본 논문에서는 다양한 합병증의 원인인 형태 이상 적혈구로 인한 질환 진단의 정확도 및 오진율 감소를 위해 말초 혈액 도말 검사를 통한 혈액의 병리학적 이미지를 토대로 형태 이상 적혈구를 검출 및 계수하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 혈액 분석 검사에 주로 사용되는 자동 혈구 분석기의 비용 및 인력, 시간의 부담을 줄이고, 수기법의 검출 소요시간 및 검사자의 주관적 진단 등 문제점을 개선시켜 단시간 내에 대량 분석을 할 수 있는 객관적인 진단 기구로 활용되어 정밀 의료 분야에 큰 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The engineering competitiveness of domestic construction companies is 70$\sim$80% of advanced countries. And Korean' companies fall behind China and South-East Asia in a competitive price. Recently, there are increased the amount of overseas order received in Korean construction companies. But, there is not enough the supporting policy of government. Therefore, this research compared and analyzed the competitiveness of domestic construction companies throughout benchmarking support system of overseas construction in advanced companies. Such research was obtained through business trip & consultation with related specialists for the difficulties of domestic companies in advancing into overseas market. This research provided governmental plans to advance into overseas market. First, this research provided assurance system and connected plan of ODA(Official Development Assistant) in construction. Second, this research suggested the improvement of overseas marketing survey and overseas construction marketing center. Third, this research provided the support system of bidding information and the training system of professionals.

With the wide spread use of multimedia device, the demand for the image processing engineers are increasing in various fields. However there are few engineers who can develop practical applications in the image processing area. To teach practical image processing techniques, we need a visual programming environment which can efficiently present the image processing theories and, at the same time, provide interactive experiments for the theory presented. In this paper, we propose a visual programming environment of the integrated environment for image processing. It consists of the theory presentation systems and experiment systems based on the visual programming environment. The theory presentation systems support multimedia data, web documents and powerpoint files. The proposed system provides an integrated environment for application development as well as education. The proposed system accumulates the teaching materials and exercise data and it manages, an ideal image processing education and research environment to students and instructors.

공익사업 수행시 발생하는 용지보상은 매년 20조원에서 30조원에 이르는 막대한 예산이 투입되고 있는 반면 각종 규정과 업무절차가 복잡하여 업무처리에 많은 인력과 시간이 소요되고 있다. 이에 국토해양부와 같은 중앙부처, 지방자치단체, 도로공사 등 주요 공익사업 사업시행자들은 기관별로 별도의 보상시스템을 구축하고 있다. 하지만 교육과학부, 국방부 등 보상시스템을 사용하지 않는 중앙부처가 대부분이고 기 개발되어 있더라도 시스템 활용도가 낮아 보상시스템을 활용한 보상통계자료의 작성 등이 어려워 매년 국가가 취득하는 공공용지 취득실적 및 규모 등을 파악하기가 어려운 실정이다. 또한 회계시스템과 연계가 되어 있지 않은 시스템이 많아 정확한 보상비 집행실적 추적이 어려워 과세자료 누락으로 인한 세금 누수가 발생하고 있다. 더불어, 과다보상비 책정 및 지급시 이를 체계적으로 추적할 수 있는 전산자료 부재 등으로 보상비 집행의 투명성이 저하될 소지가 있다. 이에 중앙부처, 지방자치단체 및 공공기관별로 용지보상시스템 사용현황을 파악하고 이들을 근간으로 범국가적으로 보상업무를 선진화 할 수 있는 보상자료 통합 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

현대 산업에 있어 그 비중이 급속히 증가하고 있는 물류산업의 효율적인 업무 처리와 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 물류정보시스템 구축이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 함께 시간, 인력 및 비용이 많이 소요되던 종래의 거래서류 처리업무를 EDI 로 처리함으로써 가능해졌다고 볼 수 있다. 거의 30 여년간 기업간 온라인 상거래의 기본 수단으로 이용되어 온 EDI 의 동적인 변화 대응부족이나 고가의 네트워크 유지비용 등의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 유연한 변화수용 능력과 뛰어난 확장성을 가진 차세대 웹 문서인 XML을 이용한 XML/EDI가 등장하였다. XML/EDI는 XML, EDI, Agent, Template, Repository 의 5 가지 요소로 구성되어 있으며, 다른 요소들의 기본이 되는 Repository 는 거래에 필요한XML/EDI 태그들의 정의 및 의미를 저장하고 있으며 거래 당사자들이 검색하여 볼 수 있는 인터넷상의 공유 디렉토리를 말한다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI 물류정보시스템 구축을 위한 전 단계로서 현재 개념 적으로만 정립되어 있는 Global XML Repository 의 구성에 관한 연구이다. 특히 KEDIFACT 표준을 따르는 물류 EDI 를 바탕으로 Global XML Repository 내의 구성요소들을 정의하고 체계적으로 분류하는 것을 중점적으로 연구하였다.

