Recently, researches on the construction information for construction of high-tech cities are under performed. RTLS(Real-Time location system) for gathering the dynamic location information of construction resources in construction sites, such as workers, materials and equipments, is one of the developments. Especially, construction resources can be managed efficiently with the dynamic location information and the improvement of safety and the reduction of cost are expected. To introduce the RTLS to the construction sites, the installation location of AP(Access Point) must be simulated using the 3-dimensional visibility analysis considering the propagation distance of AP. In this research, 3-dimensional signal simulation software based on the spatial data using surveying terrestrial LiDAR is developed. The simulated results are compared with the signal strength of field experiments for 4 test sites. As a result, the signal strength from the propagation model is most similar to that of field experiment at the front of the main building and the maul playground of Konkuk University. The visibilities in that sites are higher than other sites. among 4 test sites.

뉴스 분류 체계는 각각의 기사에 정치, 경제, 사회 등 가장 적합한 주제별로 분류하는 것으로 언론사별 분류 체계는 통일성이 없이 전혀 다르게 구성되어 사용하고 있다. 이로 인해 방대한 콘텐트를 통합하는데 많은 어려움이 있으며, 그만큼 시스템과 인력에 대해 중복 투자가 되고 있다. 이런 문제점을 개선하기 위해 국제 표준인 NewsML에 기반한 뉴스 분류에 대해 제안한다. NewsML은 XML 기반의 유연성과 확장성이 있는 구조적인 표준 형식으로 다양한 데이터 표현이 가능하여 자동 문서 범주화에 필요한 중요한 자질 선택이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 NewsML 형식으로 되어 있는 뉴스와 그렇지 않은 뉴스를 구분하여 자동 분류에 대한 비교 실험을 한다. NewsML의 구조화된 정보를 활용한 실험이 뉴스의 제목과 본문만으로 실험한 결과보다 좋은 성능을 보여 주었으며, 그 중에서 자질 공간이 아주 큰 경우에 유용하고 문서 분류에 효과가 뛰어난 지지 벡터 기계 모델이 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다.

With the development of IT, hacking crimes are becoming intelligent and refined. In Emergency response, Big data analysis in information security is to derive problems such as abnormal behavior through collecting, storing, analyzing and visualizing whole log including normal log generated from various information protection system. By using the full log data, including data we have been overlooked, we seek to detect and respond to the abnormal signs of the cyber attack from the early stage of the cyber attack. We used open-source ELK Stack technology to analyze big data like unstructured data that occur in information protection system, terminal and server. By using this technology, we can make it possible to build an information security control system that is optimized for the business environment with its own staff and technology. It is not necessary to rely on high-cost data analysis solution, and it is possible to accumulate technologies to defend from cyber attacks by implementing protection control system directly with its own manpower.

정보 컴퓨터 분야의 실무현장에서 요구하는 인재는 바로 문제해결력과 프로젝트 수행능력을 갖춘 현장적 합성 연재라 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 정보 컴퓨터 분야의 전문계 고교에서 문제해결력과 프로젝트 수행능력을 갖춘 인력을 양성하기 위한 프로젝트식 모둠별 협력 학습 교육과정을 제안하고, 학습을 직접적으로 지원할 수 있는 온라인 평가 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 제안하는 시스템을 통해 진행되는 모둠별 학습을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 향후 같은 교육과정을 이수하는 학습자에게 사례 데이터베이스로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 실무능력을 향상시키기 위한 외부전문가의 교과과정 참여를 이끌고 시간 공간적인 제약을 제안하는 시스템을 통해 극복할 수 있을 것이며, 각 진행 단계마다 평가되는 결과를 즉각적이고 다양한 형태로 피드백 해줌으로 해서 학습자는 동기부여와 학습강화 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

As Internet use is widespread advertising through the Web, shopping, banking, etc. As the various services offered by the network, the need for Web security is increasing. A security system for the protection of information assets and systems against various types of external hacking threats and unlawful intrusion will require. Intrusion Detection Tool of the paper web will have is to increase the security level, to prevent the loss of resources and labor spent by the individual monitoring of the web. Security intrusion detection system analyzes the cause of the problem of the security vulnerability and exposure of the information on the Web. Using a monitor to determine a fast support of security is to design a security system for the purpose of protecting the information security vulnerability and exposure information.

