Economical and Industrial Effects of Fusion Technologies of multi-sensor Spatial Imagery (멀티센서 공간영상정보 통합처리기술의 경제적.산업적 효과분석)

  • 본 연구는 기술개발 자체의 효과성을 개발된 기술의 시장성, 확대 보급가능성, 민간분야의 기술 로드맵과의 관계성을 도출하는 것으로 실제로 업계에서 다양한 인맥과 프로젝트의 경험을 가지고 있는 자에 의한 심층인터뷰를 근거로 한 정성적 판단과 시장조사를 통한 정량적 판단을 결합하여 멀티센서의 기술개발의 가치를 평가하는 후속 조치에 해당되는 연구이다. 직접적 측면의 산업적 파급효과는 2006년에는 시범적인 수준에서 적용된 사례를 중심으로 정리해 본 결과, 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 전문화된 기업의 경우 각자의 강점에 기반을 두어 멀티센서의 적용시장을 바라보고 있다는 점이다. 모든 소프트웨어의 생산을 서버 부분부터 웹 버전, 모바일 버전까지 모두 보유하고 있는 벡터 부분의 GIS 수준과는 달리 위성영상 및 멀티센서 분야의 소프트웨어는 대용량으로 인한 한계로, 서버중심, 웹 중심의 개발이 이루어지고 있으나 모바일 분야까지 확장되지는 않고, 차량항법장치와의 연계를 통한 확장을 꾀하는 수준이라고 요약할 수 있다. 둘째, 전문기업이 아닌 대기업의 시장분석 및 전략에 관한 부분을 요약하자면, 멀티센서와 직접적인 연관을 갖는 회사는 많지 않으나 대체로 U-city 사업 발굴 시 멀티센서가 융합기술이 요소기술로서 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 기대는 하고 있으며, 규모도 1,000억 원 대를 상회할 것으로 바라보고 있다. 셋째, 멀티센서 개발기술의 상용화 및 산업화를 위한 제거 요소 및 감소 요소, 증가 요소 및 새로이 만들어야 할 요소 등을 다차원 전략으로 제시하였으나, 전략을 구사할 기관이 산재되어 있어 제도적 차원의 뒷받침이 기술개발과 더불어 진행되어야 한다는 결론에 이르게 된다. 넷째, 개발된 4개의 기술에 대하여 KVA에서 산출한 기업평가 방식을 변형하여 적용하였는데, 위성영상과 DEM 개발기술이 87% 이상의 점수를 받아 가장 시장성 및 활용성이 높은 기술로 평가되었으며, 초다분광영상에 대한 기술은 70%를 겨우 넘는 수준에서 평가가 되었다. 멀티센서 공간영상정보 통합처리 기술 개발은 다목적 실용위성의 보유, 국가 NGIS 사업의 결과물이 상당히 축척이 되어 있고, 라이다(LiDAR) 기술의 도입을 위한 환경이 조성되었기에 다른 국가에 비해 멀티센서 기술의 적용과 산업화가 가시화 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 멀티센서 자료의 수급이 용이하지 못하고, 법 제도적인 한계, 시장의 성숙도가 기대이하라는 점 등의 한계를 노정하고 있다.

A Study on Newspaper Reporter's Information-Seeking Patterns (취재환경 변화에 따른 기자의 정보추구행태 연구)

  • This study examines the changed information-gathering environment of these days has indeed changed the patterns of reporters in their information seeking efforts. For the study, two groups of reporters were surveyed. The first group consists of 9 senior-level reporters working for daily papers with 15 years or more of journalism career, the second group 11 junior reporters who have been in the industry for less than 10 years. The surveying of these reporters has indicated significant change in their patterns of information-seeking endeavor, the dominant trend changing from reporters' putting an emphasis on off-the record types of information through person-to-person contacts to their new focus on made-public information. The senior-level reporters, identify person-to-person contacts as most valuable sources for information and take meetings with their contacts as providing critical opportunities for information-gathering. On the other hand, this examination has found junior reporters to be spending more time in collecting made-public information and paying more attention to acquiring a higher level of professionalism and greater analytical abilities. In short, this study confirms the ever-rising importance of making available a wider range of information for reporters.

  • This study focused on user centered design methodology on mobile service design, Especially we designed business supporting service for sale persons with heavy mobile uses in their works. We used contextual inquiry interview to understand user's work context and mobile usage. The findings are applied to the service concept, And information architecture, interaction design, GUI design is followed. As a result of design research, Post widget service is designed for instant information organization and functional relationship. And Memory box widget service is designed for business network management and contextual findability. Those services are developed for widget design on touch based phone platform.

