본 연구는 주부 소비자의 상품 구매시 백화점 판매원 능려의 중요성 인지도와 백화 점 이용성향을 관련변수 및 판매원의 능력에 대한 소비자 인식과의 관계를 비교.분석하며 인과관계를 파악하고자 하였다 그 결과 기업과 백화점 판매원 및 소비자에게 백화점 판매원 능력의 중요성을 밝혀 백화점 판매원이 소비자엑 질적.양적으로 유용한 정보를 제공하고 소비생활상담자로서의 전문인이 되어야 함을 강조하는데 그 목적이 있다 이러한 연구목적 아래 서울시에 거주하며 백화점을 이용하는 주부 510명을 대상으로 질문지를 통하여 조사하 였다. 그 결과 주부소비자는 상품 구매시 백화점 판매원을 중요한 정보원으로 인식하고 백 화점 이용성향이 다소 많았으며 소비자의 백화점 이용성향과 판매원의 중요성 인지도는 정 의 상관관계를 이루었다 또한 소비자가 젊을수록 교육수준이 높을수록 백화점 이용성향은 높아 이들을 위한 소비자교육이 실행되어야 할것으로 보인다 그리고 여러변수중 특히 주부 소비자의 교육수준은 소비자의 판매원 능력에 대한 인시을 매개로 하여 구매시 백화점판매 원의 중요성 인지도와 이용성향에 영향을 미치므로 소비자가 최종 구매결정 단계에서 최선 의 선택을 하도록 기업측은 보다 질이 강화된 판매원 양성에 주력하여야 하고판매원 능력중 에서 판매기술은 더욱 소비자 지향적인 체계로 전환할 필요가 있다.

최근 제품에 있어서 가치는 기능성을 제공하는 측면에서 점차 사용성과 감성을 중요시하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 최근의 혁신적인 제품을 보면 사용성과 감성적인 가치가 기술개발의 방향성까지 결정하는 등 제품개발에 있어서 감성과 사용성 가치의 중요성은 더 더욱 커지고 있다. 또한 감성과, 사용성에 대한 정확한 예측은 제품의 개발 방향뿐만 아니라, R&D의 방향성을 결정짓기 때문에 이와 같은 Value를 표현할 수 있는 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 모델의 중요성 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 하지만 제품개발에 있어서 감성과 사용성으로 대변되는 User Experience 가치 제공은 기능성, 신뢰성 등의 기존가치와는 달리 소비자, 사용자로 대변되는 Human에 대한 더 높은 이해가 필수적이나, 관련 지식의 부족 및 통계적 정량화, 객관화 어려움 등으로 제품의 가치로 연결시키기에는 많은 어려움이 있는게 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 감성과 사용성 등을 고려한 제품 가치 체계(Product Value Structure)에 대해서 살펴보고, 아울러 이러한 가치를 고려한 제품개발 패러다임의 변화에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 기존의 감성 사용성에 대한 방법론에 널리 활용되는 통계적 귀납적 방법론 외에 인지과학(Coginition Technology)을 활용하여 연역적 방법론에 대해서도 고민해보고자 한다. 특히 Iphone의 UI 특성을 통해 Innovation Company가 인지과학적인 Approach를 어떻게 제품개발에 적용하고 있는지에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

The study to improve engineering students' performance in studying physics lacked despite of the importance of studying physics in engineering education. The cognitive belief and the motivational belief in studying physics had a strong effect on studying physics. The purpose of this study was to seek the educational way through comparing professors' expectations with students' beliefs about the cognitive belief and the motivational belief in studying physics. The cognitive belief in studying physics was considered as variables like 'knowledge', 'learning' and 'relation'. The motivational belief in studying physics was considered as variables like 'expectancy' and 'value'. It was the 'expectancy' that was the most different dimension between professors' expectations and students' beliefs. It means that students have little confidence in their abilities to study physics, though professors expect their students to be confident. Professor who teaches physics to engineering students recognize these differences, need to have interest in affective domains of beliefs to teach. In addition, there is need to teaching and learning strategies that can lead engineering students' beliefs about ability to perform the task, the purpose, importance, interesting for physics.