We develope the PC based SPS to improve safety at sea, save fuel and time during a voyage and makes mariner's work more efficient and comfortable in ship navigation, who propose the auto-navigation system with SPS as basic main system. Developed SPS operate the function to monitor navigational equipment and to substitute a broken main navigational equipment such as CIS, ECDIS, or Radar/ARPA, automatically. These can be improve more efficient and comfortable ship navigation and reduce these traffic accident. The SPS has the function as DB and network server, additionally.

For the purpose of enhancing performances, many companies have tried to ensure the competitive advantages in ties with organization's strategy by putting effort in designing, developing and practicing the information system. Despite the information oriented small and medium enterprises (SME) being suffered from lack of funds, professional man-power and poor environment, fairly evaluating the level of information system within an organization can be a positive starting point for information oriented SME. Therefore in this study, for the purpose of using the SERVQUAL as a measurement tool provided by information system department under the environment of using information system, we try to free from the marketing oriented service category and develop models that are applicable in the information system environment to check reliability and validity. As a result, it is analyzed that enhancements of SERVQUAL simultaneously improves system and information quality which makes the employees satisfy with their working environments and sequentially affects to the collaborative performance of using information system.

This paper analyzes system builders and their human networks of the Korean online game industry. By the early 2000s, Korea became one of the major online gaming countries in the world. In this period, important factors included the existence of system builders and their solid human networks. The few innovators who assisted the breakthrough of the development of the online gaming industry formed a human network in universities and IT companies. They shared innovations in information and collectively learned the conventions of the industry. In their achievement, the human networks which had already fully formed in the late 1990s became more noticeable. This paper, with its historical approach, will complement the limits shown by existing researches that, in their effort to find the causes for the success of the Korean online game industry, focus rather narrowly on the conditions of the period during which online games were becoming popular.

범국가적으로 지리정보시스템(GIS : Geographic Information System) 구축작업이 활성화되고 있는가운데 정부에서는 국가정보화 기반조성 차원에서 전국에 걸친 국가기본도 수치지도화 사업을 추진하고 있다. 국가기본도는 설비관리용 GIS를 구축하려는 국내 각 수요기관에서 활용되어져 GIS DB구축작업이 용이해질 것으로 예상되지만, 국가기본도에서는 각 기관에서 관리하고자 하는 모든 설비정보가 포함되어 있는 것은 아니므로 세부적인 관리대상설비의 추가 입력작업이 필요하다. 설비정보 입력은 대체적으로 각 기관에서 자체 보유하고 있는 설비도면을 기준으로 수행되지만 국가기본도와 설비도 간에는 기초 도면에 다름에 따른 설비위치 상대오차가 발생된다. 국가기본도 사용을 전제할 때 이러한 문제점은 피할수 없는 현상이며, 상대위치를 보정시키면서 관리대상 설비를 입력하려면 많은 예산과 인력이 소요될것으로 예상된다. 배전설비관리 GIS를 구축하고자 하는 한전에서는 이를 효과적으로 해결하고자 기초도면 변경에 따른 설비위치 자동보정기법을 연구하여 이를 기반으로한 시스템 개발을 완료하였다. 개발된 시스템의 정확도 및 실용화 가능성을 확인하기 위해 설비위치의 기준이 되는 전력주를 대상으로 샘플지역을 선정하여 자동보정을 실시하였으며, 현장실사를 통한 검증을 실시한 결과 약 94.6%에 달하는 보정 결과 만족도를 얻을 수 있었다.

현재 원격수업 교육 시스템은 21세기를 맞이하여 초고속정보통신망의 발전과 함께 사회전반에 크게 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만 현재는 특정 업체나 단체에서 교육을 독점적으로 서비스하기 위해 웹 기반으로 서비스가 이루어질 학교에서는 자체적으로 특정 교과를 독립적으로 교육을 행할 수 있는 시스템이 없는 현실이다. 이 논문에서는 원격 교육서비스를 통하여 학습자가 언제, 어디서든지 멀티미디어 데이터를 제공받아서 학습 및 평가를 받을 수 있는 주문형 수업 시스템을 제안한다. 공급자와 수요자에게 사용상에 특별한 지식을 요구하지 않는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공, 교육 정보갱신이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어지며, 특정 교과를 독립적으로 서비스가 가능하며, 서비스상에 특별한 인력을 필요로 하지 않으며, 수요자는 원하는 시간에 자신의 능력별로 서비스를 받을 수 있게 된다.
