  • 침입자. 화재. 폭발이나 기계 이상과 같은 인적, 물적 재산에 피해를 입힐 수 있는 대부분의 응급 상황은 시각적으로 인식 가능하다. 따라서 사고가 발생하기 이전에 사고의 발생 가능성을 관계자에게 신속히 전달하여 인적, 물적 피해를 입지 않게 또는 최소화할 수 있게 대처하는 것이 필요하다. 이미지 기반의 지능형 경보/모니터링 시스템을 개발하여 자동적으로 비정상 상태를 인식하고 이를 관계된 사람들에게 인터넷과 전화, PCS, PDA로 신속하게 전달하는 유무선 통신 네트워크에서의 오브젝트 이미지 기반의 지능형 경보/모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 논문에서는 이미지 기반의 지능형 경보/모니터링 시스템의 구성에 대하여 설명하고 각 구성 요소의 기능에 대해서 설명한다

A Study on the API Gateway for human resources management modules extensions in ERP

  • In this paper, we propose a API Gateway technique for the expansion of human resource management module, one of the ERP functions. The institution has introduced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based on its efforts to transform all human and physical resources into business competitiveness and its response to the digital knowledge informatization environment, and listed it as multiple success factors. Human resource management is one of the factors that have been dealt with. However, ERP's Human Resources Management Module remains in the role of functional personnel management. How to utilize human resources begins with navigating and recognizing human resources. The proposed API Gateway technique leverages blockchain networks to design and implement APIs for human resource sharing and navigation, including the possibility of extending ERP's human resource management module. Secondly, it was designed and implemented using a smart contract that behaves like an API for preventing information forgery. The proposed method will not only be used as a tool that can actively utilize human resources, but will also be a complete resource for utilizing big data technology.

  • This study developed a method for selection of available human resources for incomingjob allocation that considers factors affecting resource performance in the business process management (BPM) environment. For many years, resource selection has been treated as a very important issue in scheduling due to its direct influence on the speed and quality of task accomplishment. Even though traditional resource selection can work well in many situations, it might not be the best choice when dealing with human resources. Humanresource performance is easily affected by several factors such as workload, queue, working hours, inter-arrival time, and others. The resource-selection rule developed in the present study considers factors that affect human resource performance. We used a Bayesian Network (BN) to incorporate those factors into a single model, which we have called the Bayesian Selection Rule (BSR). Our simulation results show that the BSR can reduce waiting time, completion time and cycle time.

  • The Effects of Social Capital on Occupational Aspiration in University Students This study aims to understand the impact of social capital (parent-child relationship, human network, and SNS use) on the occupational aspiration level in university students based on Coleman's Social Capital Concept. To achieve this, statistical significance test was conducted through correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The major study findings are as follows. As a result of correlation analysis, it was found that Other variables, except for parent's occupational of social capital had a positive effect on vocational aspiration. Also. as a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, it was found that parent-child relationship, human network obtained from social activities, Social Networking Service use and usefulness of information - social capital factors - had a statistically significant impact on occupational aspiration. Such findings suggest that the process of possessing and acquiring social capital among university students served as an important achievement-oriented value in terms of social mobility.

  • 소셜 네트워크가 웹 2.0의 대표적 서비스로 자리 잡으면서 이를 이용한 다양한 서비스가 등장하고 있으며 그 중 포탈 서비스도 예외는 아니다. 하지만 포탈과 소셜 네트워크의 융합은 마이크로 블로그 형태의 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 포탈 화면에 실시간 검색으로 공개하는 정도에 그치고 있을 뿐이다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 블로그의 open API 서비스를 이용하여 사용자의 인적 네트워크와 윈도우업 데이터를 추출한 후 키워드 도출 가중치 식을 통해 소셜 네트워크 내의 이슈가 되는 키워드를 도출한다. 도출된 키워드는 포탈 서비스에 융합되어 사용자의 소셜 네트워크 내 이슈 키워드와 관련된 정보제공서비스를 할 수 있다.

A Study on Implementation of Humane Resource Pool Recruitment system Using Blockchain

  • In this paper, we propose a implementation plan of the human resource pool recruitment system using private (permitted) blockchain. The term Human Resource has become commonly used and has come to recognize human resources as resources. Despite these changes, the use of human resource pools has been sluggish. Once entered, information is often not updated on a regular basis and does not provide sharing, searching, carrier management and anti-counterfeiting. In this research, in order to provide a human resource pool recruitment system that utilizes private (permitted) blockchain, we first used the blockchain network to enable sharing and searching of human resource pools, and to use keywords. Used to get results that meet certain conditions. Second, we added an institutional verification process to ensure the integrity of the input data and prepared preventive measures in the non-technical part by utilizing the structural characteristics of the blockchain to prevent counterfeiting and alteration. Third, we designed and implemented a Dapp (Decentralized application) that includes a Web UI so that each of the three groups can control the blockchain and the predefined processes and business logic.

  • CEO's business network is important to the establishment and growth of companies and it is recognized as an essential element in regional development, but the related research and studies including surveys on the characteristics and performance of the CEO's network and its activities are lacking. This study aimed at companies located in the northwestern part of the Chungnam to survey about CEO's network activities, and research about the characteristics and performance expectancy of the network was carried out. As research methods, we discussed the previous studies, designed and analyzed the research models empirically using the survey. Analysis based 3 stages approach showed that the performance expectancy on human resource such as recruit was not affected by any factors overall. CEO's satisfaction affect significantly to the both of performance expectations of finance and general management by types of the network and its differentiated program. Executive activities, # of joining network, and period of activity affected also conditionally. This study have contributions that enable businessmen can take advantage of strategic use on the region's business network activity.

  • Social Network Service는 웹상에서 인맥관계를 강화시키고 새로운 인맥을 쌓으며 폭넓은 인적 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 해주는 서비스로 지금 현재 사람들끼리 빠르게 많은 정보를 공유할 수 있고, 많은 사람들을 사귈 수 있다는 점에서 각광을 받고 있다. 키넥트는 센서를 통해 사용자의 동작을 인식하는 기계로 별개의 컨트롤러 없이 사용자의 신체만을 이용하여 다양한 게임과 엔터테인먼트를 경험할 수 있기 때문에 남녀노소 모두가 쉽게 즐길 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 동작인식이라는 기능 때문에 본래의 목적인 게임용이 아닌 다른 여러 분야에서 응용되어 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 할 수 있는 정보공유와 인맥강화를 키넥트를 이용하여 보다 동적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 키넥트의 동작인식 센서와 음성인식 센서를 이용하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 중의 하나인 페이스북의 기능을 사용할 수 있게 한다.

A Study on the Analysis of Social Network to Middle Management (남성관리자와 여성관리자의 사회 네트워크 비교 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare social network characteristics of male managers and female managers. To achieve purpose of the research, data were collected in large Korean companies with more than 500 employees and 402 samples were restricted to middle managers. The results of the study are as follows. First, male managers have more strong instrumental network than female mangers while female mangers have more focused on expressive network than male mangers. Second, social network characteristics of male managers are smaller size but stronger intimacy and higher status than that of female mangers. This means that social network of male managers are more qualitative than that of female managers.
