  • 본 논문은 인터넷 전자상거래를 기반으로 최근 활성화되고 있는 전자무역의 거래관행상의 영향 및 문제점을 실증분석하고 있다. 전자무역의 인터넷 전자상거래의 활용정도 및 장애요인 등을 분석하고 그에 따른 제반문제를 법제도적 측면을 비롯하여 정책적 측면 등을 중심으로 분석함으로서 전자무역의 새로운 거래관행의 확립과 법제도적 개선책의 모색을 통하여 전자무역거래의 활성화방안을 안전한 전자거래시스템의 확보 외에 관련 인력의 양성 및 교육훈련프로그램의 개발 등이 요구되고 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠산업에서 영상콘텐츠와 기술의 두 분야 모두에서 유저중심의 R&D 기능을 강화해 나가야 한다는 점에서 지금까지의 현장밀착적 인력양성 교육위주 방식에서 탈피하여, 첨단 디지털영상산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 새로운 산학협력의 모델을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 진행되었던 정책과제와 지원사업과 산학협력사례 분석을 통해 그 문제점을 찾아보고, 교육과 산학협력이 성공적으로 이루어진 해외 대학의 사례를 검토해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 국내의 대학에서 전공교육과 산학협력의 활성화가 상호 유기적으로 이루어질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 산학협력 방안을 모색하게 될 것이다.

The Revolution Trend in Engineering Education in China (중국의 공학교육 개혁 동향)

  • This thesis examined the main revolution trend of Chinese engineering education system which is closely related to the demand of the industrial world. The reasons for which China tried to revolutionize engineering education were as follows ; firstly, the lack of high-qualified and professionalized man power in the industrial world. Secondly, the rupture in the age structure and thirdly, graduate students' insufficient ability to adapt to the industrial companies. These situation had been influenced by professional education after the fashion of the Soviet Union and the Cultural Revolution. Thus, since 1980s, government have extended man power supply through various ways and maintained equilibrium between supply and demand within the industrial world. Also, government began to retrian the existing engineers, magnify the regular number in college students of science and engineering and treat an experienced man favorably in graduate schools. The State Education Commission leaded in searching for the ways to train engineers and testing the master of engineering training system. As an essay at reform, many attempts will be tried ; bringing-up excellent students, the system of multi-degrees, field work, bachelor-master integration management, the system of master and doctor by thesis, strengthening educational-industrial cooperation, experimental school, adult school, and local school. Until 21c to come, this trend will be accelerated on.

  • Most of the games developed or marketed in the Chinese game market are developed and serviced in foreign countries or are produced in Korea (China) and marketed as services of foreign game companies. If China wants to become the world's game development powerhouse, I think that professional education in multiple methods is the top priority. In particular, I think that a specialized game design department is necessary at a university in China. In this paper, we investigate the game design departments of universities in the United States and the game development powers in South Korea and the Korean game development powers to analyze the educational system of the game design department. Through comparative analysis, a Chinese university finds the necessary elements when establishing a new game design department, and trains advanced game developers in the game field at the Chinese Department of Digital Media Arts. If this study is helpful to the game education in China, it will be studied in the future for the master's program and the doctoral program.

A Study on the Transition Process of Vocational Education as National Human Resource Development in Korea (산업인력양성 체제로서 국내 직업교육의 변천 과정 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify how the vocational education for training industrial workforce as a national human resource development (NHRD) system has undergone a transition process in relation to the national economic, industrial, and socio-cultural contexts. First, how vocational education as an industrial workforce training system has changed in accordance with Korea's economic environment, industrial development, and social changes; second, what are the main factors that influenced the role and importance of vocational education; and third, vocational education as a system for training industrial workforce and training workforce in science and engineering were analyzed differently from the perspective of the NHRD model. To this end, domestic and international academic journal papers, research reports, and thesis were investigated and classified by period, and major changes in vocational education were analyzed in relation to economic, industrial, and social issues and policies by period. As a result of the research, first, as the industry advanced, the level of vocational education increased and the scope expanded. Second, vocational education tended to shrink gradually after the manufacturing industry base, and especially secondary vocational education tended to decline after the national industry focused on light industry. Third, since the 1970s, the diversification of the NHRD and jobs has resulted in wage gaps depending on the level of education, which has increased the preference for university education and avoided secondary vocational education. In addition, a NHRD model focusing on training science and engineering workforce was proposed to compare the existing NHRD model focusing on overall vocational education, and it was revealed that the NHRD needs to be subdivided into various fields or levels to derive a model and examine changes. From the results of the study, vocational education in Korea, especially in secondary vocational education, has declined due to large impacts on socio-cultural perception due to economic growth, enthusiasm for education, and external shocks such as the financial crisis, and the long-term effort to change this perception is suggested to overcome the crisis of vocational education.

  • Demand for information security consulting is increasing as the number of major information infrastructure facilities in the country is increasing and the subject of ISMS mandatory certification is expanded. The demand for manpower also increases, but the manpower to meet the needs of industry is scarce. In order to cultivate the manpower that meets the demand, the demand of the industry should be grasped first. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed job advertisements in Korea and the United States in order to grasp the needs of industry. This will contribute to the development of policy to cultivate human resources of consultants in accordance with the future demand of the enterprise, and ultimately it will be able to solve the quality disparity of security consulting personnel.

  • Cultural contents industry is a kernel industry based on knowledge.
