최근들어 금융산업에 있어서 중요한 패러다임의 전환은 정치 경제질서의 변화에 수반되는 개방화 '자율화 추세이며, 국내 금융기관들은 이러한 전환기를 극복하고자 다양한 경영전략을 구사하고 있다. 그 중에서 가장 두드러져 보이는 것이 경영변화 모색을 위한 정보기술의 활용 촉진이며, 이는 어느 산업보다도 정보강도가 높은 금융기관 있어 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 결정적인 힘을 가진다 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 배경과 정보시스템 평가이론을 바탕으로 금융기관의 정보인프라 (Information Infrastructure) 수준을 측정하고 이 수준이 금융기관의 경쟁력에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 연구대상 기관은 국내 예금은행중 선발시중은행, 후발시중은행, 지방은행 등 3그룹에서 각각 3개은행씩을 선정하였으며, 정보인프라 수준을 독립변수로 그리고 업무 생산성을 나타내는 직원1인당 부가가치및 정보화지수를 각각 종속변수로 활용하였다. 연구결과 분명한 것은 금윤산업에 있어서 정보인프라의 효율적인 구축이 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 있어 매우 중요한 전략으로 제시될 수 있다는 것이며, 특히 생산성 향상을 지속하기 위해서는 유형의 자원 (Visible Resource)과 아울러 조직, 인력, 전략 등 무형의 자원 (Invisible Resource)에 대한 정책지원이 폭넓게 이루어져야 한다는 것이다.

본 논문은 4차산업이 발달함에 따라 일반인들도 쉽게 인공지능과 결합한 CCTV를 구축할 수 있는 것을 목표로 하며, 더 나아가 1급보안시설인 항만에서 자주 발생하는 입국자 월담, 행방불명들을 인공지능 CCTV로 감시하여 보다 쉽게 잡고 인력감소로 경제적 이익을 도모할 수 있다.

전사적 자원 관리 또는 기업 통합 정보시스템으로 해석되는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템이 최근 들어 널리 확산되고 있으며, 향후 그 정도가 커질 것으로 예상되고 있어, ERP에 관한 지식을 가진 인력의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 필요성을 충족시키기 위해, 본 연구에서는 가상 기업을 대상으로 한 시나리오를 바탕으로 기본적인 업무 흐름과 ERP를 통해 처리될 때의 과정을 업무프로세스, 사용자 화면 및 동영상을 통해 학습할 수 있는 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교육시스템은 크게 ERP 개요, ERP 사용법, 비즈니스 프로세스, 적합화(Customization)의 4부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후 Web 환경에서도 쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 수정될 경우 교육의 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

급변하는 항만의 교통특성과 이용자들의 정보서비스 욕구에 발맞추어 해상교통관제 운영기법이 변화하고 있으며 차세대 다기능 해상교통정보시스템과 같은 새로운 기술이 개발되는 등 해상교통물류체제의 혁신이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 세계 각국은 해상교통관제구역을 항행하는 선박의 질서유지 및 안전사고 예방과 사고 발생 시 신속한 대응조치를 위하여 해상교통관제사의 인력양성 및 인력관리에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내에서도 선진해양교통행정을 위하여 분산된 해상교통관제 기능일 일원화 되어감에 따라 새로운 해상교통관리 체제의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 해상교통관제사들의 지속적인 훈련의 필요성이 대두되고 있지만 교육제도의 인지, 여건, 장비보급의 부족, 다양한 상황에 대한 교육시나리오의 부족으로 인하여 시뮬레이터를 이용한 교육이 효율적으로 이루어지지 못하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해상교통관제사들의 교육을 위한 국내 외 규정을 분석하고 교육현황 및 해상교통관제사들의 요구사항을 파악하여 해상교통관제시뮬레이터를 이용한 교육의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The industry field training course are offered a opportunities for industrial experience to students and Companies can take advantage of advanced workforce with minimum cost. Universities are taking a new collaborative educational systems that require on-site industry for the 21st century. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that industry field training has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of university education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for industry field training at industrial complex campus.

This paper proposes Korean national science and ICT policies in artificial intelligence (AI) field. After analyzing the AI trends in major countries as an initiative for global competitiveness, we suggest for new solutions for nutcracker threats and provide policy recommendations for strengthening competitiveness and commercialization in AI field of Korea. Korea's AI status was diagnosed in the order of governance, research and development (R&D), technology commercialization, law and legislation, and human resources strategy. In conclusion, it proposes improvement of governance, procession of long term future market initiative R&D, development of AI commercialization platforms, preparation of research friendly law and environment, and the nurturing of practical and converging human resources system.

