The efficient maintenance and management of steep slopes often require excessive professional resources and quantitative investigations. Therefore, it is important to develop technology for objective scientific site investigations and quantitative evaluations of steep slopes. This study proposes a 'Mobile System' for steep slopes in order to improve the effectiveness of site investigations compared with conventional methods using anevaluati on table. By analyzing site investigations and desktop studies, the required software and hardware are identified to develop the 'Mobile System', consisting of a 'Field Information Input System' and an 'Analysis System'. The applicability of the system is verified by its application to an area with steep slopes affected by debris flows. The use of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of maintaining steep slope sand to reduce the time and resources required.

The Korean military is preparing for successful manpower reduction using advanced science and technology, in addition to carrying out the initiative of the Defense Innovation 4.0. Accordingly, studies on core technologies related to defense reform have been conducted both internally and externally in the military, and the corresponding results have also been applied. Nevertheless, compared to the development of such technologies, it is considered necessary to have more preparation for the policies related to the operation of the newly introduced equipment. As for the placement of personnel and the organization of time in service (TIS) with respect to the operation of surveillance equipment, there has been a tendency to sustain the conventional practice. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the schemes for facilitating policy improvements in the operation of manpower and security regulations in the field of information for the purpose of introducing a successful next-generation coastal guard system. To do this, the approach of this study was focused on the policies for the operation of the guard system. This is in contrast to previous studies that centered on its equipment and technologies. In addition, how to efficiently operate the guard system was also studied in view of cognitive science by deriving the most efficient time for a person to execute surveillance through the monitor based on the previous studies.

최근의 대규모 응용 시스템은 다양한 복합기술 및 대규모 인력이 투입되고 구현 시스템이 방대하며 관련되는 이해당사자도 많아서 시스템의 개발 유지보수를 위해서 기존의 개발 방법론만 가지고는 시스템 개발을 통합적으로 관리하는데에 한계를 가지고 있다. 시스템의 다양한 이해당사자의 여러 시각을 수용하고 대규모 시스템을 통합적인 틀로서 관리하기 위한 도구로서 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐가 등장 하였으며, 전사적인 관점에서 조직의 정보시스템을 통합하는 도구로서 엔터프라이즈 아키텍쳐 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍쳐 프레임워크의 개념 및 필요성을 논하고 기존의 프레임워크를 비교 분석하며 엔터프라이즈 아키텍쳐 프레임워크의 구조에 대하여 살펴보고 프레임워크를 이용한 아키텍쳐의 개발 방법에 대하여 논한다.

감성 연구의 생리, 심리, 동작 분석 등의 과정에서 발생하는 문서, 데이터, 화상, 그림, 그래픽 등의 자료 공유에 인터넷을 적용하는 것은 매우 유망하다, 본 연구에서는 현재의 인터넷 (또는 인트라넷) 환경을 고려하여 Ultra 2 DB 서버, Sun Solaris (UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web 서버로 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 웹기반 감성데이터 베이스 시제품을 구축하여 각종 감성자료를 보급하는 체계를 1차 완료하였으며, 도메인(www.gamsung.or.kr)을 등록하여 서비스를 실시하고 있다. 이 시스템에는 1단계 감성공학기술개발 사업의 35개 연구보고서, 1단계 연구결과로서 생산한 262개 감성지표, 2단계(전반기) 연구사업의 78개 감성지표, 일본의 인간감각계측 및 응용기술개발 중심으로 생산하나 100개 감성지표, 음성데이터, 인체측정데이터, 얼굴표정데이터와 설문데이터 등의 감성데이터와 감성공학 연구자 인력, 국내제조업체 정보, 참고문헌, 감성 정보물 등을 DB화하여 인터넷을 통하여 조회, 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 현재 진행되고 있는 감성공학기술개발에 대한 각종 정보를 제공하고 있으며 감성공학의 기술 동향에 대해서도 소개하고 있다. 이는 한국인의 감성 연구에 적합한 감성공학 데이터 베이스 시스템 구축의 발판을 마련하였으며, 향후 소비자의 감성을 예측하고, 이를 시스템 설계에 반영할 수 있으므로 인간중심의 제품개발에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

자동차 보급률 증가로 인해 교통 혼잡, 불법 주정차 등의 사회적 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 불법 주정차는 교통 혼잡, 주차 공간 부족 등 부가적인 문제를 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 각 지방자치단체에서는 불법 주정차 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 연구하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방안은 초기 비용 발생 및 인력 부족 등의 한계가 있다. 한편, 정보통신의 발달에 따라 공공 업무에도 대량의 공공데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 연구 또한 빅데이터 처리 플랫폼 부족 및 분석 시스템이 미흡한 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 불법 주정차 데이터와 같은 공공 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해, 주정차 단속 시스템을 위한 하둡 기반 대용량 데이터 관리 및 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 첫째, 주차단속을 수행할 때 주차단속 데이터를 하이브(Hive)를 통해 저장하고, 단속된 차량의 차주를 검색하여 단속임을 알리거나 과태료를 부과한다. 둘째, 웹 인터페이스를 통해 수집된 주차단속 데이터에 대한 다양한 분석을 수행하고, 분석된 데이터에 대한 R을 이용한 시각화를 제공한다.

