시각 체계와 더 상관성이 높다는 것을 보여줌으로써 성능을 증명하였다.

  • This paper discusses the cognitive function of the image, focusing on the thought-evoking function of the image. Collages artworks were developed to determine how specifically the thought-evoking function of an image takes effect in actual cases. In addition, the cognitive responses of the research participants on the image were analyzed, centering on the thought-evoking function of the image, through an in-depth interview. The image performs the function to concentrate attention on a specific object and to process it more thoroughly. The image increases the immersion of the participants, evoked thought and activated conversation. This study probed the cognitive function of the image and is expected to greatly expand our understanding of human cognition. In particular, it is expected to provide useful insight into the integration of science and art.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate satisfaction and revisit intention of Muju Firefly Festival visitors, based on visitors’ evaluation of festival images. The result of this research provided three major findings as belows. 1. The factor of “uniqueness of festival” among emotional image group and the factors of “festival spirit” and “educational impact” among cognitive image group contributed to the levels of visitor satisfaction. 2. The factors of “uniqueness of festival” and “traditionalism of festival” among emotional image group and the factors of “festival spirit” and “educational impact of festival” among cognitive image group influenced the revisit intention of festival visitors. 3. The factor of “uniqueness of festival” among emotional image group and factors of “festival spirit” and “educational impact” among cognitive image group had an impact on the intention of word of mouth.

A Study on the Retrieval Effectiveness Based on Image Query Types (이미지 인지 유형 및 검색질의 방식에 따른 검색 효율성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate retrieval effectiveness of three types of image perception using different retrieval methods. Image types included specific, general, and abstract topics. The retrieval method included text only search, query by example (QBE) search, and a hybrid/hybrid search. Thirty-two college students were recruited for searching topics using Google image search system. The search results were compared with One-Way and Two-Way ANOVA. As a result, text search and hybrid search showed advantage when searching for specific and general topics. On the other hand, the QBE search performed better than both the text-only and hybrid search for abstract topics. The results have implications for the implementation of image retrieval systems.

  • In this paper, We analyzes the image along the platform (Open Eye), through prevention of dementia or stroke patients and cognitive rehabilitation for the proposed system. This way through the camera image according to user's movement gained OpenCV image processing library, which is based on motion analysis, a part of this rehabilitation is to apply to cognitive rehabilitation. Therefore, this paper proposes a new image analysis system has been exposed to the elderly or stroke patients with dementia, their hand gestures through which patients can detect the image of the cognitive rehabilitation to help them in the analysis of the image analysis system is proposed.
