현재 한국전력에서 시설하고 있는 22.9KVY 다중접지배전방식은 전력수송면에서는 가장 경제적방식으로서 각광을 받고 있으나 인접한 통신선에 미치는 유도장해는 타의 비접지방식보다 문제가 됨으로 이에 대한 해결방안이 수립돼야 한다. 본 보고는 이러한 유도장해 감소 대책연구의 일부로서 전력측(한전)과 통신부서(체신부, 철도청, 내무부, 국방부)의 합동으로 건설한 경기 오산지구의 22.9KVY 모의 배전계통에서 지난 5월에 실시한 1선지락고장시의 전자유도전압 합동측정치의 분석보고이다.

목적 : 일반적으로 세기조절방사선치료 조사면의 작은 조각 크기에 대해, 이상적인 플루언스 지도 혹은 치료계획장치로부터의 최적화된 결과에 가까운 선량분포에서 더 좋은 leaf sequence를 얻을 수 있다. 한편, 치료중 장기의 움직임이 가장 작은 조각 크기의 선택을 방해하는 문제는 항상 존재한다. 게다가, 전통적인 정지 조사면과 달리 표적이 움직이는 동안 조사면 자체도 움직이므로 움직이는 표적에 대한 세기조절방사선치료의 경우에서 적절한 표적 마진에 관한 질문이 제기되어왔다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 조각 크기에 대한 치료중 표적 움직임의 효과를 연구하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 세기조절방사선치료 플루언스 지도에 대해, 다양한 크기 - 0.5$\times$0.5, 1.0$\times$1.0, $1.5\times$1.5, 2.0$\times$2.0, 3.0$\times$3.0, 4.0$\times$4.0, 5.0$\times$5.0 $ extrm{cm}^2$ - 의 정사각형 패턴들을 설계하였고, Leaf sequence 는 step-and-shoot 빔 전달 방법을 이용하였다. 인접 조각들 사이의 세기 비율은 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0로 하였고, 표적 움직임은 범위가 0.5-2.0 cm인 사인곡선 형태로 가정하였다. 움직임 묘사를 위해 동적 leaf 의 움직임이 표적의 움직임 을 반영하도록 계산되었고 움직임의 효과를 분석하기 위해 필름선량측정을 수행하였다. 결과 : 인접 조각의 세기 비율은 모든 경우에서 저하되었고, 호흡 진폭의 반보다 작은 조각 크기에 대한 선량분포는 임상적으로 유의할만큼 저하된 세기 지도를 보였다. 조각에 대해 방사선 조사시간의 두 호흡주기이상에 대해서는, 표적 마진 주위의 선량분포가 통상적인 정지 조사면에서와 같았다. 결론 : 플루언스 지도에서 세기조절방사선치료 조각의 최소 크기는 치료중 장기 움직임을 고려한 후 선택되어야 한다. 조각에 대한 방사선 조사시간의 두 호흡주기이상에 대해서는, 표적 마진을 기존의 정지 조사면과 같게 정의할 수 있었다.

On the basis of flow resistance theory the conceptual model and related mathematical descriptions is proposed for resistance modeling of groundwater flow in CPM(continuum Porous medium), DFN(discrete fracture network) and fractured-porous medium. The proposed model is developed on the basis of finite volume method assuming steady-state, constant density groundwater flow. The basic approach of the method is to evaluate inter-block flow resistance values for a staggered grid arrangement, i.e. fluxes are stored at cell walls and scalars at cell centers. The balance of forces, i.e. the Darcy law, is utilized for each control volume centered around the point where the velocity component is stored. The transmissivity (or permeability) at the interface is assumed to be the harmonic average of neighboring blocks. Flow resistance theory was utilized to relate the fluxes between the grid blocks with residual pressures. The flow within porous medium is described by three dimensional equations and that within an individual fracture is described by a two dimensional equivalent of the flow equations for a porous medium. Newly proposed models would contribute to develop flow simulation techniques with various matrix characteristics.
암반발파작업에서 발생되는 발파진동은 주변의 생활환경과 인접한 구조물에 영향을 미쳐 공해를 발생시킨다. 계단발파와 터널발파에서 발생되는 발파진동은 진동에 영향을 미치는 요소들의 일부는 동일하게 작용하고 일부는 서로 다르게 작용하여 진동의 크기가 결정된다. 일반적으로 발파진동의 크기에 영향을 미치는 요소 중에서 암반의 조건과 폭약종류, 장약량 등 제 요소가 동일한 경우에는 최소저항선 거리와 자유면의 수에 의해 발파진동이 결정되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 터널 발파에서는 최소저항선거리와 자유면의 수 외에 자유면의 크기가 발파진동의 크기를 결정하는 주된 요소로 작용하게 된다. 본고에서는 자유면의 크기가 발파진동에 미치는 영향을 고찰하여 터널발파의 진동제어방법을 제시하였다.