최근 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있음에도 불구하고 정보보호에 관한 적절한 투자가 이루어지지 않아, 효과적인 정보보호 시스템 구현이 지연되고 있다. 이는 전 세계적인 경제불황이라는 원인도 있겠지만, 정보보호 투자에 대한 정당화 논리가 부족하여 최고 경영자의 의사결정에 적절히 반영되지 않은 이유가 더 크다고 할 수 있다. 정보보호는 조직의 업무 수행에 수반되는 부대비용 개념으로 인식되어 왔으며 이 결과 ROI 와 같은 정보보호 투자에 대 한 정당화 논리를 제공하지 못해 적절한 투자가 적절히 수행되지 못하였다. 따라서 최근에는 정보보호 투자에 대한 수익과 지출간의 관계를 통한 ROSI(Return on Security Investment) 분석을 통한 정당화 논리 전개에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ROSI 산출에 대한 접근방법을 비교 분석하고 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership)를 이용한 ROSI 방법을 제시하고자 한다. TCO는 하드웨어 가격뿐만 아니라 기술지원 및 유지 지원 인력 등을 모두 고려한 총 소유비용이다. 즉 정보보호에 대한 정확한 총 비용을 구하는데 매우 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업들로 하여금 좀 더 효과적인 정보보호 투자 정당화 수단으로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research is possible to reduce cost of management and maintenance to realization of smartphone and using data server network technology instead of GPS. Former wireless bus information system was focused on supply side management structure and national spread thus it needs to establish GPS terminal, Windows CE, Window XP embedded and LCD panels which provide only one way communication of information of public traffic information. Therefore, former system management and maintenance cost are very expansive. This research is not use GPS terminal and other hardware equipment but design and realization using smartphone and data network server. This system also provides low cost of management and maintenance. It is not only service downtown area but also out of town and small and medium-sized cities. This system functionally gets a satisfying result user convenience and satisfaction using function of set-up route map, real-time display, and running statically analysis.

This study is aimed to suggest effective ways to precisely manage the public land after searching current problems. Through the utilization of the cadastral organization and the resurvey projects, this study researches the methods to build the accurate land data based on the spatial information system as well as the on-going land survey results of the public land. This study focuses on researching whether the public land status and the management systems are operated efficiently with the cadastral organization using a variety of the spatial systems. This study finds the current problems of the land management systems by not only the Internet questionnaires but several dissertations, and suggests the methods to connect the land management systems with the cadastral resurvey projects each other.

낙동강 수계내의 연구기관 및 지자체 등 유관기관에서는 각종 연구사업 및 조사사업이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 지속적인 활동을 위해 매년 많은 예산과 전문 인력이 투입되고 있다. 또한 수행된 사업에서 산출된 연구결과나 조사결과 등의 자료는 낙동강 수계내의 유역특성, 수계특성, 하천특성, 호소특성 등을 분석하고 평가하는데 매우 유용한 자료로 활용된다. 이러한 관점에서 유역내의 전문가, 민간단체, 정부기관, 학계 등의 유기적인 교류를 통해 정보의 합리적 관리 및 공유가 필요하며, 서로의 이해관계를 유기적으로 결합하여, 더 나아가 TFT(Task Force Team) 운영 등의 방안도 제시할 수 있는 여건의 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 낙동강 웹기반 연구 네트워크 및 유역환경정보시스템을 통해 낙동강 유역내의 물환경 인프라를 확충에 그 목적이 있으며, 수계내의 기상, 수문 및 수질관련 자료를 구축하여 제공하고, 조사연구사업 지원 및 환경정책결정 기초자료로 활용함으로써 관계기관과 전문가단체 등의 정보 교류의 장으로 활용하고자 한다. 또한 유역환경관리, 수생태 및 습지환경, 위해성 및 유해물질관리 등의 선진 환경연구 동향에 관한 연구 자료를 구축하여 제공하고자 한다.