최근 들어 인터넷과 관련한 정보통신기술의 발전은 모든 산업환경을 변화시키고 있고, 조선 산업에서도 설계 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서 새로운 설계 패러다임을 선박설계 과정에 적용하고 있다. 현재 차도선을 설계하는 설계사무소의 경우 전문 설계인력이 부족함과 동시에 설계 과정은 동일한 작업이 반복적으로 수작업을 통해 이루어지고 있는 상태이다. 이러한 수작업의 반복은 설계 과장에서 에러를 발생시키고 각 설계 단계별로 발생하는 설계 데이터의 에러로 인해 설계생산성을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 시스템 개발은 초기설계 과정을 전산프로그램화 하여 초기설계 단계에서의 설계정보 데이터의 정확성을 높여 설계생산성을 향상시키고 또한 이 프로그램을 인터넷 기반으로 제공하여 분산된 환경에서도 다른 설계 전문가들이 함께 참여 할 수 있게 해 설계 정보를 동시에 공유하여 원격지에서도 설계자가 원하는 자료를 검색할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 기반을 통한 차도선의 초기설계 프로그램의 핵심을 이루는 인터넷 기반 구현 방법에 대해 소개하고 특히 인터넷 환경에서 차도선의 초기설계 프로그램을 통해 설계정보의 교환 및 공유를 원활하게 구현하는 시스템을 개발하는데 있다.

최근 산업 현장에서 재해는 설비의 다양화, 인적 구성의 복잡성, 작업환경의 변화 등으로 다양하게 발생되고 있다. 특히 경제적 자립도가 취약한 중소기업에서는 관리능력이 미흡하여 안전에 대한 조직 및 관리, 교육 등이 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 우리나라의 안전관리의 현실은 대기업 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이나 재해율은 일본 등 주변국보다 2~4배 높은 수준으로 선진국에 비해 아직도 매우 심각한 문제이다. 한편, 환경과 재난방지, 헬스케어 등과 같은 분야에 널리 활용되고 있는 고도화된 IoT 기술은 최근 빌딩, 도시 관제 시스템뿐만 아니라 산업 현장의 설비와 인력관리 등 IoT 기술의 활용이 활발해지는 추세다. 본 논문에서는 IoT를 활용한 기술 개발을 통해 다양한 분야의 산업현장에 산재하고 있는 각종 위험인자를 포함하여 작업자의 근로 환경 정보를 영상 및 센싱 데이터를 이용하여 인지하고 작업자에게 현장 위해요인을 파악함으로써 합리적인 대책의 마련을 통해 작업자의 안전을 보장하고, 이와 더불어 업무지원 정보를 실시간으로 제공하여 인명피해의 감소, 작업능률과 생산성 향상을 야기할 수 있는 스마트 안전제어 및 원격 업무 지원을 위한 지능형 산업안전 관리 시스템을 개발하였다.

This study aims to investigate the impacts of managerial and technical IT knowledges on firm's financial performance. Specifically, the study examines the following three effects between IT personnel knowledges and financial performance: (1) direct effect, (2) mediating effect of business process performance, and (3) moderating effect of firm size, between them. An empirical study resulted in the followings. First, both managerial and technical IT knowledges do not have direct influences on financial performance. Second, unlike technical IT knowledge, managerial IT knowledge indirectly affects financial performance through business process performance, confirming the mediating role of business process performance. Third, while technical IT knowledge produce no direct and indirect effect on financial performance regardless of firm size, managerial IT knowledge exerts significant impacts on financial performance although such effects represent some different patterns according to firm size. That is, in the smaller group, the association between managerial IT knowledge and financial performance is partially mediated by business process performance and in the larger group, that relationship fully mediated.

Disaster prevention resources consist of persons, equipments, goods, and facilities. Specially, equipments and goods are internally managed in the regional office, and may be leased to the inter-offices. National Disaster Management System(NDMS) managed the resources in the separated system. That is, one system is managed by regional disaster prevention system, the other is managed by the central disaster prevention system which receives the data from the regional disaster prevention system. Because the regional disaster prevention system updates the resource information quarterly, it is difficult to confirm the exact information. In this study, we propose the model which makes to supply in timely the resource to the disaster using the managed resource with RFID technology. Firstly, we classified the resources based on the resource types for the easily search. After then, we defined ID and attributes information of the resources. From the information, we described the management model for the real time resource.