연안지역에서는 강우의 증가로 인한 재해와 해수면 상승으로 인한 재해 등 두 개 이상의 재해가 복합적으로 발생할 수 있고, 그 피해도 더 크게 발생할 수 있으므로 이를 동시에 고려한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 태화강 유역을 대상으로 기후변화로 인한 강우량의 증가와 해수면 상승이 연안 지역과 인접한 하천에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 하였다. 수문모형과 수리모형을 구축하였고, 미래 평균 확률강우량 증가율과, 해수면 상승고를 적용하여 기후변화에 따른 홍수량 및 홍수위를 산정하였다. 이를 통해 제방에 대한 여유고를 구하였고, 하천설계기준의 여유고를 만족하는지 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 전체 구간 40.17km중 약57~78.9%의 구간이 여유고를 만족하지 못하였다. 해수면 상승의 영향으로 홍수위의 변화는 하류부의 일정 구간까지만 영향 미쳤고, 해수면 상승을 고려하지 않을 때 여유고가 만족하지 못하는 구간은 약1.9~3.8% 감소하였다.

Restorative dental materials have advanced rapidly, with improved physical properties that improve survival rates. Accordingly, various materials can be selected. Amalgam, composite resin, glass-ionomer cement, and preformed stainless steel crowns have all been used widely for the restoration of dental caries in primary molars. The various dental materials used to treat proximal caries in the primary molars have distinct advantages and disadvantages. However, few studies have examined their survival rates. This retrospective study examined the 2-year survival rates of more than 700 class II restorations of proximal caries in primary molars clinically and radiologically according to the type of restoration. The study results should help in the selection of class II restorations for molars, one of the biggest concerns of pediatric dentists.
This paper presents a method for effectively modeling inlay/onlay prostheses restoring a tooth that are partially destroyed. An inlay/onlay is composed of internal surface adhering to an abutment, and external surface revealed to the outside sight. Internal surfaces are modeled using Minkowski sum expanding the grinded surface parts of abutments so that the internal surfaces can adhere to the abutments with closer contact. In modeling external surfaces, we exploit 3D mesh deformation techniques: DMFFD(direct manipulation free-form deformation)[19] and MWD(multiple wires deformation)[17] with three kinds of informations: standard teeth models, mesh data obtained by scanning a plaster cast of a patient's tooth, FGP(functionally guided plane) measuring the occlusion of the patients's teeth. The standard teeth models are used for building up the basic shapes of external surfaces, while the plaster fast and FGP data are used for reflecting the unique properties of adjacent md occlusal surfaces of the patients's teeth, which are slightly different to each other but very important for correct functioning. With these informations as input data, the adjacent and occlusal surfaces are automatically generated as mesh data using the techniques of DMFFD and m, respectively. Our method was implemented so that inlay/onlay prostheses fan be designed more accurately by visualizing the generated mesh models with requirements by dentists.

The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare the remineralizing effects of three glass ionomer cements (high filled glass ionomer cement, compomer, resin modified glass ionomer cement) with resin composite (control group) on incipient interproximal caries, and to assess long-term change of remineralization effect, in each material, evaluated by microtomography. Proximal restoration was simulated with tooth specimen and Glass Ionomer Cements. And each of these groups was placed into a closed container with artificial saliva at $37^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.0 for a time period of thirty days with constant circulation. At the end of thirty and sixty days, tomographic images were taken from these specimens with micro CT scanner. Materials used in this study were as follows. Group 1: Fuji IX GP (GC Corp., Tokyo, Japan) Group 2: Vitremer (3M ESPE, St. Paul, Minn., USA) Group 3: F2000 (3M ESPE, St. Paul, Minn., USA) Group 4: Z250 (3M ESPE, St. Paul, Minn., USA) Using density-measuring program, the micro-density of carious lesions on the specimens were measured. The mean density changes of each group were compared to the other groups to evaluate the effect of remineralization. The results were as follows: 1. The lesion density of all groups increased. 2. The mean density increase of Group 1, 2, 3 were higher than that of Group 4 every month(p<0.05). 3. There were significant differences of density increase among glass ionomer group(Group 1, 2, 3).

This in vitro study compared the remineralization of incipient interproximal caries in the presence of three glass ionomer cements(highly-filled glass ionomer cement, resin-modified glass ionomer cement, compomer) and a resin composite(control). Thirty-two extracted premolars were selected based upon the lack of any visible demineralization. The teeth were coated in a transparent acid resistant nail varnish leaving $3{\times}3$ mm square. The teeth were subjected to the demineralizing buffer for 3 days and quantitative light-induced fluorescence(QLF) images of the subjects were taken. Proximal restoration was simulated by placing tooth specimens and the various glass ionomer cements in closed containers with artificial saliva at $37^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.0 with constant circulation. Further QLF images were subsequently taken at 30, 60, and 90 days. The changes of mineral loss(${\Delta}Q$) were evaluated by QLF and the change of ${\Delta}Q$(${\Delta}{\Delta}Q$) were compared between groups in order to evaluate the effects of remineralization. All data were analyzed using ANOVA and the post-HOC Dunnett C multiple comparison test at p<0.05. While ${\Delta}Q$(changes of mineral loss) increased for all treatments, the increases for three glass ionomer groups were significantly higher than that for the resin group at first month period. As time went on, the amount of ${\Delta}{\Delta}Q$ decreased.