Convergence service, which is a combination of various services, is becoming more important. Among the many examples of convergence service, this study aims to analyze telematics service. By dividing Telematics service into information services and entertainment services, it was empirically proved that the relationship between each dimensions of TAM (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, purchase intention) and each service satisfaction, price, design factor. According to the result of structure equation model, service satisfaction and design factor have a significant effect on perceived ease of use, but not on perceived usefulness. It means that the perceived ease of use factor should be emphasized, because of service characteristics that are used during driving.

이 연구는 대학생 시기 건강관리의 중요성을 인식하고, 대학생 집단에 초점을 맞추어 건강 관련 스마트폰 어플리케이션 활용에 영향을 주는 요인과 영향 정도에 대해 조사하고자 한다. 연구모형은 Technology Acceptance Model을 바탕으로 하여 정보보안, 놀이성, eHealth 지식, 기술장애가 인지된 유용성과 인지된 사용 용이성에 영향을 미치고, 이것이 실제 사용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 놀이성과 eHealth 지식은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 사용 용이성에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 기술장애는 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 이 연구의 결과를 통해 대학생이 스마트폰을 통한 건강정보를 활용하기 위해서는 본능적인 동기부여인 놀이성을 높여야하고, 건강정보 어플리케이션을 활용하는 교육과 중재가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

선박의 안전한 항해와 운항능률을 향상시키기 위하여 사웅중인 광파표지에 사용하는 등명기의 경우 그 자체에 대한 중요성은 많이 인식되었으나 그 외의 항로표지장비${\cdot}$용품은 사용범위 및 빈도에 비해 중요성이 많이 인지되고 있지 않아 e-Navigation 시대에 맞추어 항로표지장비·용품의 품질 향상 및 기능 유지를 위한 성능 검사 방법 및 전원공급시스템의 실태 파악 분석결과에 대하여 기술하였다.

가을철은 기온이 선선해지면서 사람들의 활동량이 늘어나는 계절이다. 어린이들도 학교나 가정 등, 실내외 활동이 왕성해지면서 각종 안전사고에 노출되기 쉬워진다. 특히 어린이들은 주변 사물에 대한 호기심이 크고 활동량이 많은 특징을 가지고 있으나 주의력과 판단력 등 인지능력이 아직 성숙하지 못한 까닭에 위험에 대처하는 능력이 미숙하다. 띠라서 상시 안전사고 예방교육을 통해 어린이들에게 위험요소들에 대한 주의와 대처 능력을 키워주어야 한다. 어린이들의 활동량이 늘어나는 계절 10월, 이번호에서는 어린이 안전사고 예방 교육의 중요성과 각종 안전사고 사례, 예방과 응급처치 등에 대한 특집을 마련한다.

바람직한 식생활은 질병을 예방하고 건강을 증진시킨다. 이에 식생활의 중요성이 강조되면서 국민 누구나 쉽게 이해하고 실행할 수 있는 식생활 지침이 각 기관에서 발표되었다. 그러나 그 활용도에 대한 분석결과가 없고 식생활 지침의 홍보도 현실적으로는 매우 미약한 수준이라 식생활 지침의 국민 건강증진에 대한 효과성 파악이 어려운 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 식생활 지침의 활용도를 높이기 위한 전략사업의 기초로 일반인을 대상으로 식생활지침에 대한 인지정도를 조사하였기에 보고하는 바이다. (중략)

For efficient quantization of speech representation, it is common to incorporate Perceptual characteristics of human hearing. However, the focus has been confined only to the magnitude information of speech, and little attention has been paid to phase information. This paper presents a novel approach, termed perceptually irrelevant phase elimination (PIPE), to find out irrelevant phase information of acoustic signals in terms of perception. The proposed method, which is based on the observation that the relative phase relationship within a critical band is perceptually important, is derived not only for stationary Fourier signal but also for harmonic signal. The proposed method is incorporated into the analysis/synthesis system based on harmonic representation of speech, and subjective test results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of digital literacy and the frequency of contact with children or grandchildren via ICT on cognitive functions of 8,942 adults over age 65 who responded to the 2017 National Survey of Older Koreans, using multiple regression analysis. We found that digital literacy was the most significant factor on cognitive functions of the elderly. Also, the frequency of contact with grandchildren via ICT was a positive factor for cognitive function and had a positive correlation with digital literacy. Based on this results, the importance of digital literacy education and intergenerational communication via ICT were discussed.