오늘날 중소기업의 자동화 및 정보화 설비구축을 보면 과거보다는 높은 발전을 이루고 있다. 그러나 이러한 독립된 설비, 장비, 시스템의 기능을 살려 관리와 경영의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 인력과 비용이 많이 소요되어 운영계획을 포기하거나, 규모를 축소하여 생산성향상에 저해되는 상황이 발생하기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근에 반도체 기술의 발전으로 임베디드 마이크로프로세서의 개발로 보다 용이하고, 빠르게 시스템을 설계하거나 변경을 할 수 있도록 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 특히, 중소형 제조기업에서 실시간으로 생산정보를 통해 경영에서 필요로 하는 정보를 생성하는 프로세스를 제시하였다.

The hacking accident is increasing repidly according to development of latest computer network and the method becomes various. But, to correspond to hacking, it is lot of difficulties to cope gear and security element between product because most radiant mercuries apply technology between individual digenomic species and It is real condition that great setup, equipment, manpower disturbance are enlarged to apply this. Designed and embody Site-Based executive system that can integrate security element about IDS information between digenomic species to solve these problem and correspond efficiently from hacking.

철도차량의 유지보수 분야에서 시간, 인력 등의 낭비요소를 제거하기 위한 효율적인 유지보수 업무를 수행할 수 있는 정보화시스템의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 그러나, 정보화시스템을 구축한 후 잘못된 정보의 입력, 이중 작업 등이 발생하면 또다른 시간적, 인적손실을 발생시킬 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 차상정보 수집을 위한 시스템에 무선통신기술을 적용하여 기초정보수집에 소요되는 인적, 시간적 손실을 최소화 하고 전동차 검 수고에서 전동차를 검수할 때 작업조회에서 작업결과 등록, 부품신청/조회 등에 무선단말기를 이용함으로써 효율적인 유지보수 작업이 될 수 있도록 한다.

과거 시간, 인력, 비용절약 등의 능률 우선과 양적 팽창의 성장 추구에 의하여 개발자체가 우선순위를 갖게 됨에 따라 유지관리분야는 그 중요성이 인정받지 못하고 소홀히 대하여 왔다. 하지만 건설이 일정 수준에 도달하면서 건설과 유지관리는 동등한 비중을 갖게 되며 복지 사회로 접어들면서 개발보다는 유지관리부분이 더 중요하게 인식되었다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 유지관리를 위한 전문가적 정보시스템을 Mobile GIS를 적용하여 구축함으로서 기존의 건축물 유지관리업무의 한계성을 벗어나 현장에서 직접 데이터를 검색, 저장, 관리하여 신속하고 경제적으로 건축물을 모니터링 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 시스템이 구축되어 응용분야에 적용되면 급변하는 현장 상황에 적절하게 대처가 가능하며, 실시간 데이터 베이스의 갱신과 구축이 가능하게 될 것이다.

오늘날 신뢰할 수 있는 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technology, ICT) 시스템의 중요성은 증대되고 있으며 그에 맞춰 고위험 시스템의 검증(Verification) 작업도 점점 체계화되고 있다. 반면 여전히 일반적인 소프트웨어들은 검증 과정을 인력에 의한 테스팅과 같은 기초적인 방법에 의존하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 대표적인 예인 온라인 게임 서버를 대상으로, SPIN 모델 체커(SPIN model checker)를 이용한 자동화 검증방법을 적용하는 실험적인 연구를 수행한다. 연구 결과 기존의 검증 과정으로는 파악하지 못한 오류를 파악할 수 있었고, 검증 비용도 납득할 만한 수준이라는 것을 확인하였다.
