현재 대형 조선소에서는 선박에 사용하고 있는 수많은 부재들을 고가이고, 고급인력을 필요로 하는 WORK-STATION에서 구동되는 대형의 선박전용 프로그램 등에 의하여 부재생성 및 네스팅을 하고 있다 그러나 중소형 조선소의 경제적, 기술적인 사정으로 고가의 장비와 고급인력의 확보가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 널리 보급되어 있는 PC에서 사용 가능한 파라매트의 매크로에 의한 부재생성과 부재의 스트리핑 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 논문의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 파라매트릭 매크로기법을 이용하여 빠르고 정확하게 스티프너를 생성하기 위하여 라이브러리를 구축하고, 생성된 스티프너를 확인할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 스티프너들을 강재의 효율이 좋게 배치하기 위하여 AUTO, INSERT, DELETE, MOVE 기능이 포함된 자동배치 프로그램을 개발하였다. 셋째, 구축된 부재외형들을 라이브러리에 등록하고, 생성된 부재와 강재에 배치된 부재들의 관리를 위하여 데이터베이스 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램에 의하여 중소형 조선소에서도 컴퓨터에 의한 정확한 부재의 생성과 부재의 자동배치에 의하여 강재수율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

병원정책에 있어 병원사업활동에 동원되는 인력을 추산하고 이를 적절히 배치운영함으로서 동원된 인력의 생산성있는 능력을 유지 및 개발하기 위한 행정적 노력은 병원운영의 성공여부를 판가름하는 중요한 일이 되고 있다. 그러나 간호인력 수요에 관한 문제는 광범위하고도 복합적인 수요를 내포하고 있다. 본문에서는 간호인력수요추계에 영향을 미치는 요소분석의 필요성과 간호인력수요추정에 이용되는 지표에 대하여 논술하고저 한다.

Regardless of which country, all public libraries need facilities, collections, and funds. But how well the library system succeeds depends on the staff committed to providing the highest possible level of service to the community. The public library, therefore, should employ the appropriate number of full-time staff. In order to warrant such a work force, this study analyzed the juridical justification, logical validity, realistic fitness, and usefulness of current legal and recommended staffing standards. This study also suggested the revisions of total space of buildings and collection size as crucial variables for library staffing, division of legal service populations, basic staffing level, and additional staff in proportion to service populations for public libraries in Korea.

As domestic construction investment has been gradually reduced, the issue of expanding overseas CM market has increased. Strengthening CM capability from the view point of project life-cycle is required in overseas CM market. However, current regulations institutionally force public CM services to focus on the construction phase. Therefore, Korean CM firms can hardly have the opportunities for accumulating technical competitiveness especially for pre-construction phase. Result of this study shows that the total efforts in terms of man-hours for the construction phase is found to be more than 78 percent in domestic public CM projects. In this context, this study proposes the policies and tasks for improving 'rigid man-hour placement', 'unreasonable CM fee standards', 'CM firm selection method', 'unreasonable business scope decision', and 'evaluation of owner's project management capability' in order to improve domestic CM Industry as well as to expand overseas CM market successfully.

The purpose of this paper is to make understanding on the influence of school librarian on students' reading behavior. The Writer has collected and analysed data from 2,865 students in Daegu Metropolitan City according to statistical method and process. In conclusion, the writer proved school librarian give much developmental influence on students' reading behavior.

건설산업에 있어서 건설기술자의 수요는 건설공사업의 면허 및 등록을 위한 기술능력의 평가기준이 되고 또한 건설공사의 관리 및 기술상의 관리를 위해 공사현장에 배치되는 기술자로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 건설산업의 국제화, 고도화에 따른 경쟁력 강화와 노동집약적 산업에서 기술집약적 산업으로 전환하기 위한 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이와 같이 건설기술인력의 중요성을 감안할 때 기술인력의 향상과 전문화를 통한 건설기술의 고도화를 도모하고 또한 건설생산활동에 있어서 원활한 수급을 위한 효율적인 기술인력 관리체계가 구축되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설기술인력의 효율적 및 관리를 위해 현행 건설기술인력 활용 및 관리 제도상의 문제점 분석과 건설기술인력의 교육 및 경력관리에 대한 실태 조사를 통하여 건설기술인력의 관리 및 활용성의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 또한 양성된 건설기술인력의 능력을 유효하게 발휘시킬수 있도록 환경여건의 마련과 이들을 조직화하여 국가적 차원에서 효율적 활용을 도모할 수 있는 일련의 계획적$\cdot$체계적 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

The Recent Specialty Contractor in construction of the reduced quantity due to the recession, but competitive in order to increase the number of companies that are increasingly competitive. The field work of one person to perform the work of employees and multiple sites, workforce supply flow that occurs at each stage of information transfer is not made a late staffing. Therefore this research has proposed a new alternative that can overcome them and the entire industry in recent issue smart phone features that take advantage of GPS(Global Positioning System). This paper presents a Diligence and Indolence Management System using GPS of smart phone. offering the advantage of Web-based PMIS(Project Management Information System) through integration with real-time information transfer and smart phone applications for query by building a prototype of a professional construction company as their own on-site management measures are proposed to contribute time and attendance.

There have been constant requests for urgently recruiting professionals in the archives to establish archival management systems by reflecting public institutional feature as well as reinforcing expertise and independence of them. However, it is true that some even adequate professional manpower haven't been secured at each level of public institutions due to ambiguous standards for the placement of professionals in the field of records management followed by the current [Public Records Management Act]. Thereupon, this study is to create records management task model for the archival management institutions with the workload of records management induced by the model, and to present reasonable scale of workforce to deal with the assignment. Moreover, here is shown which professional staff should be allocated for better efficiency and systems to carry out the task of records management in each relevant institution.

This study seeks to intensively shed light on the municipal police system which is certain to be introduced to the nation, and verify the effect of the new appointment system presented herein from the viewpoint of police and experts in related areas, thus contributing to having the municipal police system in place stably. In particular, this study sets as the most core factors the recruiting, selection, education and training, and placement in the process of a new appointment, centered on Municipal Police Introduction (Plan) submitted to the National Assembly. First, in the area of recruiting and adoption, presented the head or manager of the municipal police implements open administrative job recruiting system, expanded recruiting of women and manpower in special recruitment to administer citizen-friendly police administration, and the exclusive employment rights of the head of the municipality. Second, in the area of the education and training of the municipal police as to the securing of independent education and training agencies, establishment of curricula fit for characteristics of the municipal police, and utilization of education facilities and professors of regional universities. Finally, in the case of the placement of the municipal police as to side effects caused by the placement of region-hailing personnel, implementation of interview system prior to a new placement, and priority placement of policewomen to the civil service section.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate current issues and prospects which emerged by the revision of School Library Promotion Act in 2018. Based on the analysis of government's teacher placement plan, the writer insist expansion of teacher librarian supply through undergraduate course and graduate school of education. And the necessity of teacher librarians' competency promotion for reading education and information literacy education and unification of divided manpower system come up for the taking root of school library manpower system.
