Digital Humanities System is a method to effectively share and spread Humanities information and knowledge to users by using information technology. It Also comes into the spotlight as a new research methodology for researches of Humanities researchers. Digital Humanities System distinguishes itself from other existing information systems. Therefore, when the system is developed, it needs to supply with manpower related to development process which is specialized for Digital Humanities System, not for the several established construction methodology. Digital Humanities System studies recently is mostly constructed using the usual methodology of information system construction. Because of its falling efficiency and usability after constructing the system, however, examples of failure of operating system occur. In this paper, accordingly, effective and creative Digital Humanities System development methodology will be studied from the point of view of information technology through collaboration with various field of expertise. In detail, based on information system methodologies in software engineering perspective, we propose a methodology to build a specialized system in the digital humanities.

The most distinctive characteristic in Maeil's outsourcing strategy was the rapid decision process done by CEO. At first, Maeil made a contract with a outsourcing vendor based on 50% investment for 5 years. However, 3 years later Maeil changed their outsourcing strategy from 10% share to 100% outsourcing. This is for the efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Also, Maeil organized separate TFT which could control IS quality. This TFT reviewed the feasibility of requirement analysis and IS planning process. Through this cooperation between TFT and the outsourcing vendor, Maeil could get the stable IT development and operation. During last 5 years, Maeil achieved great performance in the area of IT development and operation from the outsourcing. The present issue related to outsourcing strategy is whether Maeil will continue the current contract or change the vendor due to the anxiety of becoming a captive customer.

무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치 단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련 강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

As the digitization of maps in Korea has been completed in 1998, local governments begin to apply digital maps for their administrative convenience. In applying GIS to local administration, there are some important aspects to be considered such as technical aspect, organizational aspect and data managerial aspect. Using surveys to local governments, the study examines the implementation factors such as leadership, GIS organizational settings, human and financial resources, and education programs which are related to the applications of GIS to local governments in Korea. As a conclusion, the study proposes that organizational and human factors be combined harmoniously with technical factors from the beginning stage of GIS installation for the successful implementation of GIS applications to local governments.

The enterprise environment, various interface systems are utilized for business processes and for exchange of messages. In the interface communication environment, as business complexity increases, the interface system is connected with numerous systems. With increasing number of linked systems, there is a proportional increase in the workforce, leading to a rise in numerous risks (inconsistency of information, non-compliance with standards, etc.). To solve the problem, we propose a system for managing and centralizing information of the message based interface system. The proposed system enables information integration management, message information distribution, standard code generation, risk management and risk evasion. Using the proposed system, the in development environment user can prevent inconsistent information, analyze risk, avoid risk, distribute information automatically and create a standard code. Ultimately, there is an increase in user productivity and it is possible to evade the risks involved.

실종자는 계속 늘어나는 추세이다. 경찰에서의 실종자 찾는 인력이 부족한 상황이다. 특히 청소년 실종과 달리 성인 실종의 경우 위치정보 파악과 같은 지원을 받기 힘들다. 또한 성인 실종의 경우 단순 가출의 경우가 많아 범죄 가능성이 없을 경우 실종자 탐색에 있어 후순위로 밀린다. 그에 따라 본 논문은 실종자 웹 탐색 시스템을 개발하여 실종자 가족은 실종자를 등록할 수 있게 제공해주며, 실종자정보를 손쉽게 공유할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 목격자는 실종자를 목격했을 경우 제보하기를 통해서 목격된 정보를 추가할 수 있도록 하였다. 목격자가 제보를 할 경우에는 해당 실종자 가족에게 연락을 가도록 구현하였다.

현재 IT 보안 관제 시스템을 구축하여 사용하고 있는 기업들은 여러 보안 솔루션을 도입하고 있어 각 솔루션에 따라 서로 다른 IT 이상징후 탐지 모델을 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 솔루션별로 상이한 모델이 필요하며, 유지보수에 어려움이 대두되었다. 이러한 보안 관제 시장의 문제를 해결하기 위해 요구된 것이 이기종 보안 솔루션의 공통 정보 모델로의 표준화 및 탐지 모델 체계화이다. 현재 JCIM은 보안 관제 시장에서 데이터를 공통 정보 모델로 표준화하고, 선택한 솔루션의 시나리오를 보여주며 즉시 탐지까지 가능한 제품을 구현하였다. 이를 통해 AI 기반의 이상 탐지 시나리오를 구현할 수 있는 인력을 양성하고, 이를 기반으로 다양한 고객(산업군)사에 적응하는 것을 기대한다.

This system enables centralization of various information related to reports by connecting with management information system. 정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져 가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP 시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국·공립 대학들의 행정업무효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교·분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 국내 대학은 ERP 시스템 도입 시 제시된 주요성공요인 등을 고려하고 지속적인 관심으로 프로젝트를 수행함으로써 보다 효과적으로 구축을 완료해야 할 것이며, 아직 국내의 사례가 충분하지 않기 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 국내외의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 관해 빠른 이해를 할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 연구도 계속 되어야 할 것이다.보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSSWIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, Cronbach's Alpha값을 통한 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통한 타당성 분석을 하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들의 아바타 수용도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 특성과 사용자 수용 특성은 아바타 수용도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다는 것 결과가 나타났다.웨어 프로세스 평가와 개선 모델의 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다 또한, 본 연구 결과는, 우리나라 소프트웨어 조직들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 우리나라의 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 실효성 있는 정책 입안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다.다.를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%);