Influence of the Innovativeness on the Use Intention in SNS: Focused on UTAUT (혁신성이 SNS 사용 의도에 미치는 영향: UTAUT를 중심으로)

  • Social Network Service is a web-based service that allows the people to construct relationship among users with same interest and supports various activities such as managing personal relations and sharing information or contents. The objective of this study is analysing the influence of the innovativeness on the use intention in SNS based on the UTAUT model. This study establishes a theoretical model that includes four independent variables(performance expectancy, effort expendancy, social influence, innovativeness) and two moderating variables(gender and innovativeness). The empirical results obtained in a sample of 403 university students are followings; 1) The use intention is positively influenced by the performance expectancy, effort expendancy, social influence and innovativeness. The effort expectancy is the strongest predictor of the use intention 2) The gender has a moderating effect whileas the innovativeness has no moderating effect. For men, the stronger the effect of performance expectancy on the use intention and for women, the stronger the effect of social influence on the use intention.

  • Recently, one of the received attraction fields in web based service is 'Human Relationship Service' that is called SNS. This relationship map service is able to deliver information to user more easily and visually because it is intuitive data that is linked with offline real world. While past map service put physical real information in the map, present map service is evolving into new communicative platform that expresses social relationship beyond simple search platform that shows real world. In this paper, we propose smart social grid system using sketch map that is based on online map service structure. This system has features such as standardized interface provision for various SNS, use to governance hub tool in case of establishing a personal network through expanded social grid, a role of bridge to mashup software linked with other SNS, user environment construction that reproduces social grid data, and the faster service setup by improved search technology.

  • Recently, as the use of smart devices is becoming more common, various and convenient services are being developed. Among these services, the Social Network Service(SNS) is easily accessible anywhere, anytime. In particular, as well as sharing information, it forms a social relationship in cyberspace to expand new connections, and the SNS account is used as an authentication means of other services to provide users with speed and convenience at all times. However, despite the many advantages of SNS, due to security vulnerabilities occurring in the interworking process with various services, accidents of personal information are constantly occurring, and it is urgent to prepare countermeasures against potential risk factors. It is a necessary situation. Therefore, in this paper, the use of SNS is expected to increase rapidly in the future, and it is expected that it will be used as the basic data for developing the countermeasures by learning the countermeasures according to the security threats of the SNS.

A Study on Clustering of SNS SPAM using Heuristic Method (경험기법을 사용한 SNS 스팸의 클러스터링에 관한 연구)

  • It has good features for social networking with friends SNS is maintained. However, various enterprises, individuals invading the inconvenience spammers have exposure to a number of users to tweet spam. The study was conducted in the existing research on these spam tweets. However, the results showed a more accurate classification and detection is difficult because of the lack of precision and different causes. In this paper, we describe how to classify the characteristics of spammers, classification criteria. Also has a link rate and difference between followers and following, these features were present classification criteria for spammers account. This experiment was performed according to the criteria. Randomized trial of spam and non-spam accounts were selected and account type was conducted according to the criteria 68% of the link ratio of spam accounts. Followers / Following ratio was 27581.5. Non-spam accounts was 6.12%. Followers / Following ratio was 1.26.

  • Most people are connected to Social Network Services (SNS) through smart devices. Social Network Services are tools that transport information fast and easily. It does not care where he or she comes from. A lot of information circulates and is shared on Social Network Services. but Social Network Services faults are magnified and becoming a serious issue. For instance, malicious users generate multiple IDs easily on Facebook and he can use personal information of others on purpose, because most people tend to undoubtedly accept friend requests. In this paper, we have specified research scope to Facebook, which is one of most popular Social Network Services in the world. We propose a way of minimizing the number of malicious actions on Facebook from malignant users and malicious bots by setting criteria and applying reputation system.

  • The aim of this paper is to design an intelligent character manipulation system suitable for the wireless broadband network environment named as Wibro and for the recent social networking service (SNS). The main feature of our proposed system is an automatic synthesis of a character utilizing the meta data which is attached to each component stored in a character database. It is the second advantageous feature that a user can make or modify his or her own character by modifying the component animation clip of its character. Once the character database is created, it can be represented and utilized in several ways by utilizing the meta data which is related to personal properties including emotion, life style, favorite things, and so on. The system can be evolved to a more powerful one by adopting the more user-related information and the more intelligent synthesis module.

A Study of Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of SNS Use (SNS 사용 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • Social Network Service is a web-based service that allows the people to construct relationship among users with same interest and supports various activities such as managing personal relations and sharing information or contents. Based on the IS Success Model and UTAUT model, this study examines factors influencing the satisfaction of SNS use. Questionnaires are collected from 473 students who are using the SNS. The results are followings: first, the performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence have positive effect on the use intention. Second, the facilitation conditions and use intention have positive effect on the use. Third, the system quality, information quality and use have positive effect on the satisfaction. Fourth, the performance expectancy is the strongest predictor of the use intention, the use intention is the strongest predictor of the use and information quality is the strongest predictor of the satisfaction.
