In shipbuilding industry, there is conducting most of works by welding at the shipyard, and the volume of welding is increasing with international trends of green ships. Welding joint is guaranteed quality through non-destructive testing (NDT). The manual welding inspection report is produced by identifying the drawings designed, which results in losses the many workforce and occurs human errors. To solve these problems, this paper covers a system that reports on inspection information is automatically generation by input data based on shipbuilding-specific CAD. The developed system analyzes the shape data from drawings of modeling. Also, the system determines welding joints through expansion of the part boundary and generates tag numbers. In addition, it provides the function to automatically extract the information needed for inspection such as weld length, thickness and etc. We conducted test to verify the usefulness of the developed system and confirmed that the welding inspection information extracted through system matches the information shown in drawings of modeling.

Modern society has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution beyond the information age. In other words, technology innovations such as life science, unmanned automobiles, drone, artificial intelligence, big data, robot technology, Internet of things, and nano-technology are leading the change of the world. In these technologies use and delivery of information is playing a key role, and the field of information security for the safe use of information has become an indispensable discipline. In this sense, it is necessary to standardize the curriculum of universities to foster security manpower to meet the needs of the era. In this paper, we develop and present a model to standardize the curriculum in the field of information security. Using this model, each educational institution will be able to select the necessary track or field to guide the students and cultivate information security manpower effectively.

Many businesses, government offices, educational institutions, according to the characteristics of each business and information system is used. However, prevalence of smart phones and a wide range of mobile devices with services, which requires users with mobility, according to the latest mobile services and in many places, and is under development. Interworking between existing systems and mobile systems to be set aside for the development cost and time, a waste of human resources is getting worse. Also, in many places to provide mobile services to existing systems need to fix the problem is coming. In this paper, to solve the problem of interworking between existing systems and mobile systems for the data transfer and processing of existing server, web services server, and mobile systems has been developed between the library.

Survey control points managed by national and local governments are associated with civilian's property and they are very important national facilities. Despite the importance of surveying results, Database and mark of survey control points, there are many problems noticed of the management aspects such as manpower, systems, and related law. Currently, each local government has built and operated Geographic Information System(GIS) independently by National Geographic Information Systems(NGIS) results. but it is still difficult to have the integration, linking and utilizing. Therefore, In this study proposed the functional improvement of GIS based control points integrated system for providing information and management and the establishment of first-payment system due to the moving of control points. Through this studies will be able to solve the problem of recovery charges according to unknown contractor and establish the basis of manager and user-centric one-stop integration system.

본 연구에서는 청주와 그 인근 지역에서 정보시스템을 개발하거나 운영하고 있는 업체의 IS 실무자들에게 (1) IS 실무자의 업무 수행 성과, (2) 소프트웨서 및 IT 전문기술수준, (3) IS 지식 및 능력 수준, 그리고 (5) 재교육 수요에 대해서 설문 조사하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상자들은 주로 Sl(system integration) 업체에 종사하는 IT(information technology) 실무자들과 e-Business를 수행하는 일반 기업에서 전산 업무를 담당하고 있는 실무자들이며, 구체적으로는 전산시스템 운영자, 시스템/데이터베이스 분석/설계자, 어플리케이션/웹 프로그래머, 최종사용자 지원 담당자, e-Business를 위한 IT 지원 인력 등이다. 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 충북 지역에서 IS 실무자들은 자신들의 업무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 지식 및 기술의 다양한 영역에서 광범위하게 지식 및 기술의 결핍을 느끼고 있으며, 자신의 업무 성과가 전반적으로 좋지 않다고 판단하고 있고, 업무 관련 지식 및 기술에 대한 재교육의 필요성을 강하게 느끼고 있다. 또한, 충북 지역의 IS 실무자들은 주된 활동이나 업무가 시스템 개발과 유지보수, 최종 사용자 지원 등의 활동이며, 이에 대한 최신의 기술과 고객 중심의 시각화된 도구(GUI)를 제공하는데 많은 시간을 투자하며, 기존의 반복적인 개발 업무에서 점차 경력이 쌓임에 따라 고객 중심적인 새로운 시스템 개발을 위한 기획과 관리에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있으나, 조직 운영 및 의사결정 등과 같은 기술/지식들에는 낮은 관심을 보였다. IT전문 기술들 중 IS 실무자들이 필요로 하고 보유해야 한다고 응답한 기술들은 대다수가 웹 개발에 관련된 기술이며, IS 실무자들은 대규모 프로젝트의 수행에 필요한 공동 작업 수행 능력의 제고와 그를 위한 재교육에 높은 관심을 나타내었다. 본 조사는 충북의 IS 실무자들을 위한 대학 교육과 재교육을 포함하는 최적의 평생 교육계획 수립을 위한 기초적이고 필수적인 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Process of information is not only to double economic activities but also to increase the flexibility of them. Information is also expected to create high values in this industrialized society. This study examines and analizes the actual condition and the problems of Small and Medium Industry in order to accelerate effective promotion of information system. Because we believe that in order to gam highly competitive power of enterprises, optimization of information system of Small and Medium Industry is required.

The requesting a consultation of the farm manager is about the diagnosis and prevention of the breeding and extermination for diseases and insects in greenhouse, the managing problem for diseases and insects turn up a main issue. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a PDA based greenhouse, diseases and insects management system for mobile(GDIMS) uses as keeping up with ubiquitous time, which makes prediction and management for diseases and insects more efficiently checked at any time and anywhere you want to, and go well with the motto of ubiquitous. This system is using the environmental data from the greenhouse attached sensors provide the accurate diagnosis and recipes, which supports to product clean crops. There are no need to visit the greenhouse because our system is based on mobile devices that obtain the information in the greenhouse, which makes management in efficient with little number of people. This wort builds simply virtual greenhouse model that assembles system component of environmental sensor for performance analysis and offers a PDA view of the greenhouse status.

Small & medium-sized construction companies(SMCC), they has lot's of problem like poor finance, a lack of specialists, and a shortage of professional skill. So the basic condition of SMCC is not good for small construction companies. In this situation, moreover SMCC has been influenced by big-sired construction companies(BCC) difficult after the crisis of economics of Korea, IMF. Therefore it is necessary that we strengthen competitive power of SMCC for survival. This research is about project management for SMCC. We analized information system which is developed from SI corporation and BCC. As this research, we want to build and organize project information management system for SMCC. This will make SMCC have more competitiveness and increase productivity efficiency, skill for information management of project given.
